I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the Farm Pass as this doesn't have any thing to do with the current release part. Please note that if they have already received 3 farm cash from the farm pass then they will not get it.

I have had the same situation. I remember three of five people who were to have received it but none of them have (they checked their FC log). I'm hearing from other farmers, too, about this and have encouraged them to post here or contact support.

Is there any way that this can be tracked to see if the people are getting it? I realize it's only 1FC but still, it should work.

If that is the case then their name should not come up as getting it. I just asked one of them and she said she has not received ANY FC from the Farm Pass this month. She even checked the Farm Cash activity on her account and nothing shows up since her last Quest reward.

Hi Sir Mathew,
The only way we could track it through here is if we had all of the id numbers for all of them. Avatar names would not help as they are not unique. The only thing I can suggest is to contact Support about this.

Then please contact Support about this as we have no way of tracking those. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

I hope this is the right place to post an issue, sorry if it is not....
This issue happened to me and one of my neighbors, as well, but at different times of the day. I earned enough points to send farm cash to the 5 neighbors who helped me the most. None of those neighbors received their farm cash. And, I was to be one of the recipients of the farm cash from my neighbor, but I did not receive it.

i also sent 5 farmcash to my neighbours and none of them got it ,another of my neighbours has the same problem

How is someone suppose to complete 2 regular quest in a day when you barely can do one in a day sometimes, It's take a day just to get the new quest started. I need a new one or tell them to get rid of this, this is totally going to mess me up and now I'm going to miss out on that 3 points for the day
