This thread is for reporting problems concerning any of the Tools you can buy in Farm Town or any issues with Fuel.

Please read the following information BEFORE posting in this thread. Thank you!

It is now possible to have way more than 4 Billion fuel.
As of May 2020 you can now top up your fuel, it no longer gets replaced when you refuel.



Important Things To Remember About The Tools You Own:


Any of the Farm Cash tools for harvesting (crops, trees, flowers), plowing, chopping, fishing can be used to work on other peoples farms, including the 3x3 coin tools. These tools MUST be in storage for this to work. The bigger tools will use fuel.


Once your tools are in your Item Storage, you can use them via your Yellow Toolbox, there isn't any need to take them out of storage.


Farm Cash tools do NOT use up any of your Item capacity space.


When you own EX Crop tools OR 20x20 single layer crop tools 20 and larger sizes that can use Extent Mode, there are now 2 different color Extent mode boxes to indicate if the tool is for using on overlapped crops or not.

A Blue box is what you see when using 20x20 single layer crop tools, these do NOT work on overlapped crops! This means you are using a single layer crop tool.

A Yellow box is what you see on EX crop tools, these DO work on overlapped crops. This means you are using an EX tool intended for use on overlapped crops.

20x20 tree/flower/fishing boats will also have a yellow Extent box. These tree and Flower tools will NOT work on multiple layers of those if you have them on the same farm. Fishing Boats will work on overlapped waters.



Important Things To Remember About Fuel
You only will be able to refuel once per day. You will be able to refuel again after midnight Eastern time.

If you have already refueled that day and you want to know when you can next refuel, click on the fuel station icon again and if you have to wait, there will be a time showing at the bottom of the pop-up. For example it could say "You will be able to refuel in 5 hours and twenty minutes"


If it seems you are using fuel quicker than expected. You could be using more fuel due to some of these:


Buying Land Upgrades/New Farms and adding more workable items that require Fuel to work them.
Increasing what is on existing farms that require Fuel to work them.
Working your own farms. Farming and Planting more often - perhaps on days where more work is ready to do than there is on another day or on days when you require the short timed crops so will be planting more often
Working for other farmers, the bigger the farms, the more on them, the more fuel you will need if you are using your own fuel to work those.
The more facilities you have, using the start All tools and refilling them more often will use more fuel.
Using the Start All at the top of the Facility Manager uses Fuel (turbo tools)
Using the Store All at the top of the Facility Manager uses Fuel (Forklifts)
Cashing out uses Fuel (Armored Truck, Farm Cash Item not the decoration) Unless your Harvests & Products is getting full or you need the coins, you do not need to cash out every day. Remember you can zip your Harvests & Products storage to help if your capacity limit is getting full.
Dispatching Trains and Ships uses fuel. The more containers on them, the more you use.
Fuel is sold in the Gas Station service facility. It does NOT give you more fuel tanks. If you are low on fuel, do not load it into that facility. If you own the load tool for that facility, you open the facility and remove the check mark on the Fuel Tanks so it's not loaded into it to be sold.



KNOW the Difference between sending friends Bonuses of Fuel Tanks OR sending Ingredients to make Fuel Tanks
A common mistake is not reading the information in a request to know if you're going to be sending and receiving Fuel Tanks or if you are instead sending and receiving the ingredient crude oil which is need to make Fuel Tanks.

Both requests for Ingredients to make Fuel Tank and requests to send a Bonus of Fuel Tanks have the SAME Fuel tank Icon.

Read the information to the right of the icon!

When it tells you:

"Can you send me ingredients to make 68 x Fuel Tank (4 batches)? YOU will get 50%!" and the link says Send Ingredients, you are sending and receiving the ingredient to make the Fuel Tanks which is Crude Oil.https://r1.slashkey.com/images/gameguide/fuel/FUEL TANKS INGREDIENTS.png
When it tells you a bonus or dan has been earned:

The new version for the moment is a restricted version as explained above the game. We realize this is frustrating to have missing features, but rest assured, they will all be added back to the game over the next few weeks. Please be patient.

I am not experiencing this issue, the only time it opens for me is if i hover my mouse over the toolbox icon. That happens if you click the white X and move your mouse away?

While you are working fuel will go down, but it will go back to the original amount when you stop working.

Please take note how much fuel you have before and after working a farm. :)

The greyed out farms are already irrigated. You can only irrigate the ones that have a check box. This shows when you choose the multiple farms.

When you have the mobile lookout tower and are working on superneighbours farms, it shows all farms that have stuff ready to do in blue. I wonder if this function could be extended to our own farms if you have this tool. Maybe this is something that could be added while they are getting these functions working again in the new format.

Not much to do on my farms now, can't work on neighbours farms, so I'm bored and looking for things to fill in time. LOL.

Because the Super Neighbor function has not been added back in. The only thing you can do is visit them.

I moved your post to the subject thread about tools. If you have heavily layered waters on the farm then you may have problems at this time. It may not be recording all the clicks. Only thing I can suggest is to slow down.

No need to be sorry, everyone here is happy to help a fellow farmer :)

The yellow hand is a quicker method to move something on your farm rather than using several steps to move each one ( you can't use it to move a crop field). The slow method to move something is to mouse over the item until it highlights, click on it to open the menu, then scroll down to the "move" option to move it, then it picks it up, you move your mouse to the new location and click your mouse again to set it down. You would need to repeat that for every item.

It's also particularly useful should an animal get stuck if it's ended up sitting on top of growing crops or too close to something and won't let you highlight it to open the menu.

To use it you just click on the yellow hand then click on the item you want to move, it's picks it up for you, you then move your mouse to another clear area on your farm and click again to set that item down, repeat that for everything you want to move. When you are done, you click on the green man to stop using the yellow hand.

When you get to the stage where you want to start buying the Farm Cash versions called the Freestyle Farm Designers, which many like to call the green hand, orange hand, purple hand, those will allow you to do more than the yellow hand can do.

I moved your post to the subject thread about tools. Don't buy more tools. Move your tools from the farm into storage. The toolbox will not see them if they are on you farms.

That feature isn't working yet. But, before harvesting, I check to see if it has an 'I' after the crop name.

If there is no 'I', then it is ready to be irrigated, correct? So, I plant a 3 day crop only to see that the farm is greyed out when I go to irrigate it.

If the previous crop does have the I then definately the farm is not ready to be irrigated again.

You can also pick up the sprinkler in the multi farms tab, click on a farm to irrigate and it will show all the farms. Those greyed out can not be irrigated at that time. The ones with the check boxes can be.

If a farm is greyed out in there then its 20 hours between irrigation is not up. Even if the I is not after the crop you previously planted or is that does not tell you if you can irrigate again. The only thing that shows is in that chart.


For example if you planted a 4 hour crop and irrigated it, then when it was ready you planted another 4 hour crop. When you look at the first crop before harvesting it may show the I, but the 2nd crop would not because it wasn't irrigated. However, you still would not be able to irrigate the next crop because your 20 hours are not up.

Fuel has been disabled for all of us long time ago. When you start working your farms, you will see the fuel amount decreases but as soon as you drop the tool then that amount goes back to the original amount.

Please take note of your fuel amount before you start working and check how much you have when you are done.

Yes, you have to have all the previous sizes in your storage to be able to purchase the next size ones.

for example 3 waters slightly overlapped but you can still click and highlight each one , if you want to move to storage the one on right -aka the bottom - its making you move the one 2 on the left first

also having a really hard time getting anything highlitghted that is layered ... its doable but you really have to wiggle around the mouse to get something

I needed to delete some flowers under some trees so i could add more trees, i hid the trees and used the small blue bulldozer to delete some flowers, when i refreshed it had deleted the flowers and the trees which i had hidden .... it did not do this before, i should have only deleted the flowers .....

it was on one of my alts the icon for creating a link is grey out so i no way to get you there -----

to help you recreate -
the check mark was in the tree section of wrench, i clicked on the trees and chose hide all trees, then proceeded to use the small blue bulldozer to delete the outer few layers of flowers, when i refreshed the field , it had deleted the flowers and the hidden trees ............

We see the square as it should be for the multiplanters. Please try clearin g your browser cache, close the browser, then reload your farms. That graphic may not have loaded.

I just placed a water on the edge with the purple hand, but the only things around were other waters. You do still need at least a single spot open. With trees and a field in that location you may not have one.

The purple hand lets you stack items, but there has to be at least one spot clear. It does not layer.

I have no problems using the purple hand to move facilities on a farm. You click on the purple hand and then in Edit Items from the menu. The facility highlights to let you pick it.

Please remember that you need at least one spot clear (the same size a single pine tree would use) to be able to place the facility in the new position.

Mary, Can layering have any affect. I have multiple layers and found that when I delete the outer most edge of trees/flowers I can put facilities on the edge, but not on the inner portions of the farm. If you can, please let me know, so I am not chasing my tail..lol. Thanks

If you cant find a small clear spot, only the size of a pine tree uses, then it is not possible to place an item on the farm.

With the purple hand, you dont need all the space that item needs, but you do need at least that empty small spot.

If you harvester is on a farm, you need to move it to your storage. It will not be usable if it is on your farm. Once you have it in storage then you can use it from your Toolbox.

I think you are looking at the Flower Freezer - Unfreezer Tool, which isn't available to use yet as it hasn't been added back to the game so it's greyed out. It will be back when the devs have time to do it. You can read up about that tool in the Game Guide Chapter 21 Tools. Here's the link to that specific post:

No there isn't another tool for Cash Out All. Not all the tools need the green ? as the explanation of what they do is in the text in the box for the tool.
That ID is the farms I checked. If you had bought it then it would show in the farm cash archive in your data and it isn't in the list. Even if it was missing it would show in the list that it was.
You can contact Support if you wish, but they will tell you the same thing.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You can not go back any farther in that as it is limited to how much data it can hold. We have the ability to go back farther when we look at your account data, but that is not available for you to do.

First thing to say is you have to have all the previous size tools in your storage.

Now with the migration of the game, purchasing tools is a little different as the duplicate button doesnt show up but if you click in a tool that you have, then you will get a pop up saying you already have one or a better one and offers you to purchase one for coins.

Make sure that all your tools are in storage so the store can see which ones you own, if you are not sure you'll have to go farm to farm with just tools showing and put any you find into storage.

If after that, you can't see all of the tools in the store then it sounds like you have not got the funnel filter set to show all of them. There are several filters when you are in the tools section of the store.

Go to the tools section of the store, and click on the funnel filter, you can set it to all, owned and not owned, so change it to the one you want.

If you are not seeing a buy or duplicate button when you mouseover a tool, mouseover a different tool then mouse over the box that wasn't showing you buy or duplicate and see if it shows up then.

I have moved your thread to issues with tools.

Are you having difficulty with watering flowers on that farm or with irrigating the crops on it?

Before you use the mobile sprinkler tomorrow, click on the Farm Selector green grid top left of your game screen and then click on Show Extra Farm Info. The legend top left tells you what the colors are for. Make sure there is nothing for I or W for that farm when you want to water or irrigate.

In case there is an issue with data causing it, you might as well run memcache before you try to do this again. To do that Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload.

See if you still get a problem tomorrow.

Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.

When you click on the Load All in the facility manager do you see the Turbo Manual Lift Truck pictured there?


If not then, take that tool out of your storage and put it on a farm, click the save button, restart your farms, place it back in storage and then open the facility manager and see if it is there.

If the item you are trying to place is red where you are trying to place it then you can't overlap that item there with another one, you may not be showing everything possible in your preferences so that you can see where there is a small space to be able to place it down. You need at least one tiny space the size a pine tree would use to place something almost on top of another one. Please show everything in your game preferences so you can see if there is something in the area where you are trying to set your item down.

The tool is not meant for putting anything exactly in the same space as another item or for putting anything on top of on top of workable items like crops, etc. If you are trying to do that, that is a method of what we call layering which some also like to call a trick. We are not permitted to give instructions for any layering or tricks or allow them to be posted. We are aware that not all the usual methods of layering are working, we can not tell you if they will be in the future. If you are not trying to do that please let us know which farm it is and what item you are trying to place where so we can go take a look.

Example: if I want to harvest/plant crops the screen used to only show the crops. Now it shows crops, trees, buildings, decorations. Please when you get a tool, look at the botton right corner of the game screen.
You will see an eye. Click in the eye to get it half open. That way only the items tied to the tool you have in your hands will show up.

The developers are aware of the auto-select not working correct for harvest tools when not selected first. If you select the crop harvesting first then all the rest work correctly, so do that first at least until they can solve this.
For the plowing tools you can't hide everything using that as you are only supposed to be able to plow where there is open ground so it does not hide anything to let you know where those items are and that you can not plow in those locations.

You have the green Freestyle tool so, in the Tool box you will only see the green hand and the edit yellow hand.

It is this way as the green hand does the same than the orange hand plus more features.

Edited to Add: Your orange freestyle hand is in your farm 1. Go to that farm and click in your preferences, the wrench, and put a check mark to Show Tools option and click in the green tick to save changes.
Once you see the orange hand, click in it and send it to Storage. Please remember only the green hand which is an update for the orange one and the yellow hand will be shown up in your Tool box.

I moved your post to the subject thread about tools. It would depend on exactly what you are trying to do. The purple hand can be used to stack items, but in that area you have to have at least one clear spot the size of a pine tree that has nothing on it.
If you are trying to layer items on top of other items that we can't help you with. We are not allowed to provide nor can we allow any instructions about layering to be posted in the forums. Layering can cause problems with your farms.

I have moved your post to the Tools and Fuel thread.

The use of Fuel was temporarily suspended for several months. It has recently been enabled again so you will be back to using your Fuel for everything that requires Fuel in the game.

A common mistake made by many when clicking on requests is that when a request has a Fuel Tank picture in it they are usually not reading what the text says which tells them whether the post is a request for ingredients to make Fuel Tanks or a bonus post of Fuel Tanks for reaching a new belt or dan level for that product.

Have a look at the requests you are clicking on and see what the text is saying. I expect what you are clicking on are requests for ingredients for Fuel which don't give you Fuel tanks.

When it says " Can you send me ingredients to make 68 x Fuel Tank (4 batches)? YOU will get 50%! " that is a request for the ingredients to make Fuel Tanks, so you get crude oil sent to storage to make them, you don't get Fuel Tanks. When it's this one what they will have done is clicked on the + icon on the Fuel Tanks in the Oil refinery which requests the ingredients to make Fuel Tanks.

The only time you get Fuel Tanks from a request is when it says something like this " I just reached the Fuel Tank 5th Dan Degree ", the belt or dan may be different in the request, but that is when it's a bonus post for Fuel Tanks so that would be when you get Fuel Tanks instead of crude oil.

As the Belts and Dans are not added back to the game yet, it's very unlikely that anyone is posting bonuses for Fuel Tanks, they are probably requesting ingredients. Currently the only way to get fuel at the moment is to make it, work Facilities that have the Oil Refinery with Fuel tanks being made in them and to accept gifts of Fuel.

There are 3 manure spreaders, red, orange, green, if she doesn't own the green one than you can't fertilize all farms with one click you will have to do the farms one at a time.

The same goes for the mobile sprinklers above the first one, if she doesn't own them all then you can't use them you can only use ones she owns.

To fertilize or irrigate all farms with one click she will need to own them all.

You can use any of your harvest/plow crop tools, harvest/chop tree, flower and fishing tools that you own on her farms, she does not need to own any of those for you to use them. You should be handed the biggest size tool to use depending what is ready to work on her farms.

Which of your EX combines are you trying to use on her farms? when you say it isn't working do you mean that it isn't showing up to use or that it isn't showing the yellow box which is Extent mode? Ex tools can be used in single layer mode as well as Extent mode for working overlapped crops so make sure it's in Extent mode if you are working overlapped crops.

You are welcome.

Nothing has changed about the ability to use manure spreaders and mobile sprinklers for use as a super neighbour. Those are working the same way as they were in flash. It's possible there may have been a problem in the past where they were able to be used when they weren't owned by the farm owner, which would have been fixed at some point.

Please provide your farm's ID number, so we can check on this. You can find it in the banner above your farm.
Each farm only uses 50 manure to fertilize each farm. It would only use 2,150 to fertilize all 43 farms. I am assuming you are talking about manure and not coins.

It seems you used a little and you have 45,823,683 by the time I checked.

You have 5 superneighbors, so if you allowed them to use your fuel first, then they will use it to work your farms.

Prior to that you have done a lot of jobs for strangers from the Job Market. You may have gone through your previous fuel working those jobs. Not everyone allows you to use their fuel.

I have moved your post to the thread about Fuel.

The amount for fuel you get depends on how many fuel tanks you have stored when you go to refuel. Looking at your data you are getting less fuel each time because you have less fuel tanks when you refuel so you are using it up faster than you have done in the past.

I can see that you don't have that many neighbors yet, you do get extra fuel for the amount of neighbors you have, the amount of active neighbors you have and a few other factors like tending farms etc, so it's worth you increasing the amount of neighbors and tending farms by visiting neighbors farms prior to refueling to help with this if you can.

When you are doing a jobs for other people, as you are low on fuel, you will have to check what the hiring window says about fuel usage and how much fuel it says the farm owner has so you to have an idea of whether or not you are going to be using the farm owners fuel first or yours first.

The quickest way to get more fuel is to exchange as many gifts as you can for fuel and then when you have some in your fuel tanks in your gift box you can open your gift box and click on the More to request Fuel tanks as a gift from your friends incase any friends have forgotten to send you gifts that day.

Just in case you are doing this....Do not open the oil refinery and click the + icon to request Fuel tanks. That would only get you a gift of the crude oil to make the Fuel, not the Fuel tank itself.

Both Robo and Crane are not always picking up ALL bulk animals to move to pens or storage

I have purchased and placed 30 animals on farm and when gone to move sometimes it will move all, other times it will only move 27 leaving 3 behind.

Those 3 behind you cannot do anything with them - it comes up with a message cant / retry later.

Then when you refresh, they are gone - so you have lost coins purchasing the animals as well as the actual animal.

I have pens galore to fill, and already have lost stacks of animals and coins from tools not working properly.

When you place animals on the farm some will get placed in the same place one on top of each other. When this happens then the tools only see the first one and cannot see the ones underneath. That is why the tools will not pick up all of them to move them.
For not being able to move the rest, try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

You need to go to the Fuel Station in the map to convert those fuel tanks in your storage into fuel you can use on your farms. Having the fuel tanks in your storage doesn't let you use the fuel. Read the Game Guide chapter I gave you the link for.

They work through the facility manager. With them in your storage, then you click on the Harvest All button at the top of the facility manager.

As you have tons of coins and she only has 21,793 coins then it is using her coins and not trying to use yours. The message may not be clear as to whose coins, but the game is working right.

I do not see in your data that you had 10 million in fuel either as fuel in the game or in your storage as fuel tanks. You have 34 fuel tanks in storage and 3 fuel tanks in your gift box.

You last refueled on May 18th and received 4,486,370. You still have 2,025,563 left from that.


I am not sure which boats you are talking about. I do n't see any duplicate purchases of fishing boats. The ones you have will only to a specific amount of fish in one click.

Were the waters in storage or from the store?

If they were in storage are they back in storage since they are not on the farm?

When you are doing a job this big to cover a whole farm in waters I suggest you click the Save button often to make sure the data is saved.
Unfortunately we do not have any way to put the waters back on the farm. The only thing you can do is to do them again. If you lost coins for them you will need to contact Support for any refund as we can not do those in the forums.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You've upgraded farms last month so if you've added more items to those or other farms that need working, or doing things like harvesting and planting more often when you need short grow crops, you will be using more fuel to work them than you were before. You've added more facilities recently so you will be using more fuel when you cash out. Not sure why you are cashing out up to 4 times a day but that is quite a lot, your capacity is only around 85% so you don't need to do that quite so often. The semi you bought will also be adding to the amount of fuel you are using.

Not sure why you are cashing out up to 4 times a day but that is quite a lot, your capacity is only around 85% so you don't need to do that quite so often. The semi you bought will also be adding to the amount of fuel you are using.

Hi Enigma Cross,

You don't need to cash out for the NCC, cashing out just sells what you have put in your service facilities which earns you more coins than it would if you were to just sell them at market. It's the starting and loading of products in the NCC that earns you points.

When you refuel you are exchanging the amount of fuel tanks that you have. Fuel is calculated according to the amount of Fuel Tanks you have in storage plus any that you have in your gift box that isn't stored yet.

For each fuel tank you get 300 fuel. You will get a bit more on top of that for things like level, the amount of neighbours, amount of active neighbours, helping them etc. There's information in the game guide about that in the post on how to refuel and it has an example of and how fuel is calculated when you refuel. The fastest way to get more fuel tanks is to exchange gifts for them. You can then open the gift box and click the More on the Fuel tanks to post it to Facebook so if any friends have forgotten to send you gifts lately then it's a little reminder that you need them.

Just in case you do this, don't try to request the ingredients for Fuel tanks from the oil refinery unless you are short on crude oil. Many make that mistake thinking that it will get them more Fuel Tanks, it doesn't, it gets you more crude oil to make the Fuel tanks and other products in your oil refinery.

You've only got 2 oil refineries so you might want to consider getting another oil refinery to help as you have all 44 farms, as you upgrade them and add more to them you will need more fuel, that's entirely up to you.

I moved your post to the subject thread about fuel.
You have plenty of crude oil barrels for making fuel tanks in the oil refineries.

Nothing has changed in how many fuel tanks are made in the oil refineries or how much fuel you get from each fuel tank. I have a feeling your fuel supply was already dwindling before the change over and the period we had of no fuel use. New things are constantly being added to the game which requires more fuel. Your 2 oil refineries were not keeping up with the amount of fuel needed apparently.
You have recently added 8 more refineries, but they are not going to increase your fuel tanks instantly. I suggest first that you post your facilities at least a couple times a day for your neighbors to work if you are not and refill the refineries as often as you can. The fuller you keep them the more your neighbors will complete for you.
The other thing you can do is exchange any gifts you get for fuel tanks until between the gifts and the oil refinery production you can get your fuel back up to what you feel is a workable amount.

You do not get that much for those additional things. They are given at the following rates:


10 Gallons for each Level you have reached.
20 Gallons for each Neighbour you have.
10 Gallons for each friend you help that day (Help Given).
20 Gallons for each Active Neighbour in the last 24 hours.

The help given is only what help you have given within the last Farm Town day, not the total you have done over time.


You get points for doing many things for your neighbours like, sending gifts, sending bonuses, sending ingredients, boosting trains.

Please provide your ID. You can find it in the banner above your farms.
You need to put the tool in your storage and then use it from the toolbox instead of taking it out and putting it on your farm. You should be doing this with all your tools and not putting them on your farm.

It's the purple freestlyle that has the option to get waters out of items storage on to clear farms and overlap them at the same time. I've just tried that tool and had no problems doing that.

The green one allows you to overlap the waters after you have taken them out of storage and placed them.

Your tools are on your farms, please click in every tool and send them to your storage.
When you have the tools in your storage, then you can use them from the yellow tool box. Once they are in your storage you can move them from the tool box to shortcuts.

I have moved your post to help and support for tools and fuel as your post is not about the latest release.

You are getting less fuel when you refuel because you have less fuel tanks in storage than you have had the previous times you have refueled.
If you are running out of fuel faster then you were previously then you are using more fuel than you have done in the past.

There were some months where fuel was suspended so you would have not been using fuel during that time and your supply would have been building up as it wasn't getting used back then.

If you have been adding anything to your farms and any that you have upgraded then you will be using more fuel just for your farms. More features have been added back to the game which also use fuel like the ships and trains.

We can see that you like to work for other farmers. Please check the hiring window before accepting a job and see what it tells you about fuel usage. If you are using your fuel at any time during a job then that will be where some of your fuel is getting used up. If your fuel is being used and the farms you are working for other have a considerable amount on them then you will be using even more fuel for those than farms with less on them.

The fastest way to get fuel is for you to exchange gifts for them and when you have gifts of Fuel Tanks in your gift box, click the more on one of them and post the request to Facebook so that any friends that may have forgotten to send you a gift today know that you need them.

All I see in your storage is enough for 49 million. You don't have the gas station so nothing is using the fuel tanks.

You do not have the gas station so the only way it would go down is if you sell some of the fuel tanks.
We would not see if you sell any. We do see when you refuel.

You are talking about layering where you don't have a clear space to set the water down. I am sorry, we are not allowed nor can we allow others to post any instructions about layering. Even though it is allowed it can cause problems with your farms.

You would get that message if you are trying to use it for a regular neighbor. It only works for a Super Neighbor that you have permissions to do the work.

We have checked your data and visited your farms.

There are several thingS for you to try to get more fuel tanks so you will be able to get more fuel when you refuel.

Some things to take in mind:

You have been upgrading several farms, so once they are plowed and planted, then more fuel will be used.

You are sharing your fuel, we dont know if it is first or last. You have 3 superneighbors so if they work your farms or you hire at market and they are able to use your fuel, probably you will end having almost nothing.

Maybe it is better to not allow them to use your fuel at least till you can have a good amount of fuel.

When we looked at your data you had 904 fuel tanks stored. You also have fuel tanks done in your 2 refineries, so please store them.
Also try to post your facilities or at least the oil refineries so your friends can work them and you can refill them faster and get more fuel tanks to store.

You can also exchange all gifts for fuel tanks.

Please remember to not load your Gas station with fuel tanks as you would sell them instead of keep them to refuel.

The spreader shows up I click on my toolbox, but I don't see the collector. I saw a post saying to go to facilities management of use the manure collector, but that would just show me the pigsty on that farm. Isn't the purpose of the manure collector to be able to use it from any farm to collect the manure on all farms? I don't understand how to do this.

You are correct, the Manure Collector collects the manure from all the farms where you have a pigsty with pigs inside it.

It works by clicking in Harvest All button at the top left side of your Facility Manager.

Please take in mind that if the farm/s where you have the pigsty is set as a Quest farm then the manure will not be collected by clicking in Harvest All button.

You can check that by clicking in your farms name.

That tool doesn't show up show up in the toolbox to enable what it does as you don't need to click on it to use it. As long as the tool is in your storage it will enable the show work info button for you when working as a super neighbor.

I finally got to level 17 to be able to use the 2x2 seeder, but everytime I try it says "you need to have a seeder (2x2) in your farm or your storage to use this tool.
