Sometimes I forget about clearing the memcache. I'll try to remember to do that from now on before I start loading a ship. Thanks.

I own all seven cargo ships but only able to physically see the yellow one. I don't have issues on using them, all work great. I just can't physically see six of them on any of my farms. I checked my storage, and they are not in there. Is this normal?

Hi SouthwestZippy,
If your farms are heavily layered then things like this can disappear. You can repurchase the ships as they are a coin item if you want them on your farms, but as you have already purchased them once you can use them all through the port manager. If you wish you can contact Support for a refund if you want to repurchase them.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Thank you very much for your explanation. I don't wish to repurchase the ships not showing. They are all working just fine, and I can live without seeing them. Just got a little worried it was going to snowball into other problems.

Many problems with ships today. I did all containers, and when I dispatch the ship, all containers revert back to 5.1 minutes. Redid them, dispatch ship, and they all went back to 5.1 minutes. Tried several times, and gave up. This has been going on all day. I ran mem-cache several times, to no avail. Please help

Which ship did youy do today? I am not sure what you mean by they all reverted back to 5.1 minutes. If it was the brown ship then the minimum time for those containers is 5.1 minutes.

I completed 10 containes for one ship, hit dispatch ship, and all the containers jumped back to 5.1 minutes each. This, after I did all 10 containerss. This happened 3 times, and then I figured I have to get housework done and cannot do 10 more containers at 5.1 minutes each. 5 hours later, after a day of shopping, I tried again, and the same thing happened, after conpletting 10 containers, sent my Ship, all containers went back to 5.1 minutes each. Juat gave up. Ran mem cache a few times, it did not help

It did it again, now. Dispatched the ship, all containers went back. Actually, checked now and they containers are all at 2.7 minutes each.

What ship? Was it the brown one?
That is the ship I see dispatched today at 1:40 PM eastern time today and it has been through 10 ports so is working.
The only thing I can think of that would do that is if your computer date/time was incorrect as the game works using that time.

The containers, I did them all, dispatched the ship, and all containers reverted back to 5.1 minutes, which means, I had to do each container again, waiting 5.1 minutes each. When done, I dispatched the ship, and all containers went back to 5.1 minutes. This happened 3 times and I gave up, as I cannot sit here for 3 hours trying to get one ship dispatched with all containers done
