I did the memcache and also cleared my browsers cache etc and now the non-workables are hovering between 86 to 90%. I only discovered it as I had to start a batch in one of them for a quest and the max I could start was at 3 batches. I had assumed that after a worker had been through there should have been 20% less in each facility but not to worry, I shall make sure to keep an eye on them for next month... and I always double check that I only fill and post the Workable facs when I do, which these days is only around once or twice a week now...
