OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

My id is 1022777151 Build No: 713
My avatar name keeps on getting removed. I go to accounts page, and reenter it, and then click on submit, and it works for a while, but then after a few days or so, the name disappears. I usually find this out when I'm in the marketplace and see no name under my avatar, or when farmers who work my facilities alert me about this. This situation has been happening dozens of times over the last several months. Whatever you can do to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I can see you name is listed as Keith. The only thing I can think of is if you are changing it when in the market then that may be affecting it. There isn't anything we can do to fix this through the forums.
