It may pay to check your plug-ins and see which flash is enabled, the one thats I have enabled is : - Version: 11.7.700.202

and I have disabled the one that allows that short cut to Global Settings:

I sometimes use SRWareIron as my browser and it only has one flash, the 2nd one listed here....if you have both of these enabled, it can cause conflict .....to find your plugins, open a new tab and type: chrome://plugins into the url bar and then bookmark it so you can check it in the future...
