Thanks Taz,
I have zero problems with anything else. I playElvanar and it has more graphic stuff so again its just odd. I have done everything sugested and everything I can think of and as of this morning it is still the same. |

To the Developers, I'm wondering if all the problems I'm having, and continue to have, with loading and going from farm to farm, getting hired and locking up going from farm to farm, etc is from my recent laptop update. I have a Mac laptop from 2023 and I recently updated to MacOS Sequoia Version 15.5. All the other having similar problems, I'm wondering if they also have recently updated their computers. It seems it started right after I did the update.

When you play a different game or go to other website then you are not using the same path through the internet to get to those. Your service provider is only the first link from you to them. After that then the data is dispersed to different paths depending on where you are trying to connect to. If there is a problem in one link on the path to the Farm Town servers then you will have problems only with Farm Town but not with other locations.

How then do I figure that out? I have a chrome book. No extensions only Google. I've been playing on the same chrome book for over 2 years with no problems. What other platform would you suggest I try?

Everything suggested I have tried. That leaves internet provider. So my question is this. If it IS internet related, will it fix itself or, since I have no intention of changing internet providers, should I leave Farmtown? Thanks.

It is not easy as farmers reporting problems are from different places of the world, using different computers and different browsers. If it is internet related, then you need to wait and see if it clears up itself.

It is not the platform you are playing on and it is not the servers as the developers have been trying to check on this. The problem is for the ones having the connection problem there is nothing common for all of you. You are scatter across all the servers for the game and also scatter all across the world in different loacations. The only thing you can do is keep trying and hope that whatever internet link is causing you the problem of connecting gets fixed soon. Just keep trying to get in.

I'm one of the ones that is having problems with the game freezing during loading, but today I can't even get the logon screen to load. I've been trying to deal with these issues for 5 days now and it seems as if the people in charge don't care because they are having no problems. It is obvious that there is an issue, and I know that you are going to say that it is the path that the connection takes to get to the game servers, BUT there are a lot of other people using different paths that are having the same connection issues. I have (as others have also stated) absolutely NO problems getting to any other website or online game. Also, with the number of people reporting issues in the forum and other places, if there were that many connection issues it would be news worthy.
Update: after several tries and over 5 minutes waiting, I was finally able to get the logon screen. Since game loading paused at step U-60 in loading (one of the places my game freezes) for several seconds, I don't have any hope that the game is going to cooperate with me being able to play effectively today.
