one of my free FarmPass bonus is chop down 4638 ebony trees.
i chopped down over 5000 on my farms.
and it shows i've only chopped 3000 in the fp bonus.
on farm 16 i chopped 3330 before going to the other farms to chop more.
when i go to my tool-box and then ck farm status it shows where i've chopped over 5000.
will you check this out for me plz?

Please, open your yellow tool box and then click in Farm Stats.

You have to uncheck the option at the bottom of the window that says: "Include include products due to fertilize, baits and bonus".

When you have that option unchecked then you will see the real amount of trees (or other items) you have on your farms.

The amount showing up in your farm pass goal is correct according to the amount of ebony trees harvested in your farms.

When you open the Farm Pass manager you will see Farm Pass top center with the word Get in the box. Click on that and it will take you to the purchase area.

Please close your farms and then reopen them.

Click in the farm pass icon and then in Rewards button at the top of the farm pass screen.
You should see rewards unlocked, some you have already get with a green check mark.

Hi Carrie,
All the goals are "free" if you will. There aren't any goals that only those who buy the farm pass can do. You complete goals either daily or seasonal and earn the points.
You have earned 234 points so far and have gotten all the rewards up to those points. All the ones you have claimed have a green check on them. You have to do more goals in order to earn more points and that will open more rewards for you to claim.
The daily goals will change in another hour and half from now (midnight EST). You will get additional seasonal goals in 4 days.

Hi Carrie,
All the goals you have are available whether you get the farm pass or not. If you don't get the farm pass then the only rewards you can claim are the free ones on the bottom row in that section.

Don't mix up goals (which are the work you have to do) with the rewards (what you can get after you earn the points).
The only way you can claim rewards is to complete the goals to earn the points. When you have earned enough points then you can claim the rewards for those point amounts. Complete more goals and earn more points then you can collect more rewards.

I moved your post to the thread about the Farm Pass. You did not pay for any monthly support as there is no paid support. Support help is always free.
What you paid for is the Farm Pass for that function in the game. It does not seem that it was added. Please go to the Bank icon in the MAP below your toolbox. In the lower right corner click on Restore Purchases. That should fix it. Check in your Farm Pass in the pass area and see if it says unlocked.



If it still says Get you will need to contact Support to get them to fix this.

Mouseover the goal and it will give you more information that can help you.

You have a brown gift box with a blue silhouette which means helping your farmer friends when they request ingredients to make a product.

Go to the Other Wall Requests (https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/pending_in_wall) page of My Requests and click on Send Ingredients for different farmers.

Each different farmer you help by sending ingredients counts as one. Reload your game after sending them to make sure the counter on your goal updates.

The farm pass goals have not changed, if that's what you mean, there have always been different goals for sending/receiving any gift or a specific gift, sending ingredients or receiving them.

You have to request ingredients for a product in one of your facilities by clicking on the + sign in one of the product boxes. Then one of your neighbors has to go to the other wall requests and click on Send Ingredients for the one you requested. Then when you get it in your gift box you have to store it.


When a goal calls for a specific facility that is the only one you can use for that goal. If you don't own it then you can not complete that goal.

I just checked your goals for Farm Pass.

Your goal for sending ingredients is completed.

Your daily goal for Pig Show supplies factory: you need to work your neighbors/buddies factories to complete that goal. This is a farmcash facility so maybe not all your farming friends own it.

I can see you are able to get the Yack reward.

Please, run memcache link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings and numbers. Close that window and log out from the website. Then reopen it and see if you can get that decoration.

I have moved your post to the thread about Farm Pass.

There are several methods to request a specific gift depending on what gift you need for the goal. The request will post to the Other Wall Requests where your farming friends will be able to see it. They can send the gift from there by clicking on the link or they can use their Gift Manager Send Gifts section to send you that specific gift.
You will not see your own request in the Other Wall Requests page.

Any gifted tree/flower that you already have on your farms, you can click on to request that specific item. Using the Cinnamon tree as an example you could find a cinnamon tree on your farm and click on it then click on Request as a Gift to post it.

If you already have an item in your My Gifts section of the Gift Manager that matches the goal you can also request that gift from there by clicking on the More on the gift to post it.

If you do not already have one in My Gifts or in Pending Gifts that matches your goal you can exchange just one gift in the Pending section, accept that gift, then go to the My Gifts Section of the Gift Manager mouseover the gift until More appears then click on More to request it.
Note: Exchanging gifts will not count towards the goal which is why we suggest you only exchange one gift to be able to request it.

The ones you get extra because of the gift tools or farm pass reward do not count for those. If you only accepted 4 and got 16 then you would only get 4 counted.

When you have that kind of goal, you need to go to the Other Wall Requests into your My Requests tab and click in a bonus posted by one of your farming friends.

It is not you have to post your own bonuses.

The goal says that you have to be hired at the marketplace and that you have to complete the job. You can't just stop after you get enough XP. You have to complete it and get the bonus. The progress for the goal is only recorded when you collect the bonus. To get the bonus you have to be hired by a stranger.

I checked your data and do not see any job completiions at all. So you will not get credit for them until you complete the jobs.

As Taz explained you in his previous response, your data doesnt show you had got the bonus chest.

That means that you were probably hired by a neighbor, supernieghbor or buddy so you didnt get the bonus chest.

When you get a goal to be hired at market, you have to be hired by a stranger. If you read the message in your goal, it says Progress is recorded when Job completion bonus is claimed.

You only get the Bonus chest if you are hired by a stranger.

Currently 600 is all you need to earn. There may be changes done in the future to the goals.

What have you already tried? Have you reloaded the game and checked if that corrected Farm Pass yet, if not please try that.

You can if you wish also try running memcache. To do that make sure you are still logged into the website, then click on this link, when the new browser tab opens that's it run, close that tab and the game if you still have it open, then reload:

Let say you receive a gift for Hen eggs.

You get 15 for the single gift.

As you have the Gifting machines then you would get 60 hen eggs (15x4)
And adding the x2 for the farm pass privilage you would receive 120 hen eggs.

You need to check the amount before and after clicking in Claim.

As soon as you click in Claim, the amount is added to your total no matter the wheel was not spun.

We are not sure if this will be "fixed" just for visual effect.

If they only sent to a few farmers then they may only be able to send to a few farmers at 7am before reaching their limit again.

You can certainly make a request in the Suggestions area of the forum that the Farm Pass goals ignore your own limit for receiving them.

I did read what you posted and checked your goal so yes I did understand what you are reporting. I am also aware of the limited space for information that any goal can show you. I had already it sent off to the devs to get clarification on whether it's been like that since the beginning or shouldn't be happening. We haven't heard back yet.

If you were working to finish a daily goal for farm pass an hour or less ago, then yes the goal may have expired on you as they are changed at 12:00 midnight eastern time.
Since you didn't say what the errors were that you got in the FT console I have no idea what the problem was that caused those.

Your seasonal goal is to load a specific ship from your neighbors.

You can load many during the day but only the brown ships will count for your goal.

If you have sent out the ingredient requests using the + sign, then all you can do is wait for your neighbors & buddies to click on it in the Other wall posts to send them to you. Sending the ingredients to others or sending bonuses will not count. Only the ingredient packs that you requested and they send to you will count. They will show in your gift box. Then you need to store them.

How did you complete that goal?

To receive 3 ingredient pack gifts, you first need to post asking for ingredients.

Open a production facility and then click in the + icon for one of the products.

The request will be posted to Other Wall requests and when your friends click in it, you will complete the goal.

The last 2 job completion bonuses you claimed show you were hired from a farm and not from the Job marketplace.

You do need to be hired at the marketplace for Farm Pass goals as well as needing to claim the bonus chest.

I have a season goal of working nearly 300 Guava trees. I went to one Super Neighbor's farm and worked 32 Guava trees, and that registered on the FP. Then I came back to my farm, and was offline doing some design work, and while I was offline I worked the 16 Guava trees on my farm.

Usually, all I need to do is either refresh my farm or, at worst, login again, if something doesn't show up on Farm Pass, but I did that at the time, and of course, again this morning, and it's still only showing the 32 I worked on my neighbor's farm.

Hi Karlene,
Check in the priveleges section of the Farm Pass and see what it says on that privelege. It will show you if someone has worked them and when it will reset.
Also, note that only neighbors who have the 2 trains and the mayor does all the work can do the non-workables.

Only the original amount of fish will count for Farm Pass. What you get extra because of the bait and bonuses does not count.

The User Action panel beneath the game screen is limited on how many actions it can show, so it can only show the most recent activity.

You would have been more likely to see it there if you had been reloading the game and checking that panel within a reasonably short time of claiming the privelege.

Facility work requests can still be worked IF one of your farming friends could still see them in thier Facility Wall Requests and they were posted less than 2 days ago. Most farmers with a considearble amount of farming friends that play and post more often would have far more posts in ther Facility Wall Requests so wouldn't be able to see as far back in time as that. Some can only see back hours rather than over a day.

The time showing on the priveledge gives you an idea of when that priveledge will automatically reset and allow a farmer to work your non-workables again.

For the Sending 1 Farm Cash to up to 5 Top Helpers Reward that can be sent, you can only collect a maximum of 3FC in the season.
You have already received your maximum this month. When that happens you don't get any more even if you were showing up in her list to send it.

You collected 1 FC on the 14th and on the 15th you collected 1 FC twice.

You can check that yourself by looking in your Farm Cash activity Log (https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/settings2/farm_cash/) while you are still logged into the website. In the Activity section look for collect_pending_fc then check the date and amount of Farm Cash claimed next to that.


Anyone that thinks they may not have already collected 3 FC this month and so should have been able to claim it also needs to check their own Farm Cash activity Log and see if they have already collected 3FC. If they have not already collected 3 FC and were on Rhonda's list to send it, they will need to contact the support team (https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/settings2/support/).

I used my turbo fishing boat (the smallest 'turbo' boat) as I always do and got ZERO credit for catching any fish at all. But the big sea coasts and various lakes all show that I caught everything in them.
Then I noticed your latest 'update' to the game. I wonder if this is a related 'bug'? Please let me know and if possible I would like credit for catching the fish in the daily and season categories.

I just checked and you did get credit for 384 yellowtail in the seasonal goal. It appears you may have done that before the daily goal changed to catch 334 fish for that one.

Thank you for your quick reply TAZ. I realize now that I did not have 384 Yellowtail b4 today so that was my error. However, the daily quest for 334 fish of any kind had failed to register ANY fish.
But I just went back in to my farm and tried fishing some more of my seacoasts and I quickly caught the 334 fish I needed and the daily goal then registered my catch.

The icon is not greyed out that I see. For the fishing you do not have to using the fishing pole. You can use any size boat that you own. The amount of each type of fish you catch in a water can vary, so you may just have not caught any yellowtail in those big seacoasts.

I always open Farm pass first before I do anythnig on my farms, I am sure I did so this morning. The only goals you can do on others farms are the one that say specifically to be hired in the market to get a certain amount of coins or experience points. All the others you have to do on your own farms.

The only goals you can do on others farms are the one that say specifically to be hired in the market to get a certain amount of coins or experience points. All the others you have to do on your own farms.
If you say so. I have always gotten what I didn't have from others. But, if you say I can't then I guess I can't. I fished my sea coast this morning as that is usually my bext step after opening farm pass.wuest and getting my fuel. No credit for it.

Hi, I need to catch yellowtail for farm pass goal and after I fished my big sea coast, no yellowtail were registered as being caught. The description of the Big sea coast says that there are yellowtail in it. I realize that i would need to fish it several times before I had enough for the goal but I still have a few days left to do so. I see others are having this issue too. I opened the FP first and then fished the big sea coast.
Another issue is that I don't always receive all the coins I'm supposed to get for selling my fish. This happens often and was off by well over 100k a few days ago. Not sure of the day just alerting to the issue.

No problem. I will taje the loss. With one big sea coast I probably won't make it anyway. All is good, With it being the free Farmpass I already collect all the items I can. I just fished again and nothing,. But, I did notice a tiny little fishing pole. It doees not say catch with fishing pole like it says water flowers with watering can. I have a big boat so I won't be using fishing pole for that many fish as I spend way to much time on this game already.

Are you accepting them in the Pending Gifts in the game or getting them from a gift site?

As Farm Town/Slashkey does not own or operate the free gift sites you will have to ask the administrators of those sites about that.

If you asked them to send you those trees they should have shown in your Pending Gifts tab, not in the My Gifts tab.

I tried my larger harvest/plow for the harvest for the 269. that did not work, but when I used the harvest only tool it worked fine. Am I missing something? The multi tools have worked in the past.

Someone else posted that if you use your harvest only tool you will get credit for your FP goal. I tried that and it worked for me as well. It sucks not being able to use the combine so hopefully they can get a fix in for that. In the meantime there is a way to at least make it work.

No you need to go to your facility manager and request ingredients for some product in one of the regular facilities. If you were supposed to send the ingredients packs then you would go to the other wall requests to send them to those who have requested ingredients.

The increase will show in the 2 parts (neighbors & trade market). If you produce 100 units in the facility then you get 50% of that for trading warehouse or 50 total. That is split between the 2 parts for 25 each. If you have the privelege to increase by 10% then you would get an extra 5 units which will be split as well so you would see 27 units in each part.

If you looked at your Farm stats to know how many walleye were available, be sure the option for "Include products due to fertilizer, baits and bonus" is unchecked.

If you have it checked then it will show you more fish but farm pass only consider the real amount of welleye in the frozen lakes without baits.

It may or may not show in the activity log under your farms. Not all of the activity shows there. As it would have been opened again at midnight last night then it could be off of the activity chart already. Also whoever works them has to have the 2 trains.

Thanks, I see now that they have been worked. I got no notification of who it was that got them though. Sometimes that information shows in the actions section and sometimes it doesn't. I would like to know who it was that worked them. They are done and that is the important thing.

I just checked your Farm Pass privileges and your non-workables were worked on Friday which would be the correct day. It will reset in 3 days at midnight eastern time. You can always see if they have been worked by checking in the Privileges.

It did work, somehow I was getting mixed messages about whether they had been done or not. In the end a neighbour did show up in my activity panel as having done them and the utilization dropped to 60%, so I'm happy now.

Taz, they didn't release the Farm Pass until September 2022. So we have only been through one Jan 1st - Jan 1, 2023. The Farm Pass was released as expected on that day. Even taking into account the problems the game was having with Face Book - even they did not deny us access to the game on that day. SO, is this the NEW norm we should expect? There isn't anything in your Farm Town account information about a refund of the Farm Pass purchase. If you got that notification from PayPal then you need to be talking to them. as far as we can see you have paid for the pass and it is still in affect.

We are seeing that you have a total of 6 season goals which is correct. You have completed 5 of them so far.

If you are still in the game when any new goals are due out and they still do not show up when you close and reopen the farm pass, please reload the game then check if the new goals are then showing up for you.

I moved your post to the thread about Farm Pass.

You need to ask for ingredients first.

Open a regular facility, let say, the Oil Refinery and click in the + icon for Fuel Tank.
You will see a pop up asking you if you want to ask for ingredients.
Click in the green check mark and your request will be posted in Other Wall Requests.

When your farmer friends click in the link then they will send you the ingredients. They will show up in your Gift Manager and they will count for your farm pass goal.

When you sent a ticket in did you get an autorespnse email back with the ticket number? Possiblely in your spam folder

After they worked them did you restart your farms to see if it updated after that?
Did it show in the activity log below your farms that they had worked them?
Did the ones that said they got to work them have both trains with the 10 cars? They must have the trains or it will not let them work them.

If it doesn't have the check mark then it will not start when you use the Start all button in the Facility Manager.

It has the checkmark they all do it is filling just not giving me credit. So when i filled i filled manually this morning and gave me credit for 7. filled again with the tools and did not get any credit. That is how i found out about the glitch.

One batch of Butterscotch Budino takes 6 hours to be ready. When I visited your farms this morning that item was full and you had to wait to be able to start more batches.

Try to post your facilities so your friends can work them and you will be able to start more batches without waiting 6 hours.

If you post your facilities, then the West American Restaurant would be worked and you should not wait much time to be able to refill it. At this time, you have 20 Butterscotch Budino done, so you could try again.

If you continue having problems using the Start all at top of the Facility Manager, then go to your Item storage and place your Turbo Tables and Chairs on a farm. Remember to put a check mark to Show Tools in your preferences, the wrench, so you can see the tool.

Then reload the game and put the tool back into your storage. Reload the game and see if the Start All works.

I had a goal to start products in a facility and had no problems at all.

The landscaping service is a service facility. You work your neighbors services and when you doand they have that service facility then you will get credit for some of the item required.

Did you do that?

If you get this:

It means that you have to go to the Other wall requests and click in the links asking for ingredients.

If you get this:

Then you have to ask for ingredients by opening any regular facilitiy, click in the + icon for a product of your choice.
The request will be posted in your friends Other wall requests and the goal will be completed when they send you the ingredients.

There are a few things you can do when you need a specific gift for your farm pass.

Taking walnut trees as an example, you can go to a farm where you have walnut trees placed, click in a walnut tree and then click in Request as a gift option. Your request will be posted in the Other wall requests and your friends could send it from there.

Or you can exchange one of your fuel tanks gift for a Walnut tree. Then open your Gift manager and click in My Gifts.
You will see the Walnut tree, click en More button and the request will be posted to Other wall requests. You can click 5 times in More button and each or your friends will be able to send you 5 walnut tree.

You can also send an ingame message to your friends asking them to send walnut trees, or post in facebook that you need that type of tree.

I have checked and yes it only shows 16 of 19 needed to help with co-op quests. I don't have any way to see why the 3 you just did are not showing. Nor do we have any way to add them. The only thing I can tell you is to try again to do 3 more help notes for your neighbors' co-op quests.


Edit: What method did you use to do the help on the quests? Did you go from the neighbor bar or did you open quests while doing their facilities?

Today after the new farm pass goals started. I checked on my unworkable facilities. The game said they had been done, but no one shows up as doing them nor did it show in all my facilities that they had been done. They were at 95 percent. Also I unloaded a train and I did not get the farm pass bonus.

I just had a look at your data and it shows you got the farm pass bonus when you unloaded your train.

To check who worked your non workable facilities please do the following:

Below the game screen you have the Activity panel. Uncheck all options except for Facilities. Be sure you have the option Sort By to Date.

Then slowly go through the farmers who worked your facilities and see if you can find the one who worked the non workable. The text will be in pink for that farmer instead of red.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the Farm Pass. When you have aproblem or a question, do not post it in the Suggestions section as that is only for suggesting changes or additions to the game.
You are going to need to explain further. Is this a goal or a reward you are trying to get? What happens when you try?
Did you try restarting your farms as it just may be that it doesn't update until you do a restart?
