i have the samed problem. And ones who work for me they harvvest but never plow.. I am assuming because their avatar is still working or they don't know how to get the plow tool

Hey I thought this was fixed. I just selected to send ingredients and I still get the message....

You have sent to xxxx Gift Box enough ingredients to produce:
240 x Flour (48 batches)

No ingredients were sent to your storage by the Mayor since you already reached the limit of 250,000 Coins worth of products every 3 hours.

Whats up with that?

The last time I successfully done was on the first of the release. I haven't even tried it for a day or two. I just now tried it a few minutes ago and got the message so I posted it.

Yours would have gone to your storage, not the gift box and you don't get coins you can get 250,000 coins worth of ingredients in a 3 hour period.

Yeah my wife was able to but I can't. I will wait and try it again tomorrow.
