Where is the stable? I've looked everywhere and cannot find it. I assumed it was not out yet.

There are 2 stables. Last I saw they were under buildings, but Raul said they would be moved to facilities. Sometimes there are pre-existing items that get turned into working stuff...like all the other animal buildings and also the flower shop was that way too
