Hello All,
I am currently having an issue with my game. I would like someone here to please help me.
I keep getting an Error Saving Data--XLINK. I don't know how to fix it or what to do. I do what it says, click the red link, and also reload the game. Because of this, I am not able to send any messages to my FT friends. I really use the message option often to thank all my friends, and I miss not being able to do this. I am not sure if I can receive messages either. Can you please help me? Many thanks in advance!

Hello Again,
In addition to the XLINK error saving data, not letting me chat My facilities/services feed has not refreshed for over 4 hours currently. I Know there is something wrong as my Neighbors generally post every several minutes. Please help, cannot work my neighbors and buddies facilities or services! I also do not know where to post this, so hopefully it is seen and corrected soon.....Please!

Hi Michele,
As we have already said the Xlink errors when sending messages problem has already been sent to the developers. They are the ones who have to fix this problem. There is nothing we moderators can do to fix it.
The only thing I can suggest for the facility posts is though they may normally post every few minutes as you say it can be that no one has posted new in the last 4 hours. You can try clearing your memcache (link at the bottom of your farms page) and see if you can see any new posts after that.

The Xlink problem with off line messaging has been fixed.

The game keeps signing me off well before the official 5 minutes is up and especially while I am still doing something and very active in the game. It's getting pretty aggravating.

Anyway you guys can fix this or I can? I have cleared my cache and all that many times and it keeps happening.

Please help.

Hi David,
The logging off line from the server is a 10 minute timeout not 5 minutes. I am sorry but no there isn't anything that can be done about that. Even though it puts you off line you can still play and all actions still are sent to the server.
