when using the 'ask for more' option in our gift box,,, how often can our friends send us those gifts,, does the gifting machines have an affect on this option ... for example if we own the yellow gifting machine can we send our friend the gifts they ask for using 'more' every 2 hrs? if player owns the yellow gifting machine and they post 'more' gift can we send them every 2 hrs [anyone or only those who own gifting machines]

![]() When you use the More option, then you can post asking for a particular gift 5 times. Your friends will be able to send you those 5 gifts using their Other Wall requests where they will see your request. Please notice that the Yellow gifting machines, doess't allow to send gifts every 2 hours. If your friends do not own the gifting machines, then they will be able to send those gifts to you every 8 hours. If they have the Grey gifting machine, they will be able to send those gifts to you every 4 hours. If they have the Red gifting machine, they will be able to send those gifts to you every 3 hours. If they have the Orange gifting machine, they will be able to send those gifts to you every 2 hours. Please take in mind that not all farmers are lot of hours in the game, so no matter they own the gifting machines, they will not be able to send gifts every time allowed. To be clear, if you use More, then your friends will be able to send you gifts according to the gifting machines they own not the onew you own. thanks that is what i wanted to know
how if at all the gift machines work with the more and what the default frequency was couldn't find the answer in the chapter files assuming the yellow will 4x the more ones also?????

The answer to that is in the tools chapter: Gifting Machine (Yellow) gives you 4 gifts for every 1 that you accept. *NOTE* For the tools that multiply gifts This ONLY applies to crops, trees, flowers, animals that can be harvested (horses, cows, hens, turkeys, goats, geese), freshwater bait, seawater bait and production ingredients.

I am having the same problem. I paid the full amount to get 4 gifts instead of one each time. It will sometimes short me one or two which it did today. Also, if I have for instance, 50 trees for gifts. I notice it is more than not, NOT giving me the amount I received. I know because I have counted. Can this be rectified?

The multiple gifts are only for certain types of gifts. It is an intermitent problem that happens sometimes that some of the older gifts do not work. If you wish you can contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours. To contact through the website: https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/settings2/support/ You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam. Several times in the past few weeks I go to accept my gifts. The first 100 are fine. I accept them. They are in my gift box for me to add to storage. When I go to accept the next 100 gifts, I accept them, but then they disappear. They are not in my gift box or have they been added to my storage. The next few days everything is fine and then it happens again.
