OFFICIAL Problems with Buying/Selling Trading

Hi Susan,
Look in your super facility manager. How many of each product do you see in that for available to sell? If it is zero then you have nothing yet to sell. You have to start production in those bee farms before you will see any to sell.

Hi Susan,
As you have found you don't just buy a facility. You have to Update to get a super facility selected by the game for you. You do not get to select what facility is used for that. Just because a facility has "Super" or "Turbo" in its name does not mean those are the only facilities that can be picked as Super Facility. It should pick one from the ones you already have.


We can not do refunds through the forum. You will have to contact Support for that.

This week my super facility is the turbo bee farm. Is only one of my turbo bee farms super or all? I figure only one - is it the first instance of a turbo bee farm? My first turbo bee farm is on Farm 3.

My apologies - there is so much information and I never much bothered with the superfacilities or the trading warehouse so it is all new.

That information came from the Game Guide chapter 13 in the section about the super facility.

Understood, I never even read that chapter until a superfacility goal appeared in FP2. It's all new.

----a stranger sold me broccoli and nothing registered for the goal
--- also bought camel milk from a neighbor who click on my avatar but that did not work either from their bar

buy from orhter farmers 29 times in your TW .... so far i have 21/29
---- i went all the way down my neighbors bought enough to finish goal but got credit for nothing

is there a glitch or did i do something incorrectly?

Hi JNelson,
If you did regular products in the Trading market directly with a stranger then it should have worked. Buying from a neighbor would not work unless you are in the trading market. You might want to contact Support about this one.


The second one I believe has to be done in the Buy regular products section and they have to sell to you in your trading warehouse. So you need to set that section up with items you want to buy. If that is not it then you may need to go back to the trading market and go through the TW's showing there and see if that adds to the total.
