This has to be a further issue than just connectivity problems with the internet. I can't load at all now. It's stuck on the black screen with the white design with the loading bar completely blank. No progress at all. I've tried to reload by clicking on "play", which usually works, but nothing this morning. I've contacted my internet service, my other apps, I've cleared my memcache more times this week than I have done in 5 years. I had to step away for a few minutes, and tried clicking "play" again and it finally loaded. This time it took over 15 minutes to load. Something is not right.

I just loaded your farms this morning without any problems and loaded within 1 minute. They can't try harder if everything is working correctly except for you being able to get in completely. If your Chromebook and your browser are up to date then that only leaves some problem in the connection between you and the servers that is dropping the data.

I loaded your farms this morning with no delay. Please note that when you clear your memcache it can take longer for you to load the game because it has to download all the graphics again to your computer. I am sure it is not a problem with your internet service provider. If that was it you would not even be able to get to the forums. But somewhere between your service provider and the game servers there is a problem that is delaying you loading your farms.

I'm one of the people that is affected by this. I am a computer person and have a number of friends that are IT people. When I describe what is happening, every single one of them says that this sounds like an issue with the game or the game servers, NOT the multiple steps between our computers and the FT servers. I have been sending error reports any time I get an error on the FT console, but it seems like those reports go into a deep, black hole because I'm not even getting acknowledgement any more. I am really tired of having to spend 8 or more hours on FarmTown doing tasks that should take less than an hour. I am forced to reload multiple times due to the game freezing. That reloading time and time again can't be good for the server load. I think the most frustrating part of this entire issue is that there has been no acknowledgement of the issue from Raul. A few days ago, while this issue was happening, there was a fix posted for the game, but there were no known issues according the fix release information. I beg to differ. This is a major issue and it would be nice to have the issue acknowledged other than "we aren't having an problems and it doesn't appear to be our servers as far as we know." To me, this sounds like a doctor telling us that a real problem is "all in our head."

Then how do you explain that we can load your farms and do not have any problems with them. If there was a problem with the server or game program it would show us the same things you are seeing. As far as known issues the developers can not see anything wrong with the program or the servers. If there was a problem like that with the server you are on then everyone on that server would have the same problem and that is not the case. As all of you having these problems are scattered across all 6 servers game servers with your farms. There is nothing common within the game or the servers to pinpoint. Raul is aware of the issue and been checking the system trying to figure this out as well as we have been testing too. Nothing points to the servers or the programming because you are all experiencing different things when loading the game. I am sorry and know how frustrating this is for you and it is frustrating for us to not figure out anything common that we can point to and say this is the problem. Your locations are all over the world, your farms are spread across the 6 servers for the game, and different browsers and computer types are used by all, so nothing is common. Nothing can be fixed if you don't find anything wrong that is in the developers control. The errors you are getting are not a server error but are showing dropped data packets between you and the server which causes parts of the game to not fully load and function. If you are sending those error reports to Support then you will not get an response from them each time as there is currently no automatic response message being sent out. Believe me if the developers find a problem with the programming or the servers we are quickly notified and they work to fix it.
