You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

I just found out that selecting All Farmers when selecting who to send to is not in fact listing everyone. There were names listed when I went through the individual categories when they all should have been blank after I had clicked through them all. The couple I mentioned have me as their neighbors but I do not have them as mine. This might be why they have not been getting anything.
