I followed the directions to the letter, including click the the blue "close" button. Everything worked perfectly with the 15x15 tool in my tool box. As soon as I refresh the page, it reverts back to the 12x12 tool.

Hi Jkelley,
Did you drag the 15x15 tool to the location you wanted it? You can't just click on the tool and then the blue close button. You have to position it in the location you want it.

I moved your post to the thread about the display.
What pop up are you wanting to disable? There isn't any way for you to disable all the pop ups except within some of them. Some can not be disabled.

Since the update I keep showing crops ready using the Tower and / or pie chart that will not be ready for several hours. Clearing the FT Cache did not make a difference either. I still show the same wheat that showed as ready immediately after I planted it yesterday as ready when it has 4 hours left on it.

Hi Qivis,
I moved your post to the Help & Support about display issues which would include the show farm stats and with the Mobile Tower as this has nothing to do with the current release.
As you have done the memcache and it did not correct the only thing I can suggest is to contact Support about this. Be sure you include the farm account ID in your email.

Currently I show a crop ready to harvest in the farm selector but it's NOT ready when viewing the farm. See attached. Farm 6, link in signature. Thanks.

Hi Lisa,
I moved your post to the thread about display problems.
Is that the only crop you have planted on that farm?
Try checking in the Farm Stats and see what crop it is saying is ready on that farm.
It is possible you may have accidently layered that farm and have something planted below those sunflowers or in another area. The only way to know is to wait for those sunflowers to be ready, harvest them and then remove all the plots and restart youyr farms. Then check to see if there any plots come back.

ETA: DELETED the entire sunflowr crop and replanted and it's still doing it.

Here's the stats for Farm 6. Doesn't appear to show anything "layered" but then again, what do I know. I'll deal with this later. And no, not irritated at anyone here. Just DONE with stuff in general.

Hi Lisa,
I am not sure what is going on there. This picture of the Farm Stats shows 1,701 sunflowers ready, but the previous one from the Show Work only shows 612 ready. The farm is private so I can not visit it to check this.
Only thing I can suggest is to contact Support about this. You will need to send an email to Support@slashkey.com and be sure to include your farm account ID.
