I'm not sure if this is the correct forum, but I'm seriously missing some quantities of flowers. I just noticed it today when i was selling some surplus. Some of my flower quantities are extremely low. Fox example it shows 18 wax begonia, 351 wild mix, 32 Zinnia. 248 Allium Globemaster, 16 Cailia Lilly and 243 Bush Anemone just to name a few. When I sell surplus I always try to leave around 2,000. I didn't sell any of these today because of such low quantity. To further confuse things, I hired someone this morning to harvest flowers among other things and given how many flowers I have the amount stored should be much more than this. The flowers you have listed are not used for anything. Since you sold your non-ingredients that would be where they have gone.

Yes, but there should be around 1 million in my storage, after everything was harvested. I'm sorry, I should have been more clear. I planted 1/3 of my farms in hemp. All of my farms are the largest possible size.

?I have an issue that just happened - a friend of mine just sent me a Super Stable and I do not see it in my gift box. I have refreshed the game and it is not there. I can not find it in my storage or on any of my fields - i was gifted one a few weeks ago and this would have been my 2nd super stable. The farm cash activity shows that i received one. Any suggestions as to why I can not find it?

Click in your preferences, the wrench, and put a check mark for Show Buildings option.
Then click in the green check mark to save changes and see if the Mansions show up.

To see the Mansions you need to have a check mark for Show Buildings and also for Show coins items option, but this last one option is checked by default.

If the problem continues, then please clear your browser cache and then restart your computer.

I clearly have an incense sticks factory on my farm 25, yet it is not showing up in my list when I pull up my facilities. Is this a glitch? I can start all, so it is working. Just not in my list

Hi lillymc,
Put that facility in your storage, restart your farms and then place it back on the same farm. If it is loaded then you should not lose any production as long as you place it back on the same farm.

I just checked and that gifting tool is missing. Check in the store if that tool shows a Buy or a Duplicate button. If it says Duplicate you can buy another for coins to replace it. I do suggest you go to a farm that does not have a lot on it to buy and place the tool on before you transfer to storage. If the farm you place it on is heavily layered you may lose it again as that farm may have reached its limit of items.

You are welcome. Just remember in the future if you are buying tools to do so from a farm that is not layered, so they won't possibly disappear.

I just got 72 Pigs as gifts from neighbours and Buddies, I clicked and put them into storage then I went to storage to move them to my pig sty but to my horror there was no pigs to be found please can I have my pigs back.

Hi iceberg :)

If you were on a farm with a Pigsty and enough space in it, then when you stored the pigs, they went into the Pigsty, not storage.

I usually have over 1 millions eggs but have noticed the past few days my egg supply has been dwindling. Example, I had 659,000 hen eggs, I harvested the coops and filled facilities and the total dropped to 653,000. I have the farm pass reward for having 10% of extra animal products. I also collect over 500 egg gifts every day. I clear the memcache daily. What am I missing?

Hi Petals,
You are apparently using more eggs per day than you are collecting. The only thing that will stop the total from dropping is to add more hens to get more eggs.

We have checked your account data and the farm. It is not showing in the data as missing, but is not showing on the farm. This can happen if the farm is near or at the maximum you can put on a farm. There is a limit to how much you can put on each farm. With ponds under the crops and trees, flowers and facilities layered on top then you risk losing additional or some of the items on that farm.

I am sorry but we can not do refunds through the forums nor can we replace things on your farm. You will have to contact Support for that as I said in my first response to you.
You will not have to get rid of everything on those farms but you do need to cutdown how much you have on them. Reducing the layered crop plots will help but that may not be enough. Reducing how many layers of tree or flowers would be a bigger help. Facilities and what is completed in them increases the number of items on the farm, so one thing that can help is to store those often, though that alone will not get you to a point of not losing items.

I have purchased ALL of the FC facilities as they have come out. Unfortunately, the account only shows the last 6 months. In that time there are a few that I have purchased that are not showing. I have cleared the cache, checked my storage and restarted the game. The following is what is missing:
Ice Rink, Indoor Playground, Taste of the Phillipines, Food Art Show, Cookie Shop, Magicians Supplies Factory, Magicians Clubhouse, Singaporean Restaurant, Turbo Bakery, Boba Tea Supplies Store, Turbo Watermill and Turbo Paper Mill.

I have checked and all of those are missing. Most of the time facilities like this go missing because the farms they are on are overloaded with layering. Each farm has a limit to how much they will hold in the database and that includes any finished products in those facilities as well as crops, trees, flowers and waters on the farm.

I bought it and placed it on farm 7 so I could use it in the neighborhood quest.
I have sent at least 3 emails! No one has responded yet!!:mad::mad: it's been over a month! not even received an email letting me know they received mine.
I buy farm cash regularly check my account! I am not going to spend my real money until my farm cash for the facility is refunded.
I will also not get farm pass next month. this is ridiculous. I'm a patient person but this is going too far tbh:(

Hi Anne,
I moved your post to the thread about missing items. I am not sure what you mean by you have lost half of your facilities and trees. I do not see anything missing as far as FC facilities.
You are going to have to explain exactly what you are missing and from what farms they are missing.

Hi Anne,
As Farm Town has only been around 16 years you have not been playing 30 years. There isn't any way for us to remove the new farm pass nor can we replace your facilities and trees. I have checked you account and you have no farm cash facilities missing in the archive of those which lists any and all of those that you have bought. I really doubt that the facilities you say are missing are all coin facilities.
Make sure your preferences for the Show part is set to show All.
Have you checked your facility manager to see if any of the ones you think are missing are showiing there? Make sure the filter for the facility manager is set for all facilities, all regular facilities and all service facilities.
Also try clearing you memcache and restart your farms. You will find a link for the memcache at the bottom of your farm page.

Hi Taz when I first started playing it was on Facebook, and seeding ploughing were one square at a time. I will check with Facebook as to how many years its been since I started.
No all items missing aren't coin factories some were fc .I will check with Facebook .

Hi EireneM :)

To be able to buy multiple flowers and/tress you need at least a Multiplanter in your storage.

Then you open your yellow tool box and click in the Multiplanter. The store will open showing you trees and flowers.
You select the one you want and the desing and start planting.

Yes, I have been rebuilding my population, however every coop had 300 geese each in them. As they are gifts I start at the last coop fill all of one type of working my way thru every farm until all coops are filled with what bird I am working on. I had filled all of my geese, then I moved to turkeys. So any farm that has a coop and does not have 300 geese in them, those birds are missing. After I filled turkeys I checked my pigs filled them up, then was going through to check on hens and make sure they were full. Every coop should have 300 geese, how ever the geese have disappeared. This sets me back badly when filling my coops and barns. This means I have to rebuild my goose flocks and hope more birds do not disappear. So check how many coops I have and if they do not have 300 geese in them where are they? I do not overstuff my animals so that cannot be an excuse, and using my harvest all tool I did not notice I was not getting as many goose eggs. When I did a physical check my geese were just gone, they were not in storage. So where did my geese go?

Yes, I have been rebuilding my population, however every coop had 300 geese each in them. As they are gifts I start at the last coop fill all of one type of working my way thru every farm until all coops are filled with what bird I am working on. I had filled all of my geese, then I moved to turkeys. So any farm that has a coop and does not have 300 geese in them, those birds are missing. After I filled turkeys I checked my pigs filled them up, then was going through to check on hens and make sure they were full. Every coop should have 300 geese, how ever the geese have disappeared. This sets me back badly when filling my coops and barns. This means I have to rebuild my goose flocks and hope more birds do not disappear. So check how many coops I have and if they do not have 300 geese in them where are they? I do not overstuff my animals so that cannot be an excuse, and using my harvest all tool I did not notice I was not getting as many goose eggs. When I did a physical check my geese were just gone, they were not in storage. So where did my geese go?

I hope this is the correct thread to use for this post as I'm not sure if this is an issue or just how Farm Town works. I have noticed that the quantities of the freshwater and seawater bait are different in different locations.

- Freshwater Bait:
On Farm 3,352,002 (when I hover over a water item)
In Facility 3,397,187
In Storage 45,185

- Seawater Bait:
On Farm 123,837 (when I hover over a water item)
In Facility 162,907
In Storage 39,070

Why are the quantities different and which one is correct & usable when fishing? NOTE: All the water items will be fished later today, so the numbers will be different by the time you all check but the discrepancies should still be there.

Hi Pumpkin,
Both are correct. They are separate amounts. The bait you see with your waters is what you have for doing the fishing. The baits you see in your storage came from your part of sending bonuses to your neighbors and can only be sold or used to fill the bait in the fishing tackle shop.

I saw 90% of my trees are chopped and I have no idea how this can happen. I did not hire anyone. Is there a new function where a visitor can modify your farm without permission?

Hi Mzelise,

You have 4 super neighbors and if you have given them permission to do your trees then any of them could have done it.
No visitors to your farm can do work unless you have hired them for that work, but your super neighbors can if you have allowed them to do the harvest and chop trees.

Hi, I bought the seeder 32 x 32 and then the EX seeder...since yesterday my seeder 32 x 32 is missing.
I see that I can choose using EX seeder or the old one but it give me my 28 x 28 seeder. I want my 32 x 32 seeder back.
I paid for it and than bought the EX. I use my 32 x 32 for normal crops and use the EX seeder for the layers crops.

I have checked your account data and do not see any purchase for either the 32x32 seeder or any EX seeder. You do own the EX seeder 5x5 from a previous purchase in September 2024.
You can check this yourself by clicking in Account tab at the top of the game screen and then click in Farm Cash Activity Log button.

Please check in the Account tab at the top of your farms and you will see the transaction was not done. You did not complete that purchase and no farm cash was taken for it. You only have 4 farm cash so you would not be able to buy any of the tools currently.
Also you do not have to buy the 32x32 seeder to buy the EX tools. You only have to own up to the 16 x 16 regular tools to buy the EX tools.

Ok thanks for clearifying me. I was wondering why the boat was suddenly not available on my farmtown. I don't know if there are changes that has been change with the seeders or not.

Nothing has changed with the seeders. To buy the EX tools you must own up to the 16 x 16 tools first. You have never had to buy the larger regular tools past the 16 x 16 to buy the EX tools.

Now when I look at that farm all four items are missing. The very same thing happened about two weeks ago. I purchased the Ultimate Freight Locomotive and a mess of cars to with it. Placed them on farm number 27. I sure would like to get those items back on my farm. What do I need to do to get those back on my farm?

I moved your post to the thread about missing items. You are missing items on that farm because you have too much on that farm. You have wall to wall waters with trees, flowers, and facilities over all the waters. There is a limit to how much can be placed on a farm. When you exceed that limit then things disappear because they can not be added to the database for that farm. I highly recommend you decrease by a lot what you have on that farm and any others you have layered this much.

I received a tool from a neighbor. I placed it on a farm. When I tried to add it to my storage I received a pop-up saying item could not be added to storage, try again later. Tried multiple times. I refreshed the farm and the tool was gone. Checked my storage and it's not there. Checked my farm cash history, the item is listed as being received. Please help!
