Just think though, if they use your "good" tools, they should do a much better job on YOUR farm.

When I am in full screen mode I cannot get the icons for the menus in the top right hand corner to work - I have to minimise again. Also ALL the icons for pop up menus are very slow - the mouse over for the tool box (bottom right) doesnt always work and I have to actually click on the icon to open the expanded tool box.

I agree totally, but it doesn't seem to work for most of who I am hiring. Oh well will keep trying

I have noticed that when I hired my neighbor that they now had the check box to decide whether or not to let the employee use your tools.

Cool Working on farms
Hi, I decided to try out the new harvesting features by going and working on other farms.

The game seems to be confused as to wheather I am working on my own farm, or someone elses.

It asked me to refuel, when I still had thousands in the tank.

It doesn't give me credit for work done, because it says there is more that needs to be done, but I can't find it. Tells me I can only use some tools on my farm?

The farmers I hired to work my farm, know nothing about my tools being available for them to use, and are very confused trying to find them, even though I tell them where to look!!!

Yikes .... (heeh)

Default option for tools
You do have an option. When I hired someone to do my farm I have the box checked for them to use my tools. Just uncheck the box and they can't use your tools....

It probably works just fine. It's just that not all farmers understand where the tools are - even if you explain to them about the extended tool box. It did take me all of 15 seconds to understand even though I have been playing since we were stuck with one farm and less than 100 levels. And no, it's not that people are stupid. It's just that some people get some things and others understand other things. Sort of like my family - one of my brother's in law is nearly computer illiterate and the other 2 work with computers and even design printed circuit boards for a living!
