Not sure where this one belongs. Rapidly running out of usage in my storage. Are there any plans of increasing this in the future? Not able to keep large buckets or gifts because my total space reducing. Don't feel I should be limited for playing the game to the fullest...just sayin'. Not trying to sound like a whiner. Just want to be able to play the game without these types of constraints. This game has become a way of life.

If you are talking about your item storage, you have all tools to increase capacity and enough neighbors.

I just checked your data and your capacity is 18,440 and you only used 4,082

If you want to make a suggestion please post it in our Suggestion section where we have all threads ordered by theme for the developers to read.

You can't open a new thread there, but you can post as a reply to a thread that fits with your idea.

Mary, I am not talking about basic storage. I am talking about overall storage; where all of my crops, trees, flowers, facility outputs, etc go. I am at 86% and rising rapidly. I have to continually zip to make more room. Is that a suggestion or a problem. Please tell me what to do.

Hi Bill

Sorry I misunderstood your question.

When you use the ZIP option you are not losing products, you are only converting large and small boxes i to regular ones to continue using them in your factories.
As large boxes have more value you also are credited with coins.

I have had some 3 glitches with missing storage and yellow gift machine not working properly. I have sent 2 support emails within the last 5 days. It is very unusual for me to have to send support an email. I have not received the auto "we received your email" replay. My question is has anyone else had unusual amount of glitches this past week. And with no auto replay email from support should I worry they did not receive them? I copy and pasted the email from the forum (support@ slashky.com). I have just have not had so may isues in such a small amount of time. I am just wanted to know if itis just me.

Hi Hello,
I moved your post to the thread about storage since that is the first thing you mentioned. If you used exactly the email address you entered in your post then they would not have gotten your tickets. The email address is support@slashkey.com.
There has been a problem with Support recently and they are working on the issue. That said they are getting the tickets and answering as quick as they can. It can take up to several days for them to respond to you as it is slower than normal.

Hi LisaScobee,
If you are talking about the red, orange and green gifting machine, they do not increase your gift storage. Only the last 4 gift machines increase your gift capacity. Those are the purple, brown, blue, and light blue ones. You do have to buy them all in order though.

Without those you can only get 150 gifts in your gift box.
