Are you using a saved link in your computer to load your farms?

If so, please use this link:

If this works for you, then the one saved is corrupted. You need to delete it and use the one provided here.

If the problem continues, then you need to continue working with Support.

Opera will load both farms now, but Chrome will not load the one I sent you. When this first started I uninstalled brace, chrome and opera...........reinstalled Chrome and opera, now Opera works for 100000764647786 Build No: 573 but chrome will not work at all........

I use Chrome and had no problems with your farms.

Please be sure that Chrome is up to date and also check if you have any pending update for your computer.

Taz they have not gotten back to me except telling me to update everything which I did computer is on auto and did that anyway. I uninstalled chrome, opera and Brave.......I haven't put Brave back on but I will have to go to a meeting right now but thanks for your help and Marymarcel also

Hi Judyxt,
As it is Chrome that you can't load the game in and Opera works, then there is something with your Chrome that is causing this problem. There is nothing we can do to help you with that as both Support and we can load your farms with Chrome. This has to be something with the settings in your Chrome.

We just had a release. When we have a new release then everyone wants to get on at the same time to play and that can slow things down some because the servers can only handle so many commands at one time.
