Hi Sewnfromtheheart,
We have loaded your farms and did not have any problems moving around your farms.
As with the others this looks like an internet problem as the servers are working fine.

If nothing works for you, then it could be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem or heavy traffic can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.
We do not have any way to check, monitor or control all of those links. As this appears to be an internet problem somewhere between your service provider and the servers there is nothing we can do to help. The only thing you can do is be patient and hope the problem is solved soon.

It can be internet and even though everyone is using different paths it can still be a link or links that are having heavy traffic or server problems of which we have no control or way to check those. I also worked in IT for 30 years and still keep up with it evn though I am retired.

I'm glad it is working you your end because I keep trying to load farms and some load within seconds and other are taking 4 to 5 minutes. I was even taken offline for inactivity while waiting for a farm to load. I understand all the different paths that data can take to travel from one site to another, but this is starting to get so painfully slow that it is no longer enjoyable to play.

Hi Penguin,
I am sorry you are having problems, but there is nothing we or the developers can do as it is not a problem on the servers. They are working correctly as I have been able to log into everyone's farms that have reported this without any loading issues even when moving from farm to farm. I don't have an explanation for this, but I know it is not a server problem.

First you need to understand that your internet connection to your service provider can be just fine with no problems. However, your game data has to go through many links in between you and the game servers. My farms have ALWAYS been heavily layered and I never had these issues.

Hi Poppy,
What would you like us to loook into? If the servers are working correctly that only leaves internet links between you and the servers and we have no control or way to check those as they are different for everyone.
You are taken seriously, but there is nothing we or the developers can do if it is not a problem on the servers and game program.

I started complaining about the slow loading, the freezing this morning even though it started yesterday. My internet is fast on all other sites, so this is definitely a problem within this game. I have been checking back here and still do not see an explanation.
