Haven't had any items in my super facility - all day. Not normal. Is something up with the super facility?

Hi VondaK

I moved your post to the thread about Super Facility in Help and Support to be able to answer you.

You need to click in the Super Facility icon in your yellow Tool box and select a new one. Today is Monday and it is when we can select a new SF for the week.

After getting it, then start products and you will have products to sell in your Trading Warehouse or from avatar to avatar.

I just checked and you got the Ceramic Factory as Super Facility for this week.

Game worked fine all day.Tonight, I filled my super facility and filled my warehouse.When I went to the trade market it said my warehouse was empty. I lost thousands of products! I ran the memcache cleaner.
Re-filled and re-loaded. It showed products and then they disappeared again.

I just filled mine and went to trade market and it is showing my products. I can't duplicate this.

Please contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

Please, when you have a problem or questions, do not post in Suggestions as that section is only to post ideas for the game

You can upgrade to a new super facility every Monday by clicking in your yellow tool box and then clicking in the following icon:

Once you start production in your super facility, then you will have products to load in your Trading warehouse or to sell to another avatars if Farm Pass 2 asks you for that.
