When I "start all" facilities, there are certain facilities that don't load at all even though I have plenty of ingredients. When I reload or start them individually, they work. But not by using the start all button. This has been happening for years and even after clearing memcache. How can this be fixed? Thanks

Hi FCM,
All I can tell you is figure out what Turbo tool is used for those facilities, remove it from your storage and then restart your farms. Put it back in your storage and try to Start All again. You will need to do that for each facility that uses a different turbo tool. If you open the facility it shows you the icon for the tool needed.

Thank you for the suggestion. I tried that and it still didn't work.

Then please contact Support as we have no way to see which facilities are not loading for you. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. if i choose to filter by NCC , and i post to wall,, do players only work my NCC facilties?

if i want players to work only my NCC and super facility ones, i would need to post the regular facilities twice, correct?

Hi JNelson,
Regardless of what you facility you post from they will work all facilities or services. The purpose of the filter is so you can see only the NCC facilities to refill just those.

wil have to put that in suggestions but am thinking that might not be programming possible but sure would be beneficial

know can post let run to 0% and only refill those ,,, kinda tedious and i have to remember i have the filer on LoL .... but do-able

I put way too many facilities on some of my farms and I'm trying to move them around to limit facilities to about 100 on each farm. But I've run into a problem. If I put two of the same facility on one farm, I don't get the warning that only one will work and the other is a decoration. And if I try to check for duplicates :

Farm Stats > Facilities > Current Farm > Order by Quantity

It doesn't show there are two of the same facilities on the farm. I did a test, intentionally putting two on the same farm. Still, it's only showing one. If I do the same search for "All Farms," again, it's only showing the one when I know there are two.

Since I have a LOT of facilities, I REALLY don't want to have to store all of them and place them again to prevent doubling up.

Thoughts?

Hi Ellsinore,

When you buy new facilities there is a warning, but when you put coin facilities into storage then back out on a farm you do not get a warning when you place 2 of the same coin facility on the same farm.

With Farm Cash facilities, you would get a warning if you place them then leave the farm and go back to it. If there are 2 of the same farm cash facilities on that farm you will see a popup telling you and it can show you just those.

Please be very very careful if you are participating in the NCC , if you store a facility that is part of the contest you will abandon it and you will not be able to continue with it.

Thank you for this information! These are apparently coin facilities as there are no warnings. But what about the Farm Stats? Shouldn't they show up there if there are two of them on the farm?
