Hello. I am having troubles with Farm Town. It boots me to the offline status with the option to go back online or click to stay offline. The problem is that it happens about every 30 to 60 seconds. I don't know how to do a screen shot on my desk top computer, but My USER ID number is: 272051523139958. Here are some of the errors that show at the bottom of the screen. It just times out on me while I'm in the middle of doing something. I don't know what to do to fix it. Can you help?

Please be sure that your browser is up to date. Also, check if your operation system is updated.
After an update, it is always better to restart your computer.

If nothing works for you, then it could be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem or heavy traffic can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.

I can only suggest you to be sure your iOS is updated to the latest version and/or contact Apple support.

Hi All,
We have sent the Ipad problem to the developers to see if they can do anything or figure out why the game is not loading on those. Keep in mind that they do not support tablets or phones for playing the game. We do recommend that you contact Apple support about this as it may be something they have done that is blocking Slashkey.

if you hit play to reload it says slashkey site is temporarily unavailable

never mind see dev already fixed it,, glad was a short one
