Hi Wolfie,
Did you sell Super Facility products to those 2? The goal does say Super Facility products have to be sold. You do have 6384 of those sold so far.

Yes, I sold Super Facilities to those two. The 6384 sold is from a few days ago which were successful in adding in the credits. Selling Super Facilities products yesterday and today has not resulted in credits to the goal. The products sell successfully, but no credits go to the goal.

Hi Wolfie,
I am not seeing all of your sales being with the profit. Some say Markup = 0. Be sure you are selling at 10% above market price, not 10% above free.

Try clearing your memcache (link) at bottom of your farm page, then restart your farms and try one again.


If that still doesn't work then please contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

I double-checked everything again. Across all areas I am using 10% above market.

The other problem I am having is when I go into the Marketplace, avatars start buying before I actually send a sell offer, effectively draining my Super Facilities products. I lost a chance to sell through the menu offer to avatar this PM because the arbitrary buyers cleaned out all the products before the avatar to whom I sent the offer could respond. Where are the instructions on how to stop that from happening?

Hi Wolfie,
When you have a goal to sell super facility products directly to individuals don't load them in the trading warehouse until after you have completed the direct sales. Then you can load the rest in the trading warehouse.


For your other problem we can't duplicate this. As long as you have everything set correctly and the sale goes through then it should work for the goal.

I will try your suggestion about loading the Trading Warehouse. Unfortunately I have to wait now until I can cycle through my facilities to make the products available again.

this time, when I went to the Trading Marketplace to sell for ParmPass2, I checked and the sale offer using Super Facilities products WAS set to 10% above mkt...BUT...

I noticed that the default which comes up, to sell CROPS, was NOT set to 10% above mkt. So then I set the Crops one to 10% above mkt, then went back to the drop down item to sell Super Facilities products, which was still at 10% above mkt, and then sent some offers...all were accepted, and all added in the credit to my goal.

You should look into that.....

What the other categories are set to should not have anything to do with what you are selling the Super Facility products for. Each sale you make of those you have to make sure they are set to what you want to sell them for.
