My buildings and farms disappeared this morning, I keep my gems, my level and money. everything is the same, but all my animal buildings, everything disappeared, the map remained empty as at the beginning of the game.

Im sorry but we do not have gems in Farm Town, so maybe you are talking about other game.
In case there is a mistake, then to let us check, you have to provide your user ID number. You will find it into brackets in the message above the game screen.

At that time, we had a problem to stay on line, so I thought you were posting about that,sorry I misunderstood your post.
Please load your farms and then click in your preferences, the wrench. Then put a check mark to the options for SHOW....
For example, put a check mark to Show Regular Facilities and Show Buildings.
Then click in the green check mark to save changes.
Check if the buildings or facilities you think are missing then show up in your farms.

On my Farm 43 i have a Turbo Semi ! Well thats no where to be found today ? Can you please locate it for me ?
I see somehow I have 2 Turbo Metal Mills
2 Turbo Mineral Mines.....I bought these a while back, but didnt write you I have no idea why i have 2 of each unless i didnt see the sale went through and did another sale ? Anything to do about this for me ?

I moved your post to the subject thread about missing items.
When you search on your farm 43 only search for "Turbo" not "Turbo Semi". Turbo Semi will show 0 items because the name of the item is Turbo Electric Semi Trailer. It is there on your farm 43.
For the other extra items you will need to contact Support about those as we can not do any refunds through the forums.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. Hi there, Some of my facilities are missing and I cannot see them or access them to start production. In particular, the Mines, the drink facility, and some others. Also, Mango trees are missing.

Please provide your farms ID so we can check this for you. You can find your ID in the banner at the top above your farms.
Please provide an exact list of what is missing so we can check those.

I went to the marketplace to sell some things out of storage as my storage is full. Somehow I guess I sold all my trees off every farm. Is there any way to get them back or do I need to start replanting. Thanks for your help.

I visited your farms and I saw many trees on them, specially on farms 7, 11 and 14
You have Show Trees checked in your preferences, the wrench.
Dont you see them when you go to your farms?

- Ignore please unable to delete it.. but it has been located -I just purchased my 3rd Semi - Trailer using Farm Cash, put it on my farm then to storage so I could put it on another farm, but it dissappeared.

Hi all. I've had one of my Farmcash facilities disappear on me again (same as last October). I was moving my Gardening Tools Factory from one farm to another. When I went to put it on the new farm, I got the "cannot move item from storage" error message. I went back into storage and tried to put it back on the original farm (just in case there was a problem with the farm I was trying to put it on) and got the same message. Other facilities that I was moving came over to the new farm with no problem. I've now reloaded th game and the Gardening Tools Factory has disappeared - not in my storage and not on any of my farms - help!

Hi, I am having trouble with trees and flowers vanishing off my farms. On 33 last week they all (Trees)vanished. Then this morning on Farm 4 my flowers disappeared. I do have layered items and some farms are stacked. But I haven't had issues with trees and flowers vanishing in great numbers like this before. My friend send me the memcache link but it didn't help the problem. What can I do to make sure I don't lose more trees and flowers and the coins they cost?

My friend send me the memcache link but it didn't help the problem. What can I do to make sure I don't lose more trees and flowers and the coins they cost?

If you cant see flowers on farm 4 then clear your browser cache. First time you load the game after the clearing it will load slowly as it has to load all graphics again.

When you cant see some items on a farm, then you have to ask a friend to check if they can see them.
I can see all flowers on your farm 4 so the problem is in your browser with graphics. That is why I asked you to clear your browser cache. Memcache has nothing to do with this kind of problem.
I cant see trees on your farm 33, so if you wish you can contact Support. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. Im sure that when you clear your browser cache you will be able to see your flowers on farm 4. They are ready to harvest at this time.

The problem she has is layering, if she had flowers and trees on those farms on top of x9 crops, then you know they could disappear.
If she continues trying to place trees/flowers again, then they surely will disappear due to corrupted farm data.
In that case she has to work with Support.

I have a problem and I don't know where else to post this. I've lost two fc lakes.

I have been ill and have played sporadically while all of these changes have been taking place. Somewhere along the way I have lost two of my fc big lake with boats. consequently I am always short of trout when I post facilities. Is there any way I can get these two items back? I think they must have disappeared when I tried to send them to storage when I was enlarging and moving waters to farm 37. As I said I have been ill and my memory is not so good. I have had a stroke, heart attack and open heart surgery during all of this remake and missed out on a lot of the updates.

We do not go back and determine when you bought what. The game keeps an archive (list) of everything you buy with Farm Cash. It also shows if there are any discrepancies between what is on your farms and and what you have owned at any one time. I am sorry but it does not show any big lakes with boat missing. As I said you can contact support concerning this.

I just checked data for your superneighbor and they have 2,782,535 Arugula in their storage.
If you are talking about the crop you planted is disappearing from the farms, then notice this person has another superneighbor who could have harvested the farms.

It sits there for a minute or two then clears out. Problem is there is absolutely nothing on the screen - no fields, no buildings = nothing; just a green screen. I have left the green screen on thinking the stuff will appear but nothing. I decided to go into one of my groups where I placed the memcache link. FB, in its infinite wisdom and to make things "easier," has somehow managed to do away with the Files in the 2 groups I admin; and 1 that I belong to. So, if it is a memcache thing, I have no link. Hi Lynnetimpeiro,
For the first problem make sure you have all of the show items checked in your preferences. If those are all checked you might want to try clearing your browser cache. After you do the game will load slower the first time as it has to download all the graphics for the game again.

I am sorry, but what you bought was the Chocolate Factory for 30 farm cash, not the Flower Shop for 25 farm cash. There isn't any purchase of a Flower Shop.
You can check this yourself by going to the Account tab above your farms and then click on the Farm Cash Activity Log.

I noticed this started a few days ago. I would fill all my facilities, post, and close the Manager. A few minutes later I would open it again and I would show 0% ready. I thought "wow they worked them fast"!! Then I noticed that there was 0% to store!! So I would fill again to 100%, close the manager again and then reopen - back to everything 0%. I have lost so many items and can't fill a lot of my facilities now. I have rebooted, used memcache, I don't know what else to try!! Help!!!!

When you fill your facilities and you look at the facility manager you will see the facility picture, its name, and Pending, Done, Utilization.
After filling your facilities, do you see they show a number in Pending and 100% in Utilization?
Which filter are you using in the A/Z filter? If you are using the Utilization filter, then when you reopen the facility manager you will see the non workable facilities at the top, as they will continue showing 0 Done till the time for them will pass.
I visited some of your farms and your facilities are showing numbers in Done option.
About your problem with the purple and green hands, they allow you to overlap your facilities, but there is a limit on how many and where you can place them.
If there are many items in the place you want to overlap your facilities then you will not be able. Remember that to place a facility using the purple hand, you need a clear space the size of a pine tree.

When strange things like this happen it can be the date/time on your computer is off either when you fill the facilities or when you look at it later. Make sure the date/time is correct when you fill them and see if the amounts stay pending or done.
You could also try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

For the hands we can't duplicate this. The main thing really depends on what you have in the location you are trying to place the facilities. If you have crops layered 9x and or trees/flowers layered over them then you may not be able to add more facilities over them as all the squares are filled.

I couldn't get "Grandmas Country Kitchen" out of the storage so I thought it was already placed and was still shown in the storage as a bug ( this happens sometimes). Today, when I checked which facilities I do not own, the store shows "Grandmas Country Kitchen". So it must have gone lost! Could you please check this?

I had ALL crops over 1,200,000 harvests stored. All of a sudden, WHEAT went to zero. I'm continuing to work so it will rebuild but what the heck happened? Arugula was the crop I had the least of and even that is still over 1,040,000 harvests. Any thoughts?

It mostly depends on how many times you refill your facilities per day.
I had a look at your data and if you post once a day without refilling them, you need 137,520 wheat, 126,720 only to fill to 100% your 16 Red Windmill
If you only post once a day, without refilling, in 9 days or so you would use that amount of wheat stored.
I would suggest you to check your Ingredient Planner inside the Facility Manager.
You can set it to All Facilities, 15 days (which means a 100% full run) and By Missing.
If you see an item with red number into brackets then you will have to add more.
If that is not the problem then check to be sure that you didnt sell wheat by mistake. Check if wheat has a check mark in the Crops category in Storage while you are at Marketplace.

Please click in your preferences, the wrench, and be sure there is a check mark for Show Regular facilities and Show Service Facilities options, then click in the green check mark to save changes.
Refresh the farm and see if the missing facilities show up.
If not, then clear your browser cache, the first time you load the game, it will load very slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Thank you for the quick reply. However I have now lost more facilities on my Farm 1. I had expanded my farm and was moving rivers and facilities and that is when I lost a Dairy Barn, Stables, Wool Shed, and more. I have checked on everything that was recommended but nothing has worked.

I do not see any of the animal sheds you mention as missing on that farm. However I will say you have that farm extremely layered with trees over flowers over crops and many facilities on that farm as well. That much layering can cause problems an possibly cause things to go missing.
We can not restore any of the facilities as we do not have that capability. Nor can we do any refunds through the forums.
You will need to contact Support about these. Please be sure and list each of the missing items in your ticket to them so they can check it.

Hello, I am unable to harvest crops.
The Work status screen shows Farm 27 with crops in Green ready to harvest.
But when I go to the farm, the fields show that they aren't ready for 3.4 more hours.
I have images but they are on my hard drive not as a URL link which is the only thing that clicking on the picture icon let's me do. I don't know how to attach or send them to you.

Are you looking in Show Work Info or Farm Stats when you see this? Are they both showing you the same thing?
Which farms are showing there are crops ready to harvest when they are not ready yet?
Please check the following list and see if there is anything listed there that you have not already tried:
Check all aspects of the date and time are still showing correct on your computer.
If you are loading the game via a saved book mark in your browser, please try using the Facebook link for Farm Town in the left side of your Facebook News Feed or you can try the Play FarmTown button at the top of the forum to make sure you are in the current version of the game.
Try clearing your FT memcache. To do that Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window.
Check for any updates for the browser you use and clear the caches/history in it, close the browser. Reopen the browser, load the game then check show work info and farm stats again.

Your soup kitchen is showing to be ona farm. You will need to search each farm for that.
You do not own a Fish and Chips according to your data you have never bought one.

Those crops are getting sold in the market because you are selling them using the Non-ingredients (for me) filter when you are selling. Since you do not have the facilities that use those crops then they get sold.

i have noticed in the past that some of the crops i planted never showed up after i stacked the fields......... this happened when i try to go all the way to the edge....... i never thought too much about it but i moved my semi trailer truck and my turbo semi trailer truck to that general location and now they have disappeared........i think there is some issue i might have that i am unaware of?? any ideas on this?

I had a look at your data and the only animal shed I was able to see is a Pigsty on your farm 4.
All the other farms you are mentioning do not have any animals buildings and data is showing the same.

I sure wish they would fix the bug that cause plowed plts to dissappear when they expand the farms. It usually has been 4-5 farms...this time its nearly half of my farms now have missing plots in them.

If those farms are heavily worked, that means that you have the farms plowed x9 with tress and/or flowers on top and probably lakes, then maybe there is no more space to place things.
Sometimes the farms get corrupted due all items on them as there is a limit for those.
If you wish us to check those farms please provide the farms number so we can visit.

marymarcel is not available at this time.
I am sorry but layering can cause things to go missing. Although layering hasn't been prevented, it is not still officially supported as problems like this can happen, at any time, and anything including Farm Cash items could go missing. The more layering you put on a farm the greater the problems can be. Anyone who chooses to do it, risks that happening.
As you are experiencing this, then you have already put too much on those farms.
Farm 3 doesn't just have layered crops/trees/flowers on it. It has facilities and a train on it as well.
We are not permitted to help with layering or allow others to post help, especially with any instructions or what anyone may consider as working fine at any one time, due to the various random problems it can cause.
We can only recommended that as you have run into problems, that you consider reducing what is on the farms that you know have problems with, especially when you have Farm Cash Items on them, before anything else corrupts on them.
What you choose to reduce is up to you, but if you chose to sell/delete anything rather than store to move them to other farms (if you have enough storage space to be able to move them), please remember that you can only get some trees/flowers as gifts and that you will need to check for any Farm Cash items on the farm to make sure you don't sell/delete those by mistake.

No the ships do not disappear or go transparent like the trains can. Your blue ship is on one of your farms according to your data.
You can try unchecking all the show items except show ships and look through your farms for it.
EDIT: Sorry I was wrong. The port manager does not show what farm they are on.

Hi Bru,
Did you hide everything except the ships when searching the farms? According to your data it is not in your storage, but is on a farm somewhere. You do not actually have to have the ship to continue using it as long as you bought it the first time. It should still be showing in your Seaport manager for you to be able to load it and dispatch it.
EDIT: Your blue ship is on your farm 20.

It is showing up for us. It is sitting just above your orange one in the waters on the upper right side. Try unchecking the show ponds and see if it is under the waters.
The other thing you can try if you still can't see it is to clear your browser cache. Instructions are in the following link:

Please note your farms will load slower the first time after clearing the cache as it has to downlo9ad all the graphics again.

My current account number is 104631822101565 - that's the much smaller farms than those that I lost, and that's where the blue ship is missing.
I still cry over my losses - money, labor, contacts. etc, etc., but Facebook Security won't answer my emails, so I'm continuing here by starting all over. I know you don't want to hear all of this. so anyway, use new acc't number 104631822101565 to get to my current farms. Thanks - and sorry for the trouble.

Ok. That is different. You are correct. Your blue ship is missing. As I said before though you do not have to physically have to have the ships to be able to still use them and dispatch them as long as you have purchased it.

In which farm are you getting this problem?
If you only have crops on those farms, then the best thing to do is to delete all plots on the farm. Then refresh the farm and see if more plots show up.
If that is the case, then delete them and refresh the farm again.
You have to do this till after refreshing you only see the green.
Then you can plow that farm again.
In case you have trees, flowers,facilities on top of crops and/or ponds on those farms, then you should send trees or flower or ponds to a another farm not having such much items on it.
The most you add to your farms, you will get more problems with crops, trees, flowers disappearing as farm data gets corrupted.
After moving the items, then you need to do the delete plots as suggested.

The Greece, Egypt, El Salvador, and Scotland facilities are on your farms somewhere, probably hidden under other facilities. To find them try doing a search on your farms for each.
The Austria and Dominican Republic ones I do not find to be on your farms or in your storage. Those 2 facilities cost coins and not FC.

i had 3 super storage sheds on my farm number 9........ for some reason i now have only 1 and seems some of the crops are missing as well at the bottom..... not sure why this happened... can someone help me??

I have lost eight of my Big Sea coasts. I moved these eight fom one position on the same farm from one spot to another and NOW the show as SMALL SEA COASTS. These were purchased using farm cash and of course gave better items for fish market. They show physically the size of Big Sea Coast but register as small. How do I get them back to what they were?

My crops and cow milk are disappearing! I hired people to harvest my crops, went back to replant my farms and it was as if nothing had been harvested, I still had the same amount of crops that I had BEFORE the harvesting. I don't know wha is going on with the cow milk. I NEVER run out. I haven't added a bunch of new facilities that require milk, yet I can't keep any stored. Please help!

I'm not seeing any errors or issues in your data that might indicate there was a problem.
Did you reload the game after harvesting animals and your worker harvesting crops before filling your facilities, to see if there was some delay in storage updating the figures? With crops if you hired a stranger at the job marketplace when they were finished, did you check for both the regular and large size of crop?
If you have more friends working your facilities than you used to, then you would be using more products when you refill them and then that would use more again if you refilled them later on.
Check your Ingredient Planner in the Facility Manager and have a look at what the amounts are when it's set to All Facilities, 15 days (which is one fill to 100%) and By Required and see how much you need for what you are tunning low on and if you need to be making all of those products in every facility especially where you have multiples of the same facility.
Next time you are at market to sell your non-ingredients (for me) have a look through what is showing up for sale and see if you are making anything that could be using what you are low on as you may want to stop making those for a while while you build up your supply.
Please also run memcache to clear your game data. To do that Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window.
Then if you haven't done them recently, also check you are still up to date with computer updates, browser updates, browser clearing, then close the browser and reopen it.
Make sure that you are loading the game via the Facebook bookmark for FarmTown on the left side of Facebook to make sure you're in the current version of the game and see if you still have a problem with anything making it to harvest&products storage after that.
If there's a specific item not making it to harvest& products storage, please let us know which ones those are.

1473121625 my first farm has nothing in the barn. The other barns do. Never changed anything on here. Why can I not harvest my dairy barn? Been 2 days now. It says, ready to harvest. Then when I try to see what's in there. It is empty. Is there a cattle rustler on farmtown...haha?

Even if there are no animals in it the shed will say it is ready to harvest if it is newly added or if it has been 8 hours since it was last harvested. We don't have any way to track the animals if you had it filled. You don't have any animals in your Item storage so they are not there if you happene to move them to that. You may have sold them.
The only thing you can do is get more cows from your gifts.

I am sorry, but we do not have any way to restore the cows and as they are gift only then a refund would not help. If it was a glitch then it was a one time glitch and is not common nor is there any way to duplicate it to try to fix it.

i have bought the squishmallow store and factory for the first 15 farms it dropped the factory on farm 1 to farm 4 i put it on again on farm 1 was there then gone again 4 times and i paid the 7,800,000 coins each time. it also happened with the store on farm 1 was on then gone paid 7,900,000 noticed that the czech restaurant 7,600,000 and taste of czech republic 7,700,000 was gone for a total of 54,400,000 coins is there a way you can find out what happened to them i am still getting them for the other farms

I worked someone's farm last night around 8 to 8:30. I earned 23,000,000 points I believe. It never came to my farm. I bought #30 Farm. I neve received it. I earned 20,000 plus butter in my SuperFacility for my Friends. I never received it. My time on my ships was changed from 20 minutes to 30 minutes while in the process of loading them.

I only see 2 jobs completed today. First was completed 8:56 PM eastern time and you received 18,667,168 coins. The second was completed at 9:15 PM eastern time and you received 31,077,478 coins. Both were added to your coin total.
The farm you bought was farm 29 for 11 billion coins for a 12x12.
We have no way to check what you got through the Super Facility. So no way to check this for you.
The times can change on your ship if a ship drops from the list because they only stay on that list for 7 days exactly to the second. Curently you have 3 ships on the list so your times will be longer.

Hello, I am missing my coffee and tea facility. I have had this for several years, and now all of the sudden it is gone. I do not know exactly how long it has been missing, but I was going to go load it again, because I am low in those items, and it is not there any longer. I know FB has been giving you all some issues , and maybe through all those demands with them it caused it to disappear. But is there anyway you can fix this please??? It is like 33 FC I have not noticed anything else missing at the moment , but I am going to go double check now that I know that one is gone.

I'm not sure when but my turbo tables and chairs has vanished. I went to see if maybe I hadn't purchased it but it had lite up Duplicate. I've cleared all my farms looking but find it nowhere.Would appreciate any help. Thank you Shortyb

I layered (water and trees) one farm (after extending) the same as the rest of the farm. The layering on the new bit seems corrupted. Some bits appeared empty, others partially planted. I took some trees off then tried to fill in the gaps. This was partially successful. I then left it alone for a few days, extended it again. Now the corruption is on the new area as well when I tried putting water on it. I obviously can't delete the empty plots, so what else can I do. I've cleared the browsers cache, reloaded the game a few times, but I still cannot put water on a lot of the new plots. Farm in question is nr 27.

It's likely to be the layering that has caused all the problems. This is why it's not recommended. Putting far too much on a farm will cause things to go missing and can also cause issues with plots not being able to be deleted. That's the risk farmers take if they choose to do this.
As you have run into issues you certainly should not try to place any more on that farm and should consider not doing the same thing to other farms or you may get issues with those as well. Those issues may not be visible at first until a later time, perhaps when the farm is altered or more items are placed.
It will be up to you what you want to do with that farm and what to keep or take off of it to tidy it up.
If you would like us to take a look at that farm, we will need your user id which you can find beneath the game screen and the yellow box under it. Look for the text that says "Your Facebook USER ID number is: ....... " and the number after that is what we need.

Hi Joyinlife,
First thing is the ingredients you are looking at are the ingredients to fill the restaurant and not the Taste of Brazil. What you need for the Taste of is the completed products from the restaurant. You need 10 of the Coxinha, but you only have 2 in your storage.

I was trying to do the new neighborhood chain contest, it asks me to work in (Septic Services) i dont have all facilities, so i go to get that one and its not on the page theres (Septic supplies factory) only! am i the only one with out it?

When you open the Store and then click en Facilities option, see if the service appears under FarmTown Septic Services.
If not, then please provide your user id number. You find it by scrolling down the game page. It says Your Facebook User Id number is:XXXXXXXX

Hi Gentleman Jim,
We do not have data on individual items when stored but I doubt that it would store only part of the bait. As you have almost 1.5 million big lakes I am sure that bait is getting used up quickly when you fish.
The only way you would know if there is bait missing is to store from each would be to check the amount you have before storing, then store only the bait from an individual fish farming plant, then check the amount you have after storing that, then restart your farms and see if the amount goes up as some from bonuses may not update imediately.

I just checked your data and it is missing.
As the Shearing and Cutting set is a tool, you can get one using your coins. Please go to the store, click in Tools tab and then search for the tool and click in the Duplicate button.

Yes there is a limit, but it depends on what combination you have on the farm. That limit also includes what you have completed in any facility on the farm that you have not stored or cashed out. There isn't any way to give you a hard limit number because of the variable make up of each.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about missing items as your 2 newest tools are missing which is why your helpers are not seeing them.
You can repurchase them for coins as you should see the Buy button has bveen replaced with the Duplicate button.
I would suggest when you set them on a farm when you purchase them make sure it is not a heavily layered farm as if the farm is close to the maximum number of items on that farm they could disappear again.

When I started checking your data, I saw you had a Combine Harvest Plant EX 11x11 placed in one of your farms.
Then you moved it to your storage.
Your seeder EX 11x11 is still missing and I havent seen it neither on your farms or your storage what makes me think you have not repurchased it for coins yet.
When your superneighbor arrives to a farm with crops ready to harvest, they will be given the Combine Harvest-Plow EX 11x11 automatically. If they are allowed to plant, then they could look for the Combine Harvest Plant EX 11x11 in your tool box or the Seeder EX 11x11 in your tool box.
Please you and your superneighbor try running memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and the farm in all tabs you have it open. Then reload the game.

Happy 14th Birthday to us all. When I am laying the ponds on farms 32 and 33 the bottom area is staying but the left side isn't I have cleared the cache etc and have nothing much on those farms All other farms are working fine I forgot my sign-in and password for that account and still haven’t received an email with the reset. So for now what seems to be the problem with farms 32 and 33 as I am not the only one with this problem I tried to plant trees in that area can’t flowers can’t it is like the field expansion is non existent to put anything on

I have tried several times, cleared farm off again, cleared memcache, reloaded, replowed etc etc etc but there is a large section to the left side of the farm that does not plow. Hi WendyP,
It may be that you have too many items on that farm since all the rest of those farms are layered with trees, flowers and facilities on them. Included in that total is how much production completed in those facilities that hasn't been stored. Try storing that and then see if you can plow those sections.
If that doesn't work you may need to remove some of the layering of the trees or flowers to see if it will let you plow those.

I am going to do a data cleaning for that farm. You will need to close and reopen your farms. Then see if you can rel=place the trees or if they show back up.

This is looking like there is something wrong with all the reports we are getting on this. We will send this on to the developers and see if they can figure it out. I suggest not doing anything more until we hear back from the developers.
Edit: I have confirmed this on my farms. We will have to wait for the developers to fix this.

It is the build number of the current release of the game. We do not need that information as we are all on the same build.
The developers are aware of the problem and currently looking into it with a fix soon we hope.

I just bought a chicken coop, dairy shed and wool shed for my farm 39. Now they are not there. I also noticed that a red windmill, mineral mine, open-pit and oil pump are missing too I believe. I put one on all my farms. Thank you for your help.

Your problem is all the layering on that farm. You may have reached the maximum a farm can hold, so placing anything else on the farm may disappear.

I have just looked at your data and your item storage is not empty.
Make sure your filter is set to All. If it is then try restarting your farms.
If it is still showing empty try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and check again.

Try going to the farm and start a batch from within those facilities of what you need for the quests.

On my farm Stats (a Super-Neighbour seeded for me while I checked this) on farm 4 to farm 18 is the same size farms 34x34 why is there a discrepancy in the amount of crops even for the same size. For example farm 4 has 3,444 growing while farm 5 have 3,605 and farm 6 have 3,604. Surely it would be the same number across the board because it's the same size farm and crop.

This is not a new tool. As you have all the plows, harvesters and seeders as well as the combine Harvest-Plows up to 8x8, then you can buy the Combine Harvest-Plant up to 8x8. Please note you do have to buy them in order. You have bought the 5x5 Harvest -Plant, so now you need to buy the 6x6 and 8x8 to catch up to your larger tools.
Your Combine Harvest-Plant is on one of your farms. Go to your preferences (wrench in top right corner) and uncheck all the boxes except for tools. Then go to each of your farms until you find it. When you find it put it in your starage so you can use it from any farm through the tool box. Tools you buy with farm cash do not take any room in your storage.

My one of the long sliding door car in the process of doing so it said it couldn't be sat on the farm I looked it remained in my storage when I refreshed the farm it wasn't in my storage nor on my farm. On Apr. 2, 2023 I bought the Turbo Electric Semi Truck. Today I see it is missing. It's not longer on the farm I placed it, it's not in the storage and no longer in the Facility manager.

On Apr. 2, 2023 I bought the Turbo Electric Semi Truck. Today I see it is missing. It's not longer on the farm I placed it, it's not in the storage and no longer in the Facility manager.

Noticed today that I never got my daily catch of fish. Usually get 75,000,000,000 in coins. After this mornings catch, I only had about 24,000,000,000 in coins to sell off. I know there is nothing you can do, just for awareness.

I had a look at your data and your farms and you dont have baits, so it could be possible you only got 1 fish instead of 2 for some of your fish farms. That could be the reason you got less coins.

I moved your post to the thread about missing items. I have checked your account and do not see that you purchased that tool nor any missing farm cash.
You can check yourself by going to the Account tab at the top of your farms. When you open that click on the Farm Cash Activity Log. That will show you any activities you have gotten or purchased.

I moved your post to the thread about missing items. Your window cleaning supplies factory is still on one of your farms is not missing according to your account data. You did click to buy it. There is only 1 in your account data so you did not own it previously.
You will need to go to your preferences and uncheck all the show items except the facilities. Then go to each farm and search (magnifying glass in tool box) for Window. That should be enough to help you find it.

hello thanks for the new update. I bought the prenatal care center and prenatal supply factory I put them on my farms 40 and also moved my bee farm and fish farming plant from the top left corner to the bottom right corner to be with all the other ft$ items I put the new facilities as in prenatal ones on the bottom right corner. and all items have disappeared They do not show when I click on my production chain. You can confirm I purchased them and check my production chain and nothing is showing. So I am missing my fish farm plant, bee farm, prenatal care center and prenatal supply factory all of this happened just now I am also missing my pig barn

Taz isn't available at this time.
If you are using a work computer/email address, some employers will block the ability to load any games on work computers which may also block the ability to send a ticket in. Use the link Taz supplied and see if it lets you send one, if it does you should be fine. If it doesn't then wait until you can get home to send one the normal method you use.
Generally any email can be used to send a ticket to support. Just remember which one you used and make sure you check that one for responses and the junk folder for them if it doesn't show up in the in box

In the future can the game let us know that there is a problem, instead of taking the factory or service facility can the game maybe say take a tree or flower. I will not notice say one tree missing out of 300. Also taking a factory or service facility could take a while to notice missing specialty since i have the turbo tools for loading them. I might notice if i had to load each one one at a time.

I have checked your account and do not see the prenatal care center missing. You have 2 on your farms some where. You will need to do a search through each farm to find them both. Uncheck all the show items except for show facilities, then do a search for that service.
There isn't any way for the game to alert you if something goes missiing and it is usually the item you just purchased.

I had a look at your data and it does not show a purchase for the Flower harvester 44x44. You do have the Flower Harvester 40x40 in your storage.
You purchased the Prenatal Supplies Factory, Prenatal Care Center and Water Utility Supplies Factory using farm cash on April 18th.
Then yesterday, April 19th you purchased a Taste of Australia.
You can check this yourself, by clicking in Account tab above the game screen and then clicking in Farm Cash Activity Log.

You were credited for all the farm cash items that are missing from that farm. The pig sty is for coins and the pigs are gifts. They can not replace the pigs.

The Multi Planter tools use fuel and when I checked your data you have 0 fuel.
You need to refuel in order to be able to use that tool.

I have checked your account data and yes they are missing. I have also looked at that farm and the reason they have gone missing is because you have probably reached the limit that farm can hold. You have crops with trees and facilities layered over them along with waters layered along the sides. There is a limit to how much you can put on each farm.

Your milking Station is on one of your farms. In your game preferences make sure that you have a check mark added for Show Tools and go to your Farm 27, it's near the top of that farm.

I think I overlayered and having gaps in fields. I have been trying to "unlayer" things. I am having gaps on 2, 20, 11, 12, 26. There may be more. I am not missing any facilities but am getting less yields from fishing.
