When I'm using the purple glove to move multiple items, after a while it just stops working and only pretends to move things. I can see that *an* item is being moved, but the original item is still in its place. It looks like a glitch that's going to give me an infinite number of duplicates, but when I refresh the farm the original one is gone and it's in the place where I first moved it.

You may be trying to move too many items at the same time. There may be a glitch as you say but it is minor and as soon as you refresh the farm it does clear up. Move a few items then refresh the farm.

I moved your post to the thread about tools. All the tools have to be bought in order. You can not skip any, so if you have not bought the previous tool it will send you back to that tool.

I t does not use fuel to produce the items, however when you store items from any facility using the Store All tools they use fuel.

You have to buy the tools in order. You had to buy the harvester, before you could buy the combine harvester plow. There are no plows for the EX tools as it uses the regular plow you have already bought before. Before you can buy the Combine Harvester Plow Plant you will have to buy the Seeder for it. Neither of those have been released yet. They will be released in the next new release.

I moved your post to the thread about tools.
You purchased the 11x11 Harvester EX and not the Harvest Plow tool. You had to purchase the harvester before you can buy the harvest plow tool, so you were redirected in the store to purchase that first.
You can check this yourself by going to the Account tab above your farms and then click on Farm Cash Activity Log.

I have looked at both accounts and it appears you did buy the facility tools for the Ollie account as you gifted them from your Rosiland account or from another account. However, the tools the Ollie account has are not the tools that belong on the Rosiland account. There is nothing to clean as the data is correct.

My friend has the mobile lookout tower to do SN work on my farms. However, it is apparently showing her different farms ready than actually are on my farms. For example, her side showed farms 5, 8, and 15. However, it was actually farms 29, 30, 31 that were ready.

I moved my farms around years ago, so I am wondering if this is the problem? For example, my original farm 4 might be farm 20 now (or something like that).

We are still doing some testing, but I thought I would ask here in the meantime. Is this a glitch? Or is there something that needs to be done (button to click, etc)? Or would I have to have all my farms back in the original purchase order?
It would be a HUGE project with how I keep my farms to re-arrange the order back to what they were so I wanted to ask here before I made any adjustments.

No your farms do not have to be in original order. I just check on one of my super neighbor's farms and it looks like it is working correctly for me, showing the right farms that are needing work.
Is your super neighbor on your farms when she is checking for the work? Have her try restarting her game and then go to your farm and look again as it should update then.

Thanks! We will keep investigating tomorrow when more farms are ready. It is a relief to hear that I wouldn't have to redesign! :) I have my facilities in a specific way (to help with no train people), farms organized by day-type, tree-type, etc. All in a nice, little OCD order ;-) I'm sure like many of us!

The Show Work Info is available for super neighbors if they own the Mobile Lookout Tower tool. Otherwise they have to check each farm or be told by the owner of those farms what and where the work is. As this is part of the benefit for the tool then I doubt the developers are going to add it for all.

According to your data you have 442 fuel tanks which will convert to 132,600 fuel, not 16,350. One thing I did see in your data is you do have a gas station. If you are stocking that with fuel tanks then that would be where it is going. Each time you fill the fuel tanks in the gas station it takes 360 tanks. It is not producing those, but instead you are using them and getting coins for them when your neighbors work that service.
Your current fuel level is 33,973,049. with 442 fuel tanks in storage waiting to be used for refueling.

Not sure which part doesnt have sense to you. If it is about the Gas Station, this is a service facility so it doesnt produce fuel tanks. If you fill it with your stored fuel tanks, then you are selling them.

That means that if you get an amount of fuel for refilling but then you constantly fill that service facility, then you are selling the fuel tanks. When you try to refuel later or the following day, then you will have less fuel tank stored and you will get less fuel.


I checked your data and you refuelled today January 20th, at 07:40 eastern time.
You got 167,740 fuel which was added to your existing fuel for a total of 34,140,782 fuel.

By the time of this response you do not have fuel tanks in your storage.

Just in case, do you have another set of farms? If so, please provide the user id number for that account.

According to your data, all your tools are on your farms.

You need to place them into your storage. That way you will be able to use them from the Yellow tool box and in all your farms.

Please click in your preferences, the wrench. Then put a check mark in Show tools option but uncheck all the other options that say Show... Then click in the green check mark to save changes.

Go from farm to farm and send your tools to your storage. Please notice that farmcash tools dont take space from your storage so you can place them all in storage.

I have moved your post to the thread about Tools.

Are you clicking on the correct 8x8 combine harvest-plant in your toolbox?
There are 2 versions with the 8x8 size description. One will be much lower down the combine column the other much higher.

The one you were sent yesterday is the one for working single layers, the Combine Harvest-Plant (8x8). That one is all white in colour.

The other one is the EX version, Combine Harvest-Plow Ex (8x8), for working overlapped crops.
That one is white and red in colour.

Could it be that you are clicking on the white red one and that is showing you a requirement to own a Combine Harvest-Plant Ex (7x7) or one of the other Ex 7x7 tools?

I'm not seeing any tools missing in your data, so please try the following:

Try clearing your FT memcache. To do that Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload the game and see if that clears the message for you.

If it does not, please find a totally clear spot on one of your farms.
Show everything in your preferences to make sure there is nothing else there.
Then open your item storage and place all the 7x7 tools and 8x8 tools (combine-harvest-plow, combine harvest-plant, harvesters, seeders) of whichever version is giving you that message, single layer or EX tools.
Then reload the game and put them all back into storage and then see if that corrects the problem for you.

This morning I checked and it says I only own 3 of the tools needed for harvesting animals. I have always had all of them but am now missing the shearing and cutting set. When I checked my storage it is missing. When I checked the tools in the store, the shearing and cutting says duplicate which shows I had already purchased it. I also noticed I had to individually harvest the rabbit hutches too. Can you help me please? Thank you.

Your shearing and cutting set is placed on one of your farms. Please hide everything in your game preferences and show only Tools then go to your farm 10 and you should see it at the top of that farm.

If you have any further problems with tools it may be worth you also going to farm and see if you can find any more tools out on farms and make sure those are also placed into your storage.

Hi Patti Coop,

Have you started a batches in any of your non-workable facilities today yet? If not, please try that with only one of them and see if that puts the facility back to 100% rather than over 100%. However that will still mean waiting it out for a batch to complete before you can start another one.

If it's doesn't and in the last months Farm Pass you claimed the reward that increases capacity by 10% for facilities that produce the most common ingredients. That will include your non workable facilities and will temporarily put them over 100% production. That reward lasts all season once claimed, so would depend on when you last started production in those before this season started as to why they would be over 100% now.

As those normally can't be worked by friends, that means you will have to wait a bit longer for some production in those to be completed before they drop under 100% which will then allow you to start a batch. I am sorry but there is no way to revert those non-workable facilities back to under 100% so you do have to wait it out.

There is one exception for 1 neighbour being able to work non-workable facilities but that requires claiming the other Farm Pass reward that enables that to be done once per week. It's unlikely you will be able to claim that yet as the new season has just started so you won't have enough points.

If last month you did not claim the reward that increases capacity by 10% for facilities that produce the most common ingredients or think that could not be what caused the problem then you can report that to the support team (http://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/settings2/support/) for them to take a look at it.

Hi Gkat,
Fertilizing the farms does not cut the grow time for anything. The fertilizing doubles the output from 1 box per field to 2. Irrigating with the correct sprinkler is what cuts the time to grow and extends the waste time.

I tried to edit my post but you responded before I could , yes it is a problem with the sprinkler not the fertilizer , and it is doing what I described , only the #1 farm is acting as it should the rest are not, even when I use the sprinkle all farms button. I have been farming for these super neighbors for years and this is a recent problem.

It would depend on what crops you are planting. The irrigation can only be done once in 20 hours on each farm. So if you planted a shorter term crop and irrigated the next crop you plant you will not be able to irrigate it. When you click to use the sprinkler the pop up will show you which farms can be irrigated. If a farm is not ready to be irrigated again it will be greyed out.


Also it is strange it is only the first farm you are able to irrigate and it seems to me you may have the pop up for choosing the farms set to the Select One Farm tab so it only actually irrigates that first farm. Before you irrigate click on the Select Multiple Farms tab then check the box for each farm you want to irrigate.

By the time I had a look at your data you had 679,610 crude oil barrels in your storage.

Please take in mind that the Oil pumps and Offshore oil rigs are not workable facilities, so you have to wait the whole time for them to produce a batch in order to be able to start a new one.

Doing some maths, you need 1,200 crude oil barrels to fill your refineries to 100% and that same amount everytime you refill them to 100% after your friends worked them.
But you get about 1,344 crude oil barrels per day.

You could ask for ingredients for fuel tanks in order to get more crude oil barrels.

You purchased the Combine Harvest/Plow EX 7x7 not the Combine Harvest/Plant EX 7x7

If you are clicking in the Combine Harvest/Plant EX 7x7 then you do not have it and that is why you are asked to go to the Store.

Those tools are white and red. In your Tool box they should show up above the Combines purple and red.

The combine harvest/plow ex 7x7 should show in your tool box and the one above that should show as blurred as it is the combine harvest/plant ex 7x7 which you dont own yet.

We are not aware of any problem with producing fuel or producing crude oil barrels in the Offshore rigs or Oil pumps. For example mine are working correctly.

I visited your farms and also had a look at your data about 08:30 AM eastern time.
All seems to be working correctly for you.

Your oil pumps are producing and by the time I visited they were showing oil crude barrels done.
Same for your 2 Oil refineries.

I also noticed you refuelled yesterday, January 10the at 18:58 eastern time.

You have the the Forklift (green and violet) which allows you to store all products in all farms from your Facility Manager by clicking in Store All button at the top.

Please, before storing anything, go to your farms where you have your oil pumps and your Oil refineries and check if they show products done.

Hi Toodles,
First thing about the email. It is only sent to the email address that the account is registered with. We do not send out emails as that is only done automatically to the email address showing in the registration. If you registered with the wrong email address then you need to correct it in your profile for that account.
Is the account for June Toodles a second account for you or for someone else to play?

Your turbo tools can only fill your facilities for the amount of ingredients you have in your storage. The Turbo tools work all at once from the Start All button at the top of the facility manager.

If they are not filling your factories then from the facility manager, go to one of each facility and open it, then make sure there is a check in the box for each product you want to make. With the check in each box then when you click on the Start All the turbo tools will start all of those products.

You have been answered about this before. When you store from the Store All in the Facility manager then you are storing them as your storage shows you have 45,819 crude oil barrels in it.
I checked your farms 2 - 8 and all but 8 show you have stored the barrels from each of those. I did not see an oil pump on farm 8. You only have 6 oil pumps.

We do not need a screen shot as we can visit the farms. None of those oil pumps are showing as 100% full of pending batches so then you have to have stored the products from them. If you don't believe us then before you click the Store All in the facility manager next time check your storage and see how many crude oil barrels you have in storage. Then do the Store All and see if they increase.

The green sprinkler does not again decrease the growth time. Instead it adds additional waste time for the crops so you do not have to harvest as quickly.

As you buy each successive sprinkler they do what the previous ones have added as well as the next item added for it. The first one only watered flowers. The next one irrigated crops and flowers shortening the growth time by half. The next one added doing the previous adding trees to the list. The next one (green one) does all the previous plus extends the waste time. The last one does all the previous and allows you to do all farms or selected farms from one location so you don't have to go to each farm.


The green one you just bought will cut the growing time in half for crops, flowers and trees and extends the waste time. However it will not reduce the growing time for a crop that you have already done that for.

If you are using one of the bigger bulldozers and are wanting to delete things like multiple trees and flowers, did you try deleting one then add a check mark to the popup that showed to stop seeing that popup? If you did not, please reload the game and try that.

Please do not post questions and problems in that section as it is only to post new ideas for the game.

About your problem:

Go to a farm with space to place that tool. Click in your preferences the wrench, and only put a check mark to Show Tools option, then click in the green check mark to save changes. That way you will be able to see the chainsaw on that farm.

Then open your storage and place the chainsaw on that farm. Close the game and then reload it.
Put the chainsaw back into storage, reload the game and then check if you can use it.

If not, then provide your user id number. You find it by scrolling down your game page till you find Your facebook user id number: XXXXXXXX

I have checked and yes you have all the tools and theyare in your storage.
Are you having to do this on all farms where you have animal sheds or just certain ones?
Please check your farms where you have the animal sheds and make sure you do not have those farms marked as quest farms. You can find that information by clicking on the farm name and look in the pop up menu to see if there is a check mark next to Make this a quest farm.
If those farms are marked as a quest farm then the animal sheds on that farm will not be harvested by the tools.

The purple hand does not give you the patterns for multi planting. That tool is not for multi planting. You can buy multiple items with it, but still would be placing them individually. And to place those you still have to have at least one spot the size of a pine tree to place each of them.

When you click in the Harvester, do you get the menu? Do you click in Harvest option to start using it?

Your harvesters are on your farm. Try to send one of them to your storage and then see if it works from your yellow Tool box.

To ask for a refund you need to contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

One more thing for you, I would suggest you to remove the spaces between the fields.
To do that, click in your preferences, the wrench and then put a check mark to Remove space between fields option.
Then click in the green check mark to save changes.

Once your crops are ready, you can harvest them and then you can delete the fields and then replow.

For the 2x2 harvester please put it into your storage and leave it there. To use the tool open the Tool Box Bottom right corner above the Map, then select it from there to use it.

Your flower harvester 44x44 is on one of your farms. I would start from the farm you were on when you purchased it.

Go to your preferences, the wrench, and uncheck all options for Show.... except for Show tools. Then click in the green check mark to save changes and check every farm till you find the flower harvester.

Your other farms are not designed that way.

The Green Hand will let you place some items off the edges of the farm. However this is something that was not intended by the developers to be done with the tool, so you will have to play around with what you are trying to move off the edge as some things will only go off two of the edges not all of them and you may find you need to rotate the item to get it off the edge of a farm.
In your case, crops and flowers are wall to wall so I think there is no much space for you to place more things there.

Also, if you choose to overlap or place waters off the edges of the farm, to be able to get all of the fish from the waters you will need a turbo fishing boat.

Auto-clicker bots are not banned. You can still use one as long as you keep the speed of the clicking down to a speed that matches what a normal person can click and move the mouse pointer. If you set your speed to fast then you will be warned and can be barred from using it for a time period. The auto-clickers do eat up server time which means everyone can not work fast because of those preventing their data from getting through quickly. This is why the speed limitation on the auto-clickers.

HI, I have no idea where I should post this. I have a friend who is a long time player. Today, he was laying water using the purple hand, and received this warning: "ATTENTION!
FarmTown has detected again that your user account is playing the game through a bot, such as an automated clicking system.
This type of behavior compromises FarmTown's ability to provide a good gaming experience to the rest of the players, and as a result, your user account has been banned from playing the game until June 18, 2023, 6:32 am."
He is not, or has ever used a Bot. He is now locked out of the game for 2 weeks. He cannot even contact support. I need to know what steps I can do for him to plead his case. Thanks

I moved your post to the thread about tools where I answered your first post. If he is not using an auto-clicker then he is clicking too fast for the game to process it and it thinks he is. Since he has been banned for 2 weeks then this is not the first time this has happened.

It is not a suggestion they would even consider as those can make the game very slow and even cause a denial of service for everyone else specially if they are not controlled in the speed. There is nothing wrong with using an autoclicker bot if the speed is kept down to a normal click speed.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread to answer you. There is already a suggestion for removing this, so no bneed for an additional on.
To get banned for 2 weeks then they would already have to have been warned about it previously several times. If they are not using an autoclicker then they are trying to work too fast and the server can not handle the speed they are adding items.

As I have already working at that fast speed either with or without an autoclicker as claimed makes everyone else suffer because it can cause everything to slowdown or not function for everyone else. When this happens then the allowed speed is lowered to allow everyone to have an equal amount of time working with the game.

Those features have been available from the beginning of those tools and were not removed at any time.
When you click to use the either of those tools, look at the top for 2 tabs. One says Select One Farm and the other says Select Multiple Farms. Click on the Select Multiple Farms and then it will allow you to select more than one farm.

Please explain which tool exactly are you missing. Your Plower (5x5) is in your storage. The only thing I see missing is your Combine Harvest-Plant (5x5) and you should be able to rebuy that with coins since you already own everything below and above that one.

There are no sprinklers missing. One of them is on a farm and not in your storage. To find it, you will have to do a search of your farms to find it. Uncheck all show items in your preferences except for Show Tools and go from farm to farm looking for it.

I never said anything about in-game messages.
You have several combines and the flower sprinkler sitting on farm 17. Those need to be in your storage for you to be able to use them on all your farms or for anyone you hire to beable to use them.

Looking at that farm and your data it's likely the problem has been caused by trying to place them on that farm as there is layering on it. In the future please make sure that when you are buying Farm Cash items that use a farm that has far less on it and you show everything on the farm so that you can see what is there and then place the item in a clear spot where nothing else is occupying that same space.

I checked data for the id number you listed here and there isnt a purchase for a Seeder 24x24.

Your last purchase was on June 5th for the Taste of Slovakia and the 24x24 tools were released on June 8th.

You can check this yourself by clicking in Account tab above the game screen and then click in FarmCash Activity Log.

You have not had the 24x24 seeder for a long time because it was only released on June 8th, 2023, 4 days ago. You have the 22x22 seeder that is just below that new release and your have the EX 5x5 and EX 6x6. To buy the last 2 you only needed to own the regular seeder 16x16, not the regular ones above those.

The only new tools released are the new 24x24 tools at do not have extent mode for working overlapped crops. The popup is there to remind those that are overlapping crops that these tools are not for working those so that they do not purchase them by mistake if they don't need them.

Is the problem both in Facebook and the Website?
Are all the tools in storage? If not please make sure that they are especially in the accounts that you are not getting tools to use.

Check with the farm owner how many super neighbours they currently have, if they have quite a few and may be at the limit that can cause problems.
Around the 20 mark is usually fine but just like the database for neighbours and buddies the amount is dependant on user id lengths.

If they don't have many super neighbours then please check that you are both in the current version of FT, remove the permissions, reload and add them back and see if that fixes your issue.

Please place your Turbo ordering station in your storage, then reload the game and see if your Semis start production when you click en Start All at the top of your Facility Manager.

Be sure all products have a check mark in your Semis.

It is always better to have all tools in storage, remember that farmcash tools dont get space from your item storage.

It is missing. Check in the store for it and you should be able to buy a replacement for coins. Instead of the button saying Buy it will say Duplicate.

yes,, multiple players are having this same issue this is third day
it is not displaying the fields correctly
for example this morning i went to fish, ran out of fuel so popped back to my farm to refuel went back to the person i SN for to fish, used tower to find where i left off and the blue showed up on the ones that i know i already fished,, i cleared memcache, went back again and i go a checkerboard type display again not correct,,,

i had actually popped in to see if there was an update on ths and was very surprised to see no one else reported it ...

When you ran out of fuel and returned, if you were quick the information will not update that fast. When work is completed on a specific farm, check after 5 minutes have passed and then see if it updates the information for that farm.

I have just tested the 5 minute refresh rate and it's behaving fine for me.

If you are remaining active and it's not updating a worked farm after 5 minutes have passed, then you can try the other routine things like clearing, updates, taking the tool out of storage, reloading and putting it back into storage, logging out of the website and back in. If those don't help either please send the issue to the support team.

I had a look at your data and it shows that you have been refuelling every day.

You refuelled:

July 28th at 00:00:20 eastern time
July 29th at 00:00:49 eastern time
July 30th at 11:01:36 eastern time

Fuel was added but they were small amounts.

One thing I noticed while checking your data is that you own the Gas Station located in your farm 2.

That is a service facility which is loaded with fuel tanks. Those fuel tanks are sold when your friends work that service.

Do not fill the Gas station with fuel tanks, just uncheck them from the service, that way you will have more of them when you refuel.

The location of your farms has not changed. When you were playing through Facebook and then playing through the website, your farms were still in the same server location.

I am sorry we can not restore the fuel for you. We do not have that capability.

Your selection of Autotools in the preferences only affects you on your own farms.The autoselect when hired is always on and can't be turned off. They may be missing the fishing just because they don't want to do that.
Also for yourself you have to select the first tool on the farm. If it is all fishing then it won't be selected for you.

We have 2 forklift, green and purple.

The green one, allows you to store all products in a facility.

If you are trying to click in the Store all button at the top of your facility manager then it will not work as you need the purple Forklift.

In case you are clicking in the store button in a facility and it is not working, then go to your preferences, the wrench, and put a check mark to Show tools and click in the green check mark to save changes.

Then open your item storage and place the green forklift on a farm. Close the game and then login again. Put the forklift back into storage and check if it is working.

HI, I really couldn't find a place to put this question. What is the purpose of the EYE in the tool box anymore? We use to be able to turn it on and off, but when I click mine it just states "hide item" and doesn't seem to really do anything. The use of the eye in your toolbox has not changed. You click on the eye and then can click on individual items on your farm to hide them.


If they want to turn a specific type of item like facilities then they go to preferences uncheck those in the Show items.

You purchased the Harvester EX (11x11) today, not the Combine Harvester-Plow. You have to purchase the individual tools before you can buy the combine. Your harvester is in your storage.

You can always check any purchase you make for farm cash by going to the Account tab at the top of your farms and then click on the Farm Cash Activity Log.

can a s/n use your purple sprinkler if they do not own one their selves.I am s/n for 4 or 5 that don't own the purple sprinkler and I can't use mine on their farms ,have to use the one they have . this the the post i am referring to....Question....My SN can't use my purple irrigator to water my farms. If you own the purple sprinkler but they dont, then you have to use the sprinkler they own when you work their farms as super neighbor.

No new changes have been done to the way fuel is produced or the amount you get for each fuel tank when you refuel.

What will have changed is that farms have got much bigger and what farmers put on their farms. You would need to consider not only what you might have done with your own farms and that doing things like planting short grow crops will be days when you are likely to use more fuel than other days, but also what fuel you may be using when working for others. They may be increasing not only the amount of farms they have but the size of them and what they put on them. There's always the possibility that there could be times you are using your own fuel to do their farm work, which in some cases could be using a considerable amount of fuel. When you receive a hire offer that window will tell you how fuel will be used, if they are allowing their fuel to be used and if they are allowing it to be used first or last.

There will be gradual smaller increases in use of your own fuel when you own things like the tools for facilities and have increased the amount of facilities you have over the last year, as those tools also use fuel.

I am sorry, but nothing has changed in a long time for fuel in the game. The only change we had was a few years back and that increased the output per batch from the refinery. I don't know why you are not getting as much, but it is not the production by the refineries. That is still a batch every 6 hours unless you post your facilities and refill those often as your neighbors work them. Each Fuel Tank has always produced 300 fuel when you refuel. Nothing has changed except maybe the amount you are getting from gifts and the gift sites. The amount of production and how much fuel you get from the fuel tanks you use to refuel has not changed. I am sorry, but that is all I can tell you. There is nothing we can do to help you get more fuel.

The purple hand allows you to buy multiple but you can only place the items one by one.

To buy flowers or trees following a design you need to use the Multi Planters.

So did I waste my money on white blue tools which are x24? A bit cautious now to buy tools eg the brown ones in case I am wasting money. Can you explain for me please?

Yes you only need the regular non-extended tools up to the 16x16 to be able to buy the EX (extended tools) for overlapped fields.

Taz is not available at the moment.

No, I am sorry but you can not send the tools you own to someone else. That would have to be done using the Send button on a tool at the time of purchase. Once a tool is bought using the Buy button that is a permanent purchase which can not be reversed. Even if you deleted them you would still be able to repurchase them for coins instead of Farm Cash.

There may be times, if you like to work for others where they may not be layering in which case you may sometimes find the single layer tools could be useful instead of having to switch the EX tools between Extent mode and Highlight mode and then remembering to switch them back to Extent again. That that really depends on what farmers like to do with their farms and the size of them.

The bigger plow tools which are single layer tools, I personally like to buy for quicker plowing of new fields on big farms whether it's for myself or to help someone else out designing for them. It's not as popular these days as it used to be, but if you were ONLY hired to plow then you would probably prefer to use the bigger plow tools if the farm owner could not be contacted to rehire you so you could use the combines instead.

There isn't much space within the game to display much information when buying tools. The seeders, harvesters, combine tools for working overlapped crops/fields have always had Ex in the name which might also help you in the future. There should now be a warning popup when you go buy a single layer tool, which was recently introduced, so always make sure you read those popups before purchasing.

Hi Elizabeth,

Your last tool purchase was for the Harvester Ex (12 x 12). That cost you 50 Farm Cash and you have bought a second one that only cost you coins. Both of them are on your Farm 37.

You can check what you bought and paid Farm Cash for in your Farm Cash Activity log by either clicking on this link:

Click on the Account tab at the top of your game screen. Then click on Farm Cash Activity Log


Please go to your Farm 37, show only tools in your preferences so you can easily find them towards the bottom of that farm and place at least one of the Harvester Ex (12 x 12) tools into your storage. Tools must always be placed into storage so that you can use tools on any farm and so the game can see that you own it before you purchase any other tools.

You have not bought the Combine Harvest-Plow Ex 12x12 yet.

I just checked your data and you have just refuelled, so you didnt lose your fuel tanks, they were used to refuel.

You do not lose your fuel when you zip. all the zip does is convert all your fuel to regular size from gift and combine it with your existing regular fuel tanks.
According to your data for your farms you refueled at 3:07 eastern time today and gained 916,482 fuel. You may have thought you were just looking but you did refuel. The 6 hours you have to wait to refuel again would be until midnight as you can refuel once a day.

Nothing has changed about fuel. If you are getting less then it has to be you are not helping as many as you were before or you are refueling more often than before which does not give the refineries time enough to produce as much.

But after getting back on this past week I noticed I also lost about 300,000 fuel units. which I sure I will never recover.

I moved your post to the thread about tools. Your suspension had nothing to do with using the purple hand. It had all to do with the speed you were clicking.
As far as your fuel if you have super neighbors that help with your farms while you were suspended then that is where your fuel got used.

Hi Barbara,

Pick up a smaller tool, then look in the lower right corner for the eye icon. Click on it until the eye turns red. Then you can pick up the larger tools and it should hide other items not workable by that tool.

I am very upset about new tool you advertised when I logged on tonight bought the Harvester ex plant the newest one is what I was trying to buy but when I got it to my farm 37, it says it is a ex harvester plow and then when I go back to the store it says I have to buy the one I just bought to unlock the one I had wanted to buy. What you bought tonight was the Harvester EX (11x11). You have to buy them in order. In order to buy the Combine Harvester Plant you have to own the Harvester and seeder EX (11x11). You then need to own the Combine Harvester Plow EX (11x11) which you don't own yet. After you have all of those then you can buy Combine Harvester Plant EX (11x11).


You have not even gotten up to the Tools that were released this time. To buy those you have to complete the 11x11 EX tools and then buy all of the 12x12 ones in order.

i also looked before and after and they did post fuel ,it doesnt exist in my barn ,so this must be a bug ,i think ,mayebe some of the devs can have a look on it
i know thy are verry buisy at the moment for us :)

First we have no way to tell what you do or do not get from your work for neighbors facility work. As the amount you would get would be only 20% of the amount you worked to help it would not be much so not very noticable. Most people also do not load fuel tanks in their gas station. There is not a glitch.

As you refuel very often then your supply of fuel is not going to be much each refuel because you don't have time to build up much.

I visited your farms and they are all showing up as irrigated except for farm 45.

Please be sure that time (hour, minutes, AM/PM) and date (day, month, year) are correct in your computer. If they are off then this kind of problem could happen.

Also, clear your memcache. Click in the following link and you will see another window with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and logout from the site. Then login again.

After that, open your storage and place your purple sprinkler on a farm. Remember to put a check mark in Show tools option in your preferences, the wrench, so you can see it.
Then reload the game and put the sprinkler back into storage.

You can then plant a farm and use the sprinkler. Reload the game and check if the farm is irrigated.
If it is then continue with another farm.

If it is not, then post here again letting us know in which farm you are having problems.

Were you on the farm while they were doing the work? If so that can make it revert back to the previous location. Also they do need to Save often as they are moving them. It really has nothing to do with which tool they are using.

Taz isn't available at this time.

By any chance could the farm your SN was designing be layered and the trees be sitting on top of something else like crops for example. Or could they be trying to use a trick to move them on top of something like crops? If they were trying to move things that are layered or trying to layer, please do not post those instructions on the forum as we are not permitted to allow those.
If that is what they were trying to do, that could be interfering with the transplanters working correctly.

If you have space on a farm that isn't layered you could try asking them to move some trees on that farm to a clear spot where nothing else is, and see if the transplanter works correctly then.

Please also report this issue to the support team to look into and please remember to give them the exact method and what your SN is moving when using the transplanters and what size transplanter they were using.
