Loading problems
My computer is uptodate. I am using Chrome and have the newest version. I tried to load using Edge, same problems, I deleted Chrome and reinstalled it, still not working, I even cleared out my browing history and used admin tools to clean out the disk and defrag. Don't know where to go from here. It worked fine the evening before, nothing to my knowledge has change so cannot understand what the issue is.

Game taking FOREVER load. Forum won't let me add a speedtest result picture to this post. Game just timed out again

This is probably an internet problem some where between you and the servers. There are many links that your data has to go through to get to the servers and back to you. Any one of those links can be having a slow down or outage that cna stop your farms from loading. As we have no way to monitor or conterol those the only thing you can do is wait for it to get fixed by the owners of those links. You could try unplugging your modem/router for a few minutes then plugging it back in. That would clear any data that it has stored that may be incorrect and make suyre that it is not local. |
If it's my internet then why does every other site I've tried (Google, Gmail, Twitter, Facebook, etc) WORK? And why am I getting the internet speed I pay for (the photo I can't get to work here)?

Since you have been off of the computer since you last post it is possible that when you started it this time the hardware acceleration was re-enabled. If you haven't updated your Chrome browser you do need to as Chrome is up to version 124 and your picture shows version 123. I am glad it is loading for you now. |

I moved your post to the thread for your problem. Please close everything in your computer and then turn the computer off. Then reset your router/modem for 3 minutes and reconnect. See if you notice any change when loading the game. Also, I have hidden everything in your preferences to let you load the game easily. I suggest you to do the same when you close the computer till the next day and also choose another farm as your default, with less items in it. If nothing works for you, then as we have told you before, it could be an internet problem in your zone or in the multiple links you have to go through till you get the app. When you connect to the game, your data goes through your service provider and then many links to get to the Farm Town servers and then back the same route to get to your computer. Any one of those links having problems or heavy traffic can cause problems with your faerm s being slow or not loading. You could try to ask your internet provider if they are having problems in your zone. Sadly if there is a problem there or in any links to get the app, we have no control over them. |

Im not sure why you cant turn off your computer, but at least close everything open in it and reset your router/modem. I have tried and tried but I cannot get my account to load in OperaGX. I have enabled 3rd party cookies and popups but it gives me this error. I don't understand. I haven't changed anything.

always looked forward to the new releases, they made my day how ever last july i had open heart surgery and now am feeling lot better, i need sum help of getting my farms back on, i messed sumthing up & now i cant play, i really miss playing farm town
