I think I overlayered and having gaps in fields. I have been trying to "unlayer" things. I am having gaps on 2, 20, 11, 12, 26. There may be more. I am not missing any facilities but am getting less yields from fishing.

I moved your post to the thread about missing items as this has nothing to do with the trains.
If you have missing crop fields the only thing I can suggest is delete all the crop fields on those farms, refresh the farm, and delete any more crop fields that show up again. Repeat until there are no more crop fields showing up. Then you should be able to replow those farms.
I checked and you do not have any farm cash purchased items missing.

I moved your post to the thread about missing items. Your freestyle design hands are not missing. They are on your farms somewhere. You will need to do a search of your farms to find them and place them in your storage. That way you can use them on any of your farms.

On 6/11/2023 AND 6/13/2023 I purchased a Pediatric Clinic and a Pediatric Supplies Factory.
They are show up on my Account activity as purchased AND the Farmcash was deducted from my Farmcash total. None of them show up.
I put them on Farm #1 in the lower right corner. When I went to open the clinic to complete a quest it says I don't have a Pediatric Clinic AND they no longer show on the farm.

Hi this is happydays 2747 aka Jenny Dyer, today on my farm 37 I decided I wanted to move my facilities around so I can fix up my crops that were out of whack, I used the Purple Hand and clicked on edit, then I clicked on all the facilities, and moved them all around the farm. After I had completed that, I did a memcache, and then reloaded the Farm, then I got the shock of my life that 80% of Facilities/Services/ Animals Buildings /Mines also all the Turbo Facilities including the Electric Turbo Semi, Oil Pump, and Off-shore Rig etc were gone. I don't know if this is okay to post here but I am missing 4 tools and they are all Farm cash tools. I am missing my harvest and plow tools 24x24 and 28x28. Also I am missing my seeders 24x24 and 28x28. Also I have noticed that some of my crops or other factory items are missing from my storage. I know a couple other people have seen the same thing. Can you help??

I have checked the account data for the farm set linked to the email you are registered with here and you have not purchased those tools. If you have a different set of farms you are missing those tools from please provide the account ID for that set. You can find it at the bottom of your farm page.

dont no whats going on with the game, but on my default, everytime i play the game i keep loosing facilities, as big as the game has gotton i cant remember what i have as far as facilities, but i no how i have the farm set up, on my farm 23, i am down to all most nothing on my factorys, its gettin on my nerves pretty bad, could sum one tell me whats going on? please. t y ps i no this isnt the right place for this, but it would take me for ever to find where to put it, pluss i lost a bunch of my farm pass buildings & animals i have won

We only have data for farmcash items. I have checked your 2 accounts and both of them show farmcash facilities missing.
You need to contact Support and let them know the id number for each account. You find those numbers by loading the game and then scroll down the game screen till you find, Your User Id number is:xxxxxxx

I had one of the Turbo Electric Semi Truck and it missing from my farm and I had one of the Semi Trailer Truck on about every farm I have. Now I only have 2 of them showing in my inventory. Can you Please look into this for me

Non of your Semi trailers or Turbo Electric Semi Tuck are missing.
You have 10 Semi trailers in total, 8 are on your farms and 2 in your storage.
Your Turbo Electric Semi Truck is in one of your farms too.
If you dont see them in your Facility manager:

Please remember to click the green check mark to save any changes.

If you dont see them on your farms:
Be sure you have Show Tools option checked in your preferences, the wrench, and uncheck the other options to make it easier for you to see them. Then click in the green check mark to save changes.

yesterday i expanded my farm .38 planted more lemons and lines but this am it looks like i didn't...i hope i'm not losing my mind..i know i spent coins on expanding 2 times because my coins are not where they were, that much i remember..how do i find out where i spent my coins?

I am sorry, but there isn't any where that you can track coins spent. The only thing I can tell you is you spent 63.5 billion expanding your farm 36 to 40x40. You can hover over the farm in your farm selector and it will show you the size. You did not expand your farm 38 as it is still 22x22.

I do not know where to put my problem but I must make it known, so I'm posting it here for the technical support team.
Every time I asked the players to do my farms I got a different harvested result. When I had obtained tens of thousands of baits for my farms I am getting less harvested fish, the more baits I have the less fish is harvested and this last time I realized I had lost more than 100 billion coins that were harvested. Why is this happening? I would think that if I had more baits to my farms the more fish and the more coins I would be getting as a result of harvesting. Why am I being punished for having baits in my farms and then having less harvested? I am missing at least more than 100 billion coins averaging the last three times my farms were harvested. This is so disappointing!
I'm not sure what Farm Town wants us to do. Somehow, we are being punished for the wrong reason.

We do not see how much bait you get but the bait from only 7 fish farming plants to produce it is not going to do much of your waters, considering you have over 236,000 Big Lakes, and over 65,000 small seacoasts.
How much of each fish you get can vary from time to time they are harvested, so the value you get from those when you sell them is going to vary as well.
One thing you have to keep in mind as well is when any individual product (fish) goes over 200 million in your storage then that product is cut back to the 200 million as that is the maximum of any one product you can have in your storage. There is also a maximum total amount you can have in storage and when you go over that you also can lose products that will not be stored.

Did you receive it? If so, has anyone looked into it. I no longer have the list of facilities since I put them in the email and thought that I would get a response.

You haven't posted about this in the forum. The last post we can see was about train boosts.
Support have looked at your data recently so they would have replied if they got your email. Could you have used a different email address to contact them? Please check the spam/junk folder of your emails and see if any reply ended up there. If not, please send another ticket in and in that email please also let them know that you're not finding their replies. I will pass on the email address that I have removed from you post and ask them to check if they got your ticket and replied to you.

If it's the one you used to register for the website, then you don't need to send it to us. That email provider doesn't normally have any problems with receiving emails from support. Use that one to send a new ticket in incase it was the aol one that had the problem. If aol did have the problem support may still have got the tickect you sent and it's just that you didn't get the reply from them, in which case they might have your list.
I have already left a message for support and asked them to look into this, they are not available right now, but they will be able to see what tickets they got from you and which email you used for your tickets.

On the 12th you had 128 FC after buying the Cookware Factory.
On the 14th you only sent the brown mobile sprinkler (cost 45FC) to AMZ which dropped your FC to 83 FC.
So at that time although you had enough FC to send one more sprinkler you did not have enough to send more than that. If you attempted to send another mobile sprinkler, that purchase did not go through so was not sent.
The next thing you did with your Farm Cash was you bought the Taste of Poland on the 15th.
Today you have bought some Farm Cash.
You can always see what Farm Cash you have bought and also what Farm Cash Items you have bought for yourself or sent to others in the last 6 months by checking your Farm Cash Activity log.

Click on the Account tab at the top of your game screen. Then click on Farm Cash Activity Log.
If you decide to send your friend the other mobile sprinklers, please only send one at a time. Allow your friend time to collect the gift from their gift box and place it into storage before you try to send the next upgraded one.

I bought two sowing mills one separate days. Both have now disappeared so I have now bought a third one. Is there any way for them to be replaced or some other solution that can be found for this issue?

I bought a supreme freight locomotive a few days ago. I had it in storage until my trains came back from market. I placed it on farm13 connected it to my train but the locomotive disappeared after I wanted to dispatch it. It is not in storage or on the farm I cleared cache and did all other steps as mentioned in the forum.
I had also purchased an ultimate locomotive that I placed on farm22.. that one did work just fine and I can see it connected. It also shows up fine in my train manager.
please help!

EDIT: i always leave a clear space for my trains on the farm where I place them, so they are not on any layers

I had about 560+ geese in storage. Then I saved an additional 50 from gifts. Added them to storage, and now only have 50 geese in storage.
Can you not add to what is already there? I am pretty sure you can add items, but what happened to my other geese?

no, I absolutely did not use them. I had moved them from another farm and was going to overstuff chicken coops on a couple farms. Then I saw the gifts and changed them to more geese and then added them to my storage. Then went to fill the chicken buildings on the two farms and all I had were the 55 I had "added". possibly a glitch?? Maybe nothing you can do, but sure don't want this to keep happening.

I am finding multiples of everyone of thes all showing on your farms. None so far are Farm cash facilities. If any of them are farm cash facilities they are not showing as missing in the log we have of those. We dio not have any log for coin facilities, so we have no way of checking for missing ones.
Are they missing on the farm or are you not seeing them in the facility manger? If they are not showing in the facility manager then it is likely that they are empty. Make sure your settings for the facility manager in the funnel filter are set to show all facilities and not just the active ones.
Maybe you are mistaken about their location as you do have more than 1 of each of those showing as on your farms.

He could not have bought you the TurboFishing Boat as you do not own the Fishing boat (5x5) which is required before you can have the turbo one. He may havce tried, but the store would not let it go through.

Milk is not listed as "milk." It is listed as "cow milk" and you have about 8,500. Ostrich feathers you have 700, Peacock feathers 860, and yeast 1353.
For the restaurant are you looking at the Things to Produce ot the Pending tab? The Pending tab will only show the products you have started.

I have checked those farms and on 5 you have 200 of each sheep & llama, on 16 you 200 llama & 199 sheep, on 17 you have 12 llama & 104 sheep, and on 37 & 38 you have 0 of each, so maybe you haven't loaded any on those.

I just bought 2 locomotives and 4 cars for the locomotives. tried to dispatch them and could not go because 1 was already on that farm. I had 1 on my other account and at a different farm number. so I deleted that one locomotive from my other account I don't play as much on. when I went back to the account that I play all the time both locomotives and 2 of the 4 cars were gone. so I put the one back on hoping 4 of the 6 I just bought with FT cash would come back. please help me out. I have checked your account data and all of those items you bought except for the long gondola car are on your farms somewhere. You will need to use the search (maginfying glass) and look for them. They may just be hidden under something else.
What trains you have on another account have nothing to do with this account. There isn't any cross over between the accounts, so you did not need to delete an engine on that one.

Hi, I have been having issues with fish product (not checked anything else as building fish value up for expansions) for the last month. Today after the fish were harvested o my farm, I went to check and it was 124 billing odd. I went offline for a couple of hours, and now checked again and the total value is 116 billion odd. Am I losing my mind?

Last evening I purchased on yard supplies factory, one outdoor Living Store, Turron Nougat factory, one turron Nougat shop, one candied fruit stand & one candied fruit factory.
I placed all items on my farm #26. When I posted them all show their placement.
Well now, all are missing. I did check my Farm Cash Activity Log and it shows that I did purchase the two cash item. I'm open to the idea that I may have done something wrong, it that is correct, I do not have the knowledge on how to fix it. Please advise.

I visited that farm and you have facilities, crops, trees and flowers on it so it is possible that farm reached its limit and that is why items are disappearing.

I went to cash in 30 billion coins this morning from fishing. It showed the 30 billion and pressed the button to sell. The money and fish disappeared but did not go to my coins. I had 29 billion plus before and the 30 billion never registered. I fish and cash in every morning. You are not missing coins from the fish. There is a problem with the amount shown if you have not reloaded your farms before going to sell. The amount you see then is not the correct amount. When you reload then the coin amount for those corrects. This is a known problem that the developers have not been able to find and fix as yet.

I moved your post to the thread about missing items. You have 305,501 rye in your storage. I am not sure what you are looking atb ut that is all large. You need to do the Zip so they will be all regular and you will get paid the difference in coins.

Please make sure that you are logged into the website, then click on this link so that you can check your farm cash activity log yourself to see exactly what you have used your Farm Cash for recently:

You should be able to see that you only paid 50 Farm Cash once for your purchase of the Combine Harvest-Plant Ex 12x12 on the 19th and have not had to pay Farm Cash a second time for that tool since then.
We are only seeing one Combine Harvest-Plant Ex 12x12 owned so if you purchased another one, you would have only been charged coins instead of Farm Cash.

I can tell you we have no way of seeing what you previously had to determine if there is any missing.
The amounts used specially for things like animal products have gone up in the past few months with the addition of more facilities. If we don't notice the use of items can go up above what we are producing which then depletes our supply in our storage. I know I have had to add more animals in particular lately because I was running out of my storage supply.

I visited your farm 2 and it is showing flowers but I cant see any cranberry tree on that farm.

No it is not possible for you to get it beyond 6 months. However Support can see beyond the 6 months, so any thing missing can be proven. Additionally we have a Farm Cash Items Archive list that shows all the farm cash items you have purchased or been gifted.

The items I am missing are boots from the knitting and knotting mill, snow cap from the knitting and knotting mill, scarf from the knitting and knotting mill, deodorant from personal care goods factory and shampoo from personal care goods factory. Other items may be missing but these are what I know for sure.

Yes those items are missing. I can only suggest you make sure those items are checked to be made in your facilities. Sometimes we stop production to hold for a quest and you may have forgotten to recheck when you finished the quest. I have figured out why you don't have any of the items you listed in your storage. Prior to this release those items were non-ingredients which means you woul;d not have many of them in your storage as you would have been selling them along with the rest of your non-ingredients. As of this release those items are now used in services as in the following:
10. You can now stock the Scarf, Snow Cap and Boots from the Knitting and Knotting Mill into the Winter Store.
11. You can now stock the Shampoo, Deodorant and Tooth Paste from the Personal Care Goods Factory into the Mini Mall.
So if you had any in storage before this release today, then they were added to those service facilities or you had already sold them before the release.

I'd expect some kind of response in within 24 hours. when it comes to this issue. Losing 2 farm cash Facilities is not acceptable. And hearing nothing but crickets is not a good sign. Now I can't post my facilites until this gets fixed. cause not gonna buy them again just so i have everything i once had on that farm to get it done. Spent way too much money on this game for nothing to be said back at all. Losing facilities is Not acceptable. Should have some kind of response within 24 hours. not just crickets.

Your reply about missing facilites was a lot faster. they have 2 days then im leaving the game. Losing 62 to 64 Farm Cash isn't something Im happy about. Accepted the change in fuel. WHich everyone has noticed not just me. Lots of people complaining about that. The Farm Pass having farm cash facilites on them which not every has so can't be done. even been patient with The Ext tools not working correctly until they get the fixed. Having to refresh my farms so i can make it to the end of everyones coops quests without it closing out halfway for no reason. but losing farm cash I can't accept or be patient about. Totally unacceptable.

I planted several rows of Kale on my farm 5 for the farm pass where I needed them. I harvested them and it only recorded 2 instead of 21. I harvested the other 12 off my first farm. I have no idea where they went and I only got 2 of them.

I just checked your farm pass goals and you have gotten 14 of the 21. Please note that only the original crop planted counts for a farm pass. the extra you get from fertilizer and bonuses does not count for the farm pass.

I have several farms that will not update the ponds after they have been repeatedly fished. Even if I exit and come back, they still show that there are items left to be fished again even though they were just done. Those farms are 3, 15, 21, 25, 29. The first time this started was after a user named "Ray (Ray)" worked the fish on my farms. Can you look into this? Thanks.

I have just hired a player to harvest all my Artichoke fields in several of my farms. I noticed all farms are done, and yet I'm missing almost 40,000 Artichokes from the harvest. Anything to explain about this? This is not the first time I had discrepancies about the harvests. Where did those Artichokes go?

Our farms are experiencing several glitches and I think I was caught up in one of them. I definitely had the money to purchase the farm upgrade and I definitely did not select to pay for the upgrade with my farm cash. I worked like a greasy work mule out in a field to get the money to upgrade my boat, but it came up missing. This is so unfair because it was a lot of money and a lot of work. I should not have to suffer because of Farm town glitches!

You upgraded your farm 11 to 34x34 on November 29th and you paid 30 farmcash for it.
Today, December 02nd, you purchased:
Turbo Fishing boat 16x16 50 cash
Plower 12x12 30 cash
Combine Harvest/Plow 12x12 40 cash
Non of those items are missing. All of them are placed in our item storage for you to use by opening your yellow tool box.
If you wish you could contact Support for your farm purchase using farm cash but there is no glitch in the game for purchasing land upgrades. You have 2 different columns, one for coins and one for farmcash and you choose which one you want.

I just found your post in the social section and moved it to the Help & Support section thread about missing items.
Your hotel is near the upper corner of that farm. Use the search (magnifying glass) in the toolbox to find it.

I had to buy another one for the NCC and in the NCC both are working. I can't find it in my list of Facilities - only one Hospital there

I have been missing some of my crops on farm 15 for a long time. The rest of the crops on that farm are showing, but I have also hidden them all with the wrench and then shown them again (just in case) but that doesn’t help. I have tried removing some flowers since they are in the same ‘section’ where the crops disappear but that didn’t help. I expanded, cleared the whole farm, re-layered and replanted. They showed up at first but when I left the farm and returned, they are not there. I tried a single layer at the bottom of that section and when I came back the first time, they were still there so I filled the whole section with single layer. When I left and returned this time, the only thing in that section showing is part of the top section (up to 10-13 rows in some places). I had 4 neighbors check and no one else can see the missing crops either. I usually work on Edge, but I also tried Chrome, Firefox, and Opera – no luck. I cleared my cache (browsing history, data and pics, cookies, etc.) and restarted my computer. The crops are still missing. Hi Denise,
As you have flowers and trees and facilities layered over stacked crop fields things like this can happen. The only thing I can suggest is to remove the flowers, trees and facilities. Then remove all the crop fields, restart the farm and see if any crop fields show back up. Repeat removing the crop fields if any show back up and restart again. Repeat this until no crop fields show back up.
Once no fields show up again then you can replow and plant. You may readd the flowers, trees and facilities, but be carefull how much you add as there is a limit to how much you can put on a farm.

If you are talking about tickets you sent to Support they have not been ignored. Are you getting the auto-response when you send a ticket in? If not then your email provider may be blocking the responses from Support. I can ask Support to contact you via a differnt email that should get through, but I need to know about the auto response for the last time you sent a ticket to them. Also when you sent the last ticket to them.
You were credited with 250 FC on Feb 8th last year for those missing facilities you had at that time.

You get that warning if you are clicking too fast whether it is with a bot or an autoclicker or just tapping it yourself to fast. Try slowing down with your buying of ostriches and you won't get banned.

I just purchased the new 48x48 chainsaw and placed it on my farm 36. It wouldn't let me add the item to storage so I refreshed the page. It was gone. There is no purchase showing in your account for the new 48x48 chainsaw. Youcould not have purchased it as you have not purchased the 44x44 one yet. The latest purchase you made of chainsaws is the 40x40 on January 22nd.

Ok. According to your account data it is on a farm somewhere. I have searched all your farms except for 12 which is private. You will have to search that one for log truck and see if it is on there.
If it is not there, then it is possible that it disappeared due to layering. Check the store and see for that tool if it shows a Duplicate button. If it does then you can buy a replacement for coins. I do suggest you go to your farm 46 to buy it and place on the farm, then add it to your storage.
I suggest as well that you add a link in your signature to that second farm set as you have for the other one. That way if there is something we have to check you can just tell us which farm set.

Check your Item Storage for animals. You have 6 of those sheep in there. That appears to be where the missing ones went.

Storing animals option in your gifts section does'nt send your animals to your item storage.
About your geese, if you are on a farm where you have a chicken coop and it has enough space to receive more animals, then when you click in Store animals, your geese are sent to the chicken coop in that farm not to your storage.
If there is no space, then you will see a floating message saying you do not have that type of animal building in that farm or it is full. So you have to go to other farm with a chicken coop with enough space to send the geese.
Please try to remember in which farms you were on when you tried to store the geese and see if they are in the chicken coops placed there.

I have responded you where I can see geese in your chicken coops in different farms.
Next time you get geese as gift, check your chicken coops to see if you have enough space there.
If you have space in a chicken coop, take note of the amount of geese already placed in that building, then store the geese from gifts while you are on that farm.
Then open the chicken coop again and see if geese were sent there.

My Manure Collector has disappeared. I have checked the storage and everyone of my farms. It is not there. When I harvest all animals the Manure Collector is faded out like I do not have one. When I go to the store and check to see if I should buy a Manure Collector, it shows that it would be a Duplicate. Please look into this. Thank You

I had a look at your data and your Manure Collector is missing.
You can purchase it with coins clicking in the Duplicate button in the store and then place it in your storage. When you buy the tool, be sure that you are on a farm with enough space to place it there before sending to storage.

After checking your data we saw that you have many water items but have a small amount of baits.
We do not know if you had lot of baits before and then that was the reason you got more fish and money when selling. Take in mind that you get 2 fish instead of 1 when you have baits.
You also have the Fishing tackle shop which is a service facility and you can load it with baits to sell them. Those baits are mostly taken for the waters to fill the facility.
So please if you have the tool to automatically load that service, uncheck the baits in the facility. If you dont have the tool and you load it manually, do not loat baits there.

I have checked your account and those tools are in your storage. Go to your item storage and change the filter to tools. Then search for harvesters. You should also see those in your toolbox.

I got a message saying there were 2 of the same facilities on my farm 15.56 User No. 1735312395. I deleted only 1 of those facilities (Taste of Vietnam) and when I refreshed the farm Ihad neither one of these facilities. BTW, I had bought only one facility to begin with.:( Please restore facility. Also, I have two FT farms, 1 under em5148, Password ( ) and the other under weedywazzbag123m Pasword ( ) which I was given when the original owner died. Now it won't let me use my em password. About your em5148 forum account, when you enter a wrong username or password you get a message asking you to Click here and follow the instructions.
Please do that and if you cant change the password, then add that problem to your ticket to Support.

How many Oil Refineries did you have in Item storage before you tried to place it? We are seeing you still have one in your Item Storage. If you are not seeing that one, please reload the game and look in storage again and also check the farm you were placing it on to see if one is there.

Missing Farm Pass decoration-- I purchased the new Farm Pass this morning and have earned the tulip garden decoration. I claimed it and was informed it could not be stored. I checked and found storage was full. Sold off a lot of stuff, emptied out stored trees, and bought another super storage shed (which made no difference in the number of spaces, that I could see). Finally got rid of enough stuff to have room available, but I cannot find the tulip garden decoration anywhere. Farm Pass says it's been claimed. Where did it go? And can I get it back? False alarm; please disregard earlier post. Tried clearing cache, and it worked this time. Tulip garden decoration is safely tucked away in my storage now.

I purchased a 12 x 12 harvester and it shows up in my storage. However when I go to buy the 16 x 12 it says I need to first purchase the 12 x 12 harvester. I can see the 12 x 12 harvester, I can remove it from storage and place it on a farm and I can add it back to storage but it doesnt recognize that I purchased it. I purchased the turbo Freight Locomotive and 2 (Two) Long Container Cars April 21.2024 and I can't find any of these on my farms...Thanks....what did I do?

I just realized I miss read your first post. I am sorry but I do see you purchased a turbo engine or the long container cars on the 21st. They are in the missing list now.
Please contact Support concerning this as we can not do any refunds through the forums. I will tell you the problem is that your farms are so heaviliy layered with trees flowers and facilities over crops and waters that this is why they disappeared. You need to reduce the amount of layering or finda farm that is not layered so heavily to be sure the purchase will work. There is a limit as to how much you can put on a farm and many of your farms have reached that limit.

i purchased an horse stable 6/12/2024 twice and it took my money both times but i do not have the stables. I purchased 2 because the first one did not show up. Originally I had a stable before slash key moved then i lost several bldgs. this is on farm 44. please help or at the very least, refund my money.

Hi Sally Jackson,
I moved your post to the thread about missing items. The reason your stables disappeared is you have too much on that farm with wall to wall waters, with crops, trees and facilities over those.There is a limit to how much you can put on a farm and I am not surprised they disappeared.

Help. I purchased the yellow Combine/Harvest/Plow/Sow 14x14 yesterday for 40$, put it on my farm and then into storage. It is not there today, my farm $ are gone, and it does not show as "duplicate" when I hover over it in the store. I know this has happened to others, but can't find the thread to see what to do.

You did not purchase the yellow combine as you needed the yellow harvester first which is what you purchased. You also need to purchase the yellow plow before you will be allowed to purchase the combine.
You can always check your FC purchases in the Farm Cash activity log which you can find in the Account tab above your farms.

Are they missing from all your farms or from Item storage?
If it is on the farms, then click in your preferences, the wrench, and make sure there is a check mark for Show Trees option.
For storage, open your storage and click in Items button, then set it to Trees so you can see your stored trees.

When the new fodder factories came up for sale I bought them. Somewhere along the line, the premium fodder factory disappeared.
I know I had it as I did get some products for my animals. After some time of not getting any products when harvesting my animals, I looked for it, not on the list. So I have bought another one. Can you tell me what happened to it, please?

Both of those are on a farm somewhere. It may be possible you have both on the same farm and that would be why you only see one in the facility manager.

Non of the Premium fodder factory are missing, you have them on your farms.
Open your facility manager and click in the magnifying glass. Then type Premium fodder and the factory will be shown. Next to the name you will see the farms where they are placed (Fxx)

Missing FC facility ..
I just discovered that my Moroccan Restaurant is missing. I know I must have had one at some point. I had to purchase another one so I could complete a quest. Is there a way to check on what might have happened to it?

Yes you are missing one of those. There isn't any way for us to check on why it disappeared. Open the farm selector and then click on the Show Facility Info. Look at the farm you had it on and see how many facilities you have on that farm and how far over the blue line is. Hi Enigmacross,
There are too many variables to be able to say X number items is the limit. It is not just facilities in the limit. If you farm is heavily layered then your limit is probably very close. So if you buy something else to put on the farm then something else or what you bought will disappear.

I just purchased an air freshener facility (cash) and placed it on my farm(#36) opened it and started all. I went to a different farm and came back to place another facility on #36 and my air freshener facility is gone. I checked under facility tab and it is not showing I checked my FC purchases and it is saying I did purchase the facility. Can you help?

I do not see an air freshener facility on your farm 36 and you data does show it is missing. It is probably missing as that farm is heavily layered with crops, flowers and waters and a few facilities. I would not recommend putting any more facilities on that farm as it appears you have reached the limit of what can be put on that farm. There is a limit to how much you can put on a farm.

Hi,
I planted all available crops several times on my farm 1 for quests in patterns of 16 fields.
I did the last replanting of some parts 10 hours ago by using "replant same crops" function. The rest of the crops were still there.
Super-Neighbour farming is disabled, and the last person I hired 1o hours ago was only hired for trees, but not on my farm 1.
Harvesting and plowing is usually done by my superneighbour, so I hire someone for that very rarely, but definitely not during the last days.
Now I see that nearly all of my crops are gone, most of the fields are plowed! There is no correlation to the fields I replanted this morning. Even areas are plowed I didn't work this morning.
How can that happen?
It is extremely annoying as tomorrow quest nr.8 will be ready to be worked.

The only thing I can think of is if you hired some one to do crops on other farms and happen to forget to uncheck that farm when you set the hire up or your super neighbor worked those before you set the farm to disable super neighbor working it.

Is it you or your superneighbor having this problem?
In both cases we need the id number (yours or your supernieghbor) to be able to check.
You find it by scrolling down your game screen, it says Your User ID number is:xxxxxx

When you have your super neighbor harvest for you then you get large boxes of the crop. In your storage I see 8,239,122 regular boxes and 9,901,100 large boxes. So you have over 18 million hibiscus. You need to run the Zip to join them and get the extra

I can't find it anywhere. I checked all my farms, had a neighbor check, checked my Inventory and searched using the magnifying glass.

About plowed fields disappearing it may be due the amount of things you have on your farms. That could also affect your missing facilities. If you have farms plowed x9 with trees, flowers, ponds facilities on them then that farm data could be corrupted. You need to send all items to your storage.

To fix the missing plowed fields you need to delete all plowed fields on that farm and reload the game. If you see more plowed fields, delete them and reload again.
You need to do this till after reloading the game you only see the green ground. Then you can replow.
You also need to decide how many items you will place back on that farm. If you continue placing all items then you will have the same problem sooner than later.

Apparently this morning all the items in my storage was gone. Crops, trees, flowers, factory items...everything! I normally keep at least 50K of all crops and some even more than that. Also my avatar usually says "DJ" and this morning it said "Debbie Avatar". I have tried cleaning my cache. signing out and signing back in and restarting my computer. Still the only items in my storage are the ones that have been put there today. What can I do???

I am not sure what would have happened to any of your storage. The only thing I can see that was sold was all non-ingredients. So anything that is not used in any facility would be the only things that would be sold. We do not have a history of what you had in your storage. We can only see what is currently there. We do not have any way to replace any items into the game.
As far as your avatar name change that happened early this morning ( the 11th). I have never seen that particular entry in the user log, so not sure whether it was a game correction or somebody changed it for you. You can try changing it back.

I keep planting my entire farm BEFORE I irrigate but the data appears not to be saving correctly. I end up with several areas on random farms that are plowed but not planted and then I discover them several hours later.
It also appears that crops are going missing from being planted and I am finding this out a few hours later. I have whole areas plowed and unplanted that I planted before leaving for 9am service at church this morning. And this is not the first time. I keep planting my entire farm BEFORE I irrigate but the data appears not to be saving correctly. I end up with several areas on random farms that are plowed but not planted and then I discover them several hours later.
It also appears that crops are going missing from being planted and I am finding this out a few hours later. I have whole areas plowed and unplanted that I planted before leaving for 9am service at church this morning. And this is not the first time. Just the first time I am reporting it on the Forum since I KNOW the crops were fully planted before I irrigated them.

I can see your farms are heavily layered and this can cause problems like this. It is probably that you have inadvertently over laid crop fields. The only way to fix that is to delete all the crops fields, restart you farms and look to see if any show back up again. If they do then delete those and restart again. Repeat this until none show again. Then you can replow and plant them again.
I do suggest you remove some of the layering as with as much as you have then you run the risk of reaching the limit to what a farm can hold. When that happens then things like this happen.

I forgot the mention, there were no additional layers on another of my farmers when this happened to his too!

I meant that the added real estate added to the overall size of the last farm so I could move trees onto it in an effort to stay well within the limits on the lower numbered farms. I would have gone straight to posting a ticket to the developers but they may have evacuated before the recent hurricanes and there are more important issues for them to face even though the servers are not in Florida. (Like damage to their personal residences or family who are not reachable because they do not have a way to recharge their phones! I have friends who left Florida well ahead of time who cannot reach their kids.) This is just a game even when they can log into the servers via remote. I even have Raul's direct email but have not used it in several years at this point. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly though. If it is still happening in a couple days I will file a ticket.

I think you misunderstood what I was getting at anyway. I was not talking about missing fields. I was talking about fields that were still there appearing to be unplanted 5 or 6 hours after I had planted them already. None of my farms are overlapped with 9 layers from edge to edge to stay within my data limit and most are only at 6 layers with some only as a single layer. I have gradually decreased my layers over the years precisely to keep crops, trees, and flowers from disappearing (and it would be too slow anyway) and have to tell a friend over and over that I will not cover my farms in lakes because the factories in fact make me more coins. My 65 trillion is pretty much proof of that. She seems to think otherwise. I do appreciate your suggestions though.

Logged in today and found that all my stored crude oil has disappeared. I have reloaded all and found none in stock. There is no way I used it all. Please let me know if some how there was a glitzch

yes there is some in stock now because I collected some from bonus postings and asking for ingredients. But all the thousands of crude oil are gone. I have noticed that my fuel levels are extremely high but I didn't reload my fuel. Is that a possible reason why all my crude oil has disappeared. Does fuel restock itself?

Hi Sue,
No fuel does not restock itself. The only reason your crude oil stock would go down is because of starting the products in your 6 refineries. You only have 20 oil pumps and that may not be enough to fill all 6 refineries depending on how many you have working them and how often you refill those. The oil pumps are non workable and only produce 4 barrels every 3 hours,.so they do not replenish as fast as you can use them up in your refineries.

I'm not missing trees, just the ability to see only the trees I want to chop or harvest. Don't know where else to post this issue. If I want to chop, all the trees are visable, not just the ones to chop and vice versa. Don't know if I switched or did something by mistake so any help is appreciated.

Hi PestoFarmer,
You need to pick up one of the small tools to chop. Then look in the lower right corner and click the "eye" there to change it to red. Also do the same with the smaller tree shakers.

Do you have records of our farms from say a few weeks or so ago that would show how many crops I have as compared to my farm now? I know you are busy so just when you get a chance if you could help me figure this out it would be so nice. Thanks so much.

I moved your post to the thread about missing items.
I am sorry but no we do not have data like that. We only have current data showing the amounts you have in storage now. I do not see any of your crops being low in amounts and your total storage is only at 89% so it is not a case of losing crops because storage is full. As long as nothing goes over 200 million of an individual item or the total does not get above 95 to 99 percent then nothing is removed from your storage. The only thing that can lower your amounts would be the use of them in your facilities.

Hi Rhonda,
We have a chart in your data called Harvest Storage Summary which shows everything in your storage in alphabetical order, not just crops. I don't have any way to separate out just crops so I did not see those two with low amounts. Since corn and wheat are both very high use crops along with onions, garlic and tomatoes, so they do go down in your storage faster than others do.
You do have quite a few other items that are very close to the maximum of 200 million that you might want to sell part of those off so you do not lose any as when they go over 200 million they are automatically dropped back to that mark and you don't get any profit from those you lose.
