Hi Bbarksda,
Yes any FC animal has to go directly from farm to shed. You can not add them in bulk from storage.
If you are talking about the being able to send gifts and train boosts as some have had where they don't get the list of neighbors then yes it is still waiting for Facebook to get it corrected as far as we know.
