Same issue where.. I click on the screen like it says.. I have even cleaned memcache doesn't help still does it... Also been having issues with the game freezing or taking forever to loadthe next farm. usally have to reload the game and go back to the farm i was on and finish it

Hi Ahutchinson,
I have moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the game running slow. From your description you are not having the same problem because theirs was only with farm pass reward collecting. They were not clicking to get the current one to go away and were trying to click on the next one without following the directions.
If you are having problems going between farms then they are probably heavily layered with trees, flowers and/or facilities over the crops and waters. The more you have on a farm the slower it will be loading.

In the first post of this thread are things that can cause slowdowns as well as somme suggestions to try to increase your speed.

Just installed Windows 11. Seems like the game is running slow. Suggestions? Glad I still have Windows 10 on another PC for a while.

Hi Lisa,
Make sure it is updated. When you first install it then it may not have all the current updates. Also make sure your browser is updated for 11. If you do have to do any updates be sure to restart your computer.

Hi Lisa,
The only other thing I can suggest is to go through the suggestions in the first post of this thread.
We are not computer techs and not able to see your computer so no idea why it is slower for you on Windows 11. We have not had any previous complaints about Windows 11 slowing down their game.

I'm trying to complete quest steps and it's not showing that I've completed them.

Disaster protection Tarp. Game says "saving..."

This site is running slow as well.

I moved your post to the thread about running slow. If you are getting the saving in the game and not completing it and the forums are running slow for you too then that means it is an internet problem.
Somewhere between you and the servers there are many links that the data has to go through to get to the server and and the response to get back to you. Any one of those links having problems or there is a heavy amount of traffic through can cause a slow down or loss of data. Unfortunately we have no way of monitoring or fixing those links as they do not belong to Slashkey.

It was alternating back and forth between "Wait, I'm busy..." and "Saving...".Nothing else (Facebook, Local Bank website,email, and watching videos online) was affected. Also, when trying to work on my Quests in the game it was not registering when I sent something to production (example "brass sheet" for the Tarp in the Disaster Protection Shop. Of course now everything is working normally.
