Quests


Quests are goals that can be achieved for working and producing products on your own farm.

These quests are only enabled for users at level 30 or higher.


There is an icon in your yellow toolbox (brown Dice) that will allow you to accept new Quests. Here are the rules:


You can only open 1 Quest per day (every 20 hrs)


A Quests has to be completed before it expires.


Quests are chosen at random.


You must complete the final/last step yourself (1st box shown top left of the Quest).


You can click on any step that requires a facility to complete it and see what facility is needed for that step. You can do the same thing with things like fish to see which waters you need to fish.


You can have several active Quests at the same time depending on your level:



Level 30.....1 Max Active Quests
Level 50.....2 Max Active Quests
Level 100....3 Max Active Quests
Level 150....4 Max Active Quests
Level 200....5 Max Active Quests




Quests can have many steps. Move your mouse over a step to find out what needs to be done. You must complete each step before starting the next. For example you would need to get the check mark for wheat before you could make flour in the windmill.


Quests Social Lifelines: (https://www.slashkey.com/forum/showthread.php?p=5157794#post5157794) Lifelines can help you complete Quest Steps by interacting with friends. When you are stuck in a Quest you may decide to use a Social Lifeline to help you move forward.

You can ONLY use ONE Lifeline on one Quest until that Quest is completed or expired before you can request a Lifeline for a different Quest.

Lifelines are assigned at random, you may not always get the one you need.

Make sure you have the correct Quest open before you click on the Lifeline Icon!

There are 3 Lifelines:

https://r1.slashkey.com/images/gameguide/quests/gift lifeline.jpg - Gifting Lifeline - Allows you to complete Quest Steps by using gifts or ingredients from friends. In this case after you accept the gifts or ingredients you will have to Store them for them to be counted toward your Quest Steps requirements.

Example: If you need an ingredient that can be gifted from the gift page or sent via requesting ingredients from a product in a facility that you own, you can use this lifeline to request the item or exchange a gift for it. Once stored it will count towards your quest.


https://r1.slashkey.com/images/gameguide/quests/Trader Lifeline.jpg - Trading Lifeline - Allows you to complete Quest Steps by trading goods with other farmers in the Market.
This will help if you need a basic ingredient that can be bought from another farmer (harvested crops/trees/flowers, harvested animal products, chopped trees, fish).
You can NOT buy finished products made in facilities from another farmer.


https://r1.slashkey.com/images/gameguide/quests/employee lifeline.jpg - Employee Lifeline - Allows you to complete Quest Steps by working for others in farms or facilities. The product bonuses you get by working for others will count toward your Quest Step.
This can help if you can get what you need by being hired to work on a farm or by working a facility to get the products made in that facility.
Examples:

If you needed wheat you can harvest wheat on another farmers farm, BUT you need to remember that you only get 10% of what you harvest so if you need 10x wheat, you need to harvest 100 x wheat on another farmers farm.

If the middle part of the quest (not the final step) required a product made in a facility that you do not own yet but a neighbour does, you can work their facility to gain that product for part of your quest.


Lifelines can not be used for the final step of the Quest (1st box shown top left of the Quest). Remember, you can only have 1 lifeline in use at any given time.



You earn a coin reward every time you complete a Quest. The Quest will be finished when all its steps are completed. Click the "Collect Coins" button to collect your reward.
NOT collecting the coins does NOT save the Quest for the next week. The Quest counts as completed when the last step is completed regardless of whether or not you collected the coin reward. Collecting the coins also put that Quest on your Quest chart so you can easily see how many you have already done.

The prize in coins will be higher depending on:

a) How fast the Quest was completed
b) The complexity of the Quest (amount of Quest Steps)
c) The level you are on.



Earn Farm Cash while completing Quests:
You must collect your coins for each quest completed for them to show on the chart and to open a space for a new quest to be started.

Earn 1 FarmCash IF you have completed at least 3 quests in the last 7 days.

Earn 2 FarmCash IF you have completed at least 8 quests within the last 7 days!!

Once you claim your FarmCash, you'll have to wait at least 7 days to be able to qualify for more FarmCash rewards. If you play frequently you should be able to win 1 or 2 FarmCash a week.

Please note that quests drop off the chart and are no longer counted exactly 7 days to the second after the last step is completed. If a quest completes at 8:35 AM on a Monday then at 8:35 AM the next Monday it is no longer counted.

Common Questions:

Q. My quest says I do not have enough of an ingredient to complete a step. My storage shows i have plenty. What do i do?
A. Your Harvests&Products storage may need to be updated. Reloading the game updates it. Then try starting the step again.


Q. I have started a step in my facility, but the quest manager shows only 2/10 started?
A. Some quests require you to start more than one batch. Have a look at the step and see how many batches you need to start. If you have more than one of the facility you can start batches in those as well if needed.

The New Years Glitch? LOL! 2020 has been a rough year to the end. ;) That's actually good to know, Taz! If the disappearance of the completed quests number isn't related to the migration issue, then hopefully, our quests will just get "frozen" in time until Facility functionality returns.. as if no time had passed in between. Hopefully. :)

I would not count on that. Time is not going to freeze as the game will still be running even though some functions you will not be able to do until they restore them in the new version.

Every New Years the numbers for the quests have disappeared even though the quests are still there and counted. You can continue on at least until the Flash version is removed. The numbers will show back up tomorrow sometime. You can still collect today if you need to as well even with 0 showing in chart.

Hi Everyone!
Every New Year when the time in your time zone hits midnight, the Quests completed count drops to 0.
This does correct itself, you just have to be patient and wait.

Please remember that at the date and time of this post, there is currently no access to Quests in HTML5. Those won't be there until the the developers have had time to add back all the features needed for them in HTML5.

For now you can only do quests in the Flash version.

We do not have a date and time for the permanent move to HTML5 yet.
It's possible that now the support for flash player has ended that browsers may start permanently blocking flash player. That is not something we have any control over. If that happens and you are unable to find a browser that still allows flash to run, then you won't be able to continue with the Quests as you'll have to use the HTML5 version.

so I am doing a regular quest and need to build a gutter w/downpipe. It starts with I need produce copper ore. So I click on Lifeline. It says I can "procure goods for this quest also by trading with other farmers in the market" .. So what is this about.. seems that the Lifeline only works with regular products per the forum info "This will help if you need a basic ingredient that can be bought from another farmer ( e.g. harvested crops, harvested animal products, chopped trees, fish, harvested flowers). The lifelines are randomly assigned just as the quests are. They do not know what you need or don't need for the quest.
I am wondering why you are not starting the copper ore from your own mineral mine rather than wanting to get it from someone else?

I was short of time on last quest for 7 days.. but I did start it and got it and collected already. I don't use lifeline unless I don't think I can do it myself first of all. Hi Sundos,
With the Trading lifeline you can only get basic items from other farmers. It does say specifically that you can not get anything from facilities. The mines are facilities.


For your gift problem, I am sorry we do not know why this happens to some occasionally.


There are a couple of things you can try:

Try this 1st:
If you have not already done so, please try clearing your FT memcache. To do that Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached) A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload and see if My Requests has corrected and is now showing you gifts.

If it does correct the problem but then it comes back again or the clearing did not help, then you've still got stuck gifts in the game activity area so it's up to you to if want to wait a few days and see if the problem corrects itself or you if want to continue trying to correct it yourself. If you want to continue trying you'll need to continue with the following:

Try this if the problem persists: Exchange/accept all gifts and boost any trains in My requests until none are showing up again.

Go back to the games activity area and see if any more are showing up there.

If there are and you recognise which ones you have already accepted, you need to click the x on all of those to get rid of them, including the train boosts. Then see if My Requests starts working again for new gifts.

If you don't know which gifts you've already accepted, the quickest method is to Ignore all of the requests, then see if My Requests corrects. You may not want to do that you might prefer to ignore less than that and see if it corrects. We have no way of telling you which ones may be stuck.

That section of Facebook can only show you up to 100 requests at a time so if clearing the 1st 100 doesn't resolve your problem, you will have to go back to that area more than once to clear more of them out and it's possible that you may end up having to clear all of them out, so it's entirely up top you what you prefer to do.

The quests are not available in the HTML version at the moment. The developers will be adding the missing parts over the next few weeks.

Hi sexcomma,

The game has moved to a new platform. I'm sorry but it's a restricted version so you can't do any Quests in the new version of the game. Everyone is in the same position. The Quest features of the game and the ability to use the facilities be added back when the developers have time to add them.

There is a banner message above your game screen, with link that you can click on to take you to information about the migration and is updated as things change or get added back to the game. That message does also change from time to time to help those that can't load the new version.
If you can't see that message, please load the game from the Facebook bookmark on the left side of Facebook or use the Play Farm Town button at the top of the forum to make sure you are in the same version as everyone else.

You should still be able to see your facilities fine as long as you have them check marked to show in your preferences. You just won't be able to use them to make or stock anything in them yet.

Every time I come back to quests, there are new quests shown. Then if I close that function and reopen it, there are one or two new quests, and the orders and production that I did the first time are not recorded.

-- Three quests seem locked -- they don't recognize "Harvest Eggs" and don't accept orders. (I produced Scottish oat cakes, but when I came back, that did not record -- and I couldn't produce more, because in the factory it showed that I was already producing them.)

-- Every time I reopen the quest function, there are the top three quests, PLUS one or two news ones. So I do the work required for those quests. But when I come back, whatever those quests were are gone and there are one or two new ones. If I repeat the process, the earlier fourth or fifth quests are gone and I get another one or two new ones.

when I go to collect the coins for my completed quest it says it has been more than 7 days (has been less than that) so wont count....I refresh the game and doe the same thing I open a new question and the next on down says ready in 1 minute (should be 20 hours before I can open the next one)

Multiple errors in Quests:

1. Collecting on a completed quest I get a message saying the quest was more than 7 days old (which it isn't given quests were only reactivated the other day).
2. Opening a new quest and the option to open another new quest appears immediately (does this multiple times so I can open several new quests sequentially in one session).
3. Any actions completed in quests are negated when FT is re-started. All Quest statuses goes back to where you started from including the completed quest I already collected in point 1 above.

Just encountered several problems with quests: 1) Finished quest & got message that it's over 7 days old so points won't count toward reward, but my week cycle hasn't finished & counter is wrong. 2) Same quest won't go away or really register as finished. 3) Have harvested several quest crops and they don't register as being done for 2 different quests. 4) Opened new quest & harvested 1 crop for it; crop didn't register, so closed the quest & it disappeared and the prompt appeared that you click to start a new quest. i am having the same problem - a quest gets started - harvest the crop that is needed but it doesnt show as harvested - the next quest shows ready to start and click on it and is started but reload that quest to see what else is needed but that quest does not appear and another quest shows up ready to start - and i have a quest that is ready for the next step but that step doesnt register as started

I have opened 3 different quest(one per day) and they have all been fine but today when i start one, go do whatever it says and go back in the quest, it isnt unlocked. i have to click on the box and open it again. it has done this 3 different times. and its always different. so for example, the soybeans i harvested for this quest is now a different quest also needing soybeans, which i dont have planted now since i harvested them for the previous on i unlocked. once when i unlocked it there were two quest to unlock. i have 3 the are in the middle of their timers and they are fine. today is not working. 100000186851400

When I'm in the quest manager I load an item and start a new quest it's not applied when I reopen it. I have tried to load a couple times with the same result. It wants to start a different quest also.

4 days ago I began quests, and each day was able to open and begin to work them. Today, I opened a quest, went out to harvest two crops required by a previous day’s quest that I had planted, also started the open-pit mine items required by today’s quest. Went back in, but the crops had not registered as harvested, and the new quest was gone, with the lit-up quest square ready to be clicked.
The new quest had disappeared. I clicked and a different new quest appeared. I went out of quests and came back in, and the quest was gone, and the square was lit and ready to be clicked again. After 3 times, I went out of the game, ran memecache and went back in.
The situation remained that the quest was gone, but the lit-up square was ready to click to start the new quest (which I did, and which again disappeared), and the crops which I harvested more of (luckily I had plenty) did not register as harvested. For the previous 4 days, all had worked as per normal. Today, it no longer works.

I'll add the quest issues I am seeing this morning seem to have started yesterday, after 3rd quest was successfully completed. The game then automatically gave me the 1 FC for completing 3 quests, it did not keep counting up to the 8 and 2 possible FC for the week. I am seeing same issues as others are reporting - crops not registering as harvested, wool not registering as collected, etc.

Hi. I opened a quest this morning and started one of the items. Closed the quest to go harvest something. When I went back to the quest to do the next step, the quest was gone and it gave me the option to open another quest. I clicked the new quest thinking I would get the previous one, but it was a completely new quest.

Hi Mrsmel,
You do not have to collect just because you got 3 completed. The button will stay blue this first time until you drop below 3 completed. You can keep going doing quests until the time that the first quest you completed has been on the chart just under 7 days. That way you can try to get the 8 quests.

It has been a while since we have been able to do quests. It might be a good idea to read the Game Guide chapter 28 about quests to get back into how to do them:

This is the first time for quests in the HTML, so it is not going to act the normal way. The button will turn blue after you have completed 3 quests, but will stay blue until you collect. If you continue doing and adding quests it will stay blue until you collect, but only this first time. The only thing you have to do is watch the time on the first quest you completed to make sure it doesn't drop off the chart before you collect.
If you collect for the 3, then your 7 days will start in that you will have to wait to collect at least 7 days. I don't know why you think you have to let the 2 you have started expire. Just go ahead and complete them. If you collected for the first 3, then those will be in the next weeks quest chart when you complete them.

This is not easy to explain.

The problem is you only have 1 in storage to fill the service facility and you need 2 to start a batch in it. You need to store the ones you made in the factory, so you can use them in the service facility. When you make something in a quest they are not automatically stored, so if you do not have enough in your storage you have to store the ones you made in the quest step to have enough to complete the next step.

When you make something in a quest they are not automatically stored, so if you do not have enough in your storage you have to store the ones you made in the quest step to have enough to complete the next step.

You haven't had to do that for previous quests because you already had enough to start the steps for those in your storage. In this case you required 2 to start the batch and you only had 1 in your storage.

I moved your post to the subject thread about quests. I am sorry but we can't duplicate this. In the quests, facility manager, and in the store they are all working fine.
Please explain what is happening when you try to use it and what exactly you are trying to do that isn't working.

The slider bar does not go up and down easily, when I click on it to go down, it shoots down far and when I try to ease it upwards, it shoots all the way up and I therefore cannot get to the middle part of the playing field. I think the issue is the wide pink information bar at the top of the game, it is taking up a lot of room and we have to try to ease down, which it will not do. When I am at the market hiring someone, I have to ease the game screen down to type to the players and the slider bar will not allow that. After struggling with it I get to the place where I can type in the message area and when done, I cannot ease the window up to see who replies, because when I click on the top of the slider bar, it shoots upwards.

The slider bar you are talking about is the one for the whole page. That is not controlled by Farm Town. It is a browser slider bar.

You can move the whole page down hiding the banner at the top so you can see the entire farm screen using your mouse scroll wheel.


It also sounds like you have the zoom for your browser page set too high and that would be why you can not see your entire farm screen area. Try setting the zoom for the page lower, closer to 100%.

If you have not done those particular quests since the changeover to HTML then there is no biginning time/date, so as soon as you complete the minimum number of quests then the Collect Farmcash button will turn blue.
That does not mean you have to collect right then. You can still go the 7 days to try to get the number of quests needed for the 2 FC. After you do collect the first time then the time will be 7 days before it will turn blue the next time.

I checked again and 1 FC was collected on May 2nd. So it is not a shortened week, but was a complete 7 days since last collected. The time does not start when you complete the first quest. The time starts from the last time you collected FC. The only restriction is you have to wait at least 7 days after the last time you collected, but does not mean you can't go beyond that.

I moved your post to the subject thread about quests. If your facility is full and no more batches can be started then even if you click to start a batch it will not. In the quest manager it will show it is started until you close and reopen the quest manager where it will show again that it is needed.

Open to your winery and see if it only shows the first button for starting a batch without the other buttons showing then it is full and can not start any more batches. If you click on that button you will see a message saying that you can not start any more batches.

I'm not seeing the coop quest cube and other bottom left-hand screen graphics to view my neighbor's current coop quests. Thus, they can see my coop quests, but I can't see theirs.

You do not have to go to their farms to go to the co-op quests. If you don't see the quest cube then they do not have any co-op quests open.
To get to your neighbors co-op quests look for the blue dot on them in the neighbor bar. Then you can click on their box there and click on Show Cooperative Quests. Then you can use the arrows at the bottom of the manager to go between your neighbors who have the quests.
You can also sort the neighbor bar by co-op quests and see all your neighbors who have the quests.

I visited your farms and the big sea coast will be ready to fishm in about 8 hours. You placed it outside your farm borders but you dont have a turbo boat to fish it.

Please place it on your farm and then try to fish it again. As you have a small boat, after a few clicks on the water, you will have to refresh the farm and then continue fishing. You will probably have to do this more than once.

I also saw you have the Gift lifeline for that quests, so you can ask for ingredients.
To do that, open your Frozen food factory and click in the + icon for Food seal.
You will see a pop up to post to facebook asking for ingredients.
Your friends will send them and you will see them in your gift box. You have to store them to count into your quest.

PLease try colsing your farms and reopen them and see if it will let you collect.

If that doesn't work try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Hi hortonpam,

You won't be able to load the Trampoline onto the Playground to do the final load step until you go to the playground gear factory and store some trampolines. At the time of this post you don't have any trampolines in storage, you have some ready to store in the Playground Gear Factory so please try storing them then try that last load step.

If it says you need more items whenyou are trying to load the service facility then you do not have enough of the item you are trying to load in your storage. Just because you have completed the previous step to produce the item it does not store them. You need to go to the facility and store the product to be able to load iut in the service.

There are a couple items that when in a quest will randomly come up with incorrect times. As these are extremely random when it does this the developers are not able to duplicate it and pin down the problem to fix it. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to change this for you.

None of the procedures have changed. I have a feeling that just before the change over from Flash to Unity you sold off a lot of what you had in storage. Because of that you do not have much in your storage.

As an example, you had a quest to Load a Gutter Bracket in the Gutter Repair Service. You produced the gutter brackets in the Gutter Supplies Factory, but you didn't move those to your storage. The solution is to produce the product in your factory, then when that step is completed open the factory and store all the products completed. Then you will be able to load the service as you will then have enough in your storage to do so.

Are you still having the problem Amanda? if so you have pineapples ready to harvest on your farm 32 so please use the single harvest tool to see if they are registered for your quest. Harvest a few using the scythe and check your quest.

Also you have the Employee lifeline which allows you to harvest pineapples in other farms, just remember you only get a percentage of the harvest so you will have to harvest more to get the amount required for your quest.

By the time I visited your farms, farm 32 had pineapples ready to harvest, that is why I asked you to use the single tool to harvest a few of them and check your quest.

Now it seems you harvested all the farm, but pinto beans which are not ready yet.

Sometimes it is better to use the single tool to harvest 2 or 3 items and check the quest.

As I said, you have the Employee lifeline so you can try harvest pineaples in your friends farms.

I saw you ran memcache, but you could do that again before trying harvest pineapples in other farm. Again, use the single tool instead of a combine harvest/plow or a big harvester.

Thank you for your explanation. I started recently to use the "Load All" button on a daily basis and "Cash Out" because I was thinking that way I would move up quicker. I will stop doing that and hopefully this will let me finish the Quests with "Load" items.

I have moved your post to the thread about quests as it's not about the latest release.

Try clearing your FT memcache. To run memcache Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). A window will open with a list of "unsetting", which is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another browser window.

Then please reload the game and see if when you harvest 1 soybean that now counts towards your quest. If it doesn't reload and try one more, don't do them all unless you have more on another farm you can try.

Did you harvest the soy yourself or hire someone or have a super neighbor harvest them? For quests you have to do the harvesting yourself and on your own farms.
Do you have any planted on a farm to try again? If so which farm?
Clearing cache and browser history will not fix this nor do wa have any way to fix it. We can't add the soy for you.

Taz is not available at this moment.

When you harvest, let say crops for a quest, they are automatically added to your storage while you are harvesting them.

It is not that way when you start a batch or a few batches for a quest. You start the batch and you will see how long you have to wait till it is ready.

When you see the green check mark for that step, then open the facility and click in Whats pending button and then in the blue Store button which will show up as soon as you hover your mouse on the item.

After storing the item, then you will be able to load them in the Service facility.

When you harvest, let say crops for a quest, they are automatically added to your storage while you are harvesting them.

It is not that way when you start a batch or a few batches for a quest. You start the batch and you will see how long you have to wait till it is ready.

When you see the green check mark for that step, then open the facility and click in Whats pending button and then in the blue Store button which will show up as soon as you hover your mouse on the item.

After storing the item, then you will be able to load them in the Service facility.

I moved your post to the subject thread about quests.
You harvested them on your home/default farm? The orange poppies on thet farm have only 10.6 hours until they are grown again. Since they are a 4 day growth time, and even with irrigation would take 2 days then it is not possible for you have harvested them 10 hours ago.

If you watered them right before harvesting then you didn't actually harvest them even though they may have said they were ready. This has been a problem for a long time. After you water flowers you need to refresh the farm to make sure they are ready to be harvested.
You will need to wait another 10.6 hours before you can harvest those.

You can't plant and get Sugar. You plant Sugarcane, harvest it and then it has to be processed in a Sugar Refinery.

You have sugarcane in your storage, not sugar. You need to go to your Sugar Refinery and store the sugar from there inorder to use it in your quest.

Hi Rodkay,
Again it will depend upon whether there is enough time left on the oldest quest. Go to your show quests and see how old that oldest quest (at the bottom of the list). WHen a quest gets to 6 days then it starts shgowing the hours as well. Subtract that time from the 7 days and that will tell you if you have enough time to complete the 8th quest and get the 2 FC.

Hi Rodkay,
That time for collecting is only the soonest you can claim as it must be at least 7 days since the last time you collected. It does not mean you can only collect at that time. You can collect any time after that as long as you have enough quests to collect.

Im not sure about reseting the filter as I never got that but I think you are talking about a message saying that the Start all has not effect on any of the facilities in this view and asks you to adjust the Facility manager filter.

Most quests are Load All. I went into the individual facilities to check if I have enough products and in some cases it showed I did not have enough but still got the green check mark. Once the green check mark is there I cannot really add more products or is there a way to do it. I actually went ahead and planted the products needed again hoping it would make a difference and add it to the storage so I can finish the quest but it did not work. I know it must be frustrating for you that I keep asking but something is not right on my end. Again I have been playing FT for years and never had an issue. If you check the picture again, you will see it includes Regular Facilities (for Start All) and Service Facilities (for Load All)

If the Load All is not working for you, then open your Facility manager and be sure the service facilities have a tick in the little box near their picture. Also open the service facilities and see if all products have a tick in the little box near the picture for each product.

The problem you are having with loading service facilities is due you have little products stored.

Let me give you an example:

One of your quests is for Load Swiss knife.

Swiss knife is produced in the Explorer Accessories Factory.
When you start a batch for Swiss Knife you will get 20 done

20 Swiss Knife is the amount you need in your storage to be able to load 20 in the Explorer Shop.

In this case, by the time I checked your data, you only have 6 Swiss Knife in your storage.

So you need to start more batches for Swiss Knife in the Explorer Accessories Factory, then when they are done, send them to your storage.
Reload the game.
Open your storage, click in Harvest & Products button.

Click in the magnifying glass and type Swiss Knife in the box.
If you see you have 20 or more than 20 Swiss knife stored, then Open the Explorer shop and load a batch for that product.

The main thing to remember is if it says you don't have enough of the product to load the service then go to the factory you produced the product in and store what is completed there. Then go back to your quest and load the service.

Just to be sure you are doing this yourself on your own farm, right?

I am not sure why you are trying to use the fishing pole for doing this. Salmon is not the only fish in those lakes and it would be hard to get the salmon just with the fishing rod. You do own a turbo fishing boat and that would make it easier to get salmon.

To make the carbon steel you first need the iron ore and the graphite ore. Graphite opre takes 8 hours. This quest for you has not been open long enough to have gotten that.

I had a look at your data and you only have 9 Bridal Bouquet in your storage at this moment.

You need 20 to load a batch into the Bridal Shop.

So,go into your Wedding Supplies Factory and store the ones already done.

Then try to load them into the Bridal Shop again.

You do have to add all the items required to make a product for a quest before you can add the product.
When you added the Allspice in the factory did you get a message saying you needed more of an ingredient or that you could not add any more Allspice production at that time because the factory was full of pending product?
One thing we do recommend for quests is to only start one batch at a time, so in case it doesn't start for some reason you can go back and try another batcth. If you fill the facility and it doesn't work, then you have to wait for a batch to be done before you can try again.

You used to get feed back on what you caught. The last time I needed twenty five sturgeon. I had to go back four or five times to get 25 sturgeon. I hope we get that feed back again soon. I don't have need for fish right now so I can't do a screen shot but this is what I remember.

Those instructions are for farmers who are just starting to let them know which tool they need to use.

If you have a bigger tool you can use it, specially for fishing.

We do recommend to use the single tool for harvesting just in case you do not have enough crops planted.

You always have 2 of the current day as you may have a quest that finished on the same day a week ago that has not fallen off as yet.

The Chicken Kabob quest was actually completed yesterday so is listed on Thursday. Quests are not added on the chart when you collect the coins. They are listed by the date/time the last step completed. In this case it was completed at 11:23 PM (eastern time) on the 12th.

For example, you need 12 champagne barrels to be able to produce Champagne aged 6yrs.

Each Winery lasts 6 hours to produce 2 champagne barrels, so if you own 6 winery and start a batch in each one of them, you will get 12 champagne barrels in 6 hours.

Winery only costs coins and after doing the quest you can send to storoge the ones you dont want but you will have them for another quest. :)

It is always better to start a batch instead of Start all when you are doing quests. In case there is a problem or issue, you will have to wait all the time for finishing a batch if you clicked in Start All.
But if you start a batch and there is a problem you are able to start another batch inmediately.

The wine quests are a little different. You need 6 Red wine containers to produce Red wine aged 3yrs.

But the winery lasts 6 hours to produce 2 units of red wine containers. If you have 3 winery, they only cost you coins, you can start 1 batch in each winery and you will collect 6 red wine containers after 6 hours.

After doing your quest you can send the other winery to your storage in case you dont want to use them, but you will have them in case you get another wine quest in the future.

Hi. I'm working on a quest for Suya. I planted peanuts, ginger, and tomatoes yesterday. I had already harvested onions, so I didn't need to plant those. Today I harvested the peanuts, but when I went to check the quest, the peanuts aren't showing as being harvested.

I'm also working on a quest for Gado Gado. The cucumbers were ready, so I harvested them. When I checked on the quest, the cucumbers were showing as harvested, so I started the Gado Gado.

I've reloaded the game and rechecked the quest for peanuts, but they still aren't showing as harvested. What do you suggest I do?

Did you harvest the peanuts on your own farm yourself? You can not hire someelse to harvest them on your farms, nor can you hire out to harvest them from someone else's farms.

Yes, I harvested my own peanuts on my farm #28. After I harvested them, I had a few little plowed fields toward the bottom right of the farm. Those went away after I reloaded the farm.

I just this moment went back to the quest to check on the peanuts and now the quest shows the peanuts completed. :)

If they have what you need you can buy from them, but we have never been able to sell to anyone except neighbors for quests.

Could we have a time and date underneath in red when a quest is going to expire please or be allowed to hover over the expires in bla bla bla date and it will tell you when time and date it actually expires. I have 1 day left on my quest (I don't think I can finish it on time) but it would be nice to know the time and date when it's going to expire just in case people do want to finish their quest and it will save me trying to finish it and wasting my time.
