Try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close it and your farm, then clear your browser cache and close your browser. Reopen and see if that helped. It may be slow loading the first time because it will have to reload all the data you just cleared.
If that doesn't help try a different browser to see if it is a browser related issue.

It is working right now. They posted it was fixed.

When did you collect last. You will not be able to collect again until 7 days exactly after that day and time. At the time it is ready for you to collect the collect button will turn blue.
