OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

Glad you were able to load your farms again.

We cant say for sure what happened as we cant see which errors were showing up in your console.

It could be an internet problem as not all accounts go through the same paths. There are many links between you and the Farm Town servers. Anyone of those links could be having traffic problems that is slowing down your data transfer. Unfortunately we have no control over those links.

Problems started yesterday 1-6-25 of having trouble with, doing facility work for others among other issues.
Kept getting an error of the PlayerLoop internal function has been called recursively.
Now today 1-7-25 I keep getting a Ajax Send_Ajax_Request-got error:ConnectionError, Unknown Error: code: 0

Please HELP get my game back to Normal.

I moved you post to the thread about errors. Please try all the suggestions in the following link:

every day i have problems loading slashkey i get the black page for unity and it only loads so far, i have checked web cube which is working fine on both but it takes up to 15/20 minutes to load, then after a while when trying to work others facilities i get the same thing.. i also get crashes which say embedded code and i have to restart... it is very frustrating as this happens every day now

Hi Deenites,
Please be sure your browser and operation system are up to date. After any update then it is better to restart your computer.

It could also be an internet problem. Please take in mind that most internet providers have a few paths (links) from them to the different apps. Between you and the servers there can be many links in the path. If the any one of those links to the FT servers is down or have heavy traffic at that moment, then you can't get to your farms or it can cause problems with your farms but other things will work perfectly to you as they used other paths.

I have reported the following problem before but have had no response and it is still happening now on a daily basis every time i try to log in The screen is black with a cube that doesn't move, the bar goes so far loading and then stops.... it can take up to 15/20 mins for unity to load.. it just freezes.. am getting very tired of this happening every time i try and play the game, I have done all the things stated - looking for spinning cube etc, memecache, all of which are fine, so why is this happening so frequently. in our forum on fb i am not the only one having this problem. Advice on what else to try would be appreciated

Hi Deenites,

You reported this 2 days ago and I answered you in the post directly above yours. Please read it and try all the suggestions in the link there as well as make sure your computer and browser are up to date. If you have to do any updates then be sure you re start your computer.


If it is not one of those then it has to be an internet problem. You link to the farm town servers is a direct connection, but goes through many links before getting to the servers. Any one of those links having problems of heavy traffic can cause extreme slowdowns in loading the game. Those links are different for everyone so we have no way to check those or get any problems with them fixed. If this is the case the only thing you can do is wait for them to fix their problem.

Howdy. I've always had autologin. Haven't been on my farms for a couple of weeks, and I tried to login and my user id and password were removed. Thanks.
