Hi Mary

I had an eight hour break when I went to bed at 1am then got up at 9am and that's what is stated on the note you sent so I only worked 6 farmers facilities and now Im on another break. You told me it was never said that you would be allowed to work friends more often. My point exactly, it should have said that in order to inform people at the time and state it on the request page before you decide to spend a lot of money getting 4 loco's. I checked the clock as you said and now each farmer appears in pink as I have to wait 7 hrs. I have already spent 8 hours not working while I was sleeping so should I not be able to work facilities all day. Maybe this should be mentioned as a recomendation that you can work all day as I have slept for 8 hrs during the night.

The rule about an eight hours break exists since the trains help you to work friends facilities. It is not something new in the game.

When something is changed or we get an improvement then developers post it when they release a new feature.
It was not mentioned for the 4 trains, as nothing was changed for the 8 hours break which is a well known rule.
Im not sure if you thought that having 4 trains would allow you to work your friends facilities several times a day or someone gave you wrong information.

The rule is to Rework facilities in case you want to work the same friend facilities twice a day.
If you want to do that, then you could work as much facilities you can in the morning, then have a break of 8 hours and when you come back, you will be able to rework the ones you worked in the morning and all the new facilities posted during your break.

Dont forget to check your clock in your toolbox before starting facilities again.

This is the current screen shot of my facility wall. I've done the memcached after clearing my cache, I've logged into four different browsers, and I still only see ONE person's facility post. I have quite a few neighbors in common with others that have posted and have seen posts on their walls of those mutual farmers. Any idea what I can do? (Click to enlarge)

Hi Florence,
The image is too small to make out but even the 1 on there doesn't look right. There should be an avater picture to the left and the description and then a link to click on to the right.

Please make sure your computer and browsers are updated. If you have to do any updates please restart your farms.
Also please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

I did all that. I used a browser that didn't matter if I nuked EVERYTHING, so I deleted cache, browsing history, cookies, the works from all time, and then I logged in and did a memcached. Then I completely closed the browser and reopened it and logged in. It was Chrome and it up to date. I checked. As the night went on, I had a few more posts show up, but NONE of the posts from the previous 18+ hours were showing up, and usually I can see posts back that far, if not farther. It was odd. What I did as a temp workaround was to open the wall for another account in another browser and find the links for the mutual neighbors and work those, and it works in a pinch, but I hope we can find a permanent solution. This thing happened to me once before about three or four months ago and it sorted itself out after a few days. I was concerned because I have to work a HUGE number of a certain fac for the Farm Pass and I couldn't find any posts. Thanks.

Update: I see I have more posts than I did last night, so perhaps it is working itself out now. It doesn't have everyone that had posted but I think most worked my facs so I can use that other option of people who worked my facts to find some. Thanks for your help.
