They do not have to be harvested on your own farm. You can go to the market or ask a neighbor if they have any you can harvest.

In Farm Pass I got the brown box and telling me I need to receive 4 gift packs from friends I honestly don't know how to do this, I also don't know what my neighbor farm has I have almost 90 farm friends I don't know how to do this I am very frustrated I join Farm Pass every month I am 79 yrs old and not that fast anymore I come into this sight I am not sure what I am reading I Love my farm and spend what I can It would be nice if someone could please those two issues for me I love my Farm town please help me ty Happy Farming...

Your daily goal is for receiving ingredients from your friends.

To be able to receive ingredients, you first need to ask for them.

Please open a regular facility, for example your Sugar Refinery.

Then click in the + icon for Sugar.

Click in the green check mark in the pop up you get and your request will be posted in your farmer friends Other wall requests.

When your friends click in your request link then you will receive the ingredients in your gift box and you will be able to complete your goal.

Please remember that you can not see your own request in your Other wall requests, only your friends will be able to see it.

I am trying to play the Game Pass, but 3 or the major things I have to load, I do not have those own those facilities or businesses. Its difficult to load if I don't have them. Also, I received another one today where I need to send 8 purple ships. Half of the month is gone and it takes 6 or 7 days to send a ship and get it back. I can not play if I don't have the resources to play. Thank you for your help.

All goals are randomly assigned same that happens with quests. The game doesnt look which facilities you own or you do not own.

About your seasonal goal for ships:

- Seasonal goals are available all month, so you have till the end of August to complete any seasonal goal for this month.

- Your goal is to load 7 purple ships from your friends. You do not have to send any ship.
You have to receive purple ships from your friends in your port and load them.

We have never been allowed to harvest our friends/strangers animal sheds.

You have to harvest animals in your own farms from your own animal sheds.

Your Wool Shed on farm 3 will be ready to harvest in about 10 hours but not sure if there is enough time for you to complete that daily goal.

One thing you could do, is to have animal sheds in one farm and set it as a Quest farm.
You put some animals into those sheds and if you have the Harvest animals tools to harvest them, they will not be harvested as that farm is set as Quest and they will be able to be harvested manually only when you need them.

If you dont have the tools, then anyway, place the sheds on a farm and fill them with some animals and just remember to not harvest them manually every day, just keep them only for quests or farm pass goals.

If the error didnt affect you to collect the cash, then just close your game and then reopen.

If the error comes back, let us know what it says to try to help you.

I hope I can do this so it's understandable. I have SN. We both have FP for chopping trees. I was going to designate her with design so she can plant trees on one of my farms. I know the trees automatically chop once planted but who gets the credit for the chopped trees, or is it split up some way? I want to be fair with her. If both of you have a goal to chop trees, then the one who chops them get the credit for their own goal.

If your SN plants chop trees on your farm and then she chops them, then she will get points for her own farm pass not you.

Products from the chopped trees will give you large boxes and she will get 100% of the selling price and also will receive 50% of what she chopped.

I have been trying to get squid by using the fishing rod as it requires, however each time, it tells me nothing was caught. In the past I thought we had to click mutilple times wiith the fishing rod to clear the pond, but currently I click the Big Sea Coast and all the fish are gone. However no squid is counting toward my quest. I have tried over 7 times with Big Sea Coasts on my farms and a friends, I still have a couple with fish, but nothing is making them count toward my quest.

I moved your post to the thread about the Farm Pass since you are talking about a goal for that.
It does not tell you that you have to catch the squid with the fishing pole. It is just showing the type of tool you need to use. You can use any of the boats for fishing.
Using the fishing pole will not work if the waters are overlapped or off the edge of the farm.

I moved your first post to this thread and answered you.

Hi Dikelly,
Did you understand you do not have to use the fishing rod to do those goals for fish? Just like the chopping of trees it shows you the axe but you can use any of the trucks with chain saw for those goals. By using the fishing boats you did not have to move the waters to fish them. The only goal that you have to use the tool show is for watering flowers and it specifically says use the water can.

You can't work just an individual facility. You work your neighbors facility work requests through the Wall Requests and if they have that facility you get credit for the amount of work you did in that individual facility in your farm pass goal.

I have moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the Farm Pass. This is where you need to post if you have a problem.
For the chop trees I see you have done 2,712 out of 3,440 required of the teak trees. Also you have done 79,309 of the 129,220 required for the other tree goal. So both are counting.

For the trains you have 2 goals. One is for you to unload 3 of your own Turbo trains and the other is to unload 2 of your own Turbo trains. You can't unload them until they return home. Neither goal is for boosting others trains if that is what you have been trying.

They would only be able to work them sometime in the last 45 minutes as it is now Thursday (eastern time) when it changes.

Go to your activity log, uncheck every thing except facilities. Then look down the list for a neighbor that has worked your non-workables. You will not be able to go back 2 weeks as the log can't hold that much.

I have looked at your farm pass. I see 10/119 gifts accepted. I do not see anything else done. You saw the cocoa trees yesterday completed and removed from the open goals?

If you are not seeing the gifts number showing some completed, please check your computer date/time and make sure those are correct.

Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

For the gifts Check how many are in each gift. It does say how many of each itemn you get. Accept 1 gift, then see in the gift box if you got 2 times the amount shown in pending gifts for that gift.

I do not see that you have complete all the seasonal goals. Maybe you thought you had. The planting goal requires you to plant 175,865 crop fields of which you have planted 26,223. The trains one requires you to unload 2 Ultimate trains of your own.

Also, the girl that hired me said her figs were ready and I showed 1.6 days till they were AFTER I'd harvested that farm:confused::confused::confused::confused:

She said she thought they were ready buy by the time I realized it hadn't worked it said ready in so and so days. ETA: I have way more than enough figs in storage to have satisfied that goal and I don't think I personally own any fig trees..

Yesterday I got a request in 24 hr farm pass to harvest 16 plants that take 5 days to be able to harvest went to get work for someone I went there 3 times no one has the plants I am so frustrated with quest, and Farm Pass I am not computer savvy I don't understand a lot of the things you are referring too its feels so deep I just don't know what to do I don't even know how to request an item in plain simple language. I love this game so much its my Martini since I retired its my go to . I have been with Farm Town for years I was only playing part time when I was working I had a choice between Farmville I was almost at 2024 but they became like another job I quite them and stayed with Farm Town at that time it was simple and uncomplicated now I don't know where to go I don't even how to request a gift I just started with Quest I have no idea what they are talking about I am not a computer Geek its what we called them at work lol when did every little become so complicated I can go somewhere I just don't understand 5 mins after I read it I refer back its just very difficult they should print out instructional reference guide it would fly off the shelves There are so many people that don't go to play farm pass or any of the other quest because like me they find all the in's and out's of going here go there its can be so complicated I spend a lot of money enlarging my farms and tools I have most of them I am on everyday for 3 yrs. First thing I would say is to read the Game Guide chapters about Quests and the Farm Pass as both of those can explain a lot and you can refer to those anytime. The Farm Pass chapter tells you about each goal type and what you need to do to do those. You are not always going to be able to complete every goal for the Farm Pass. They are randomly assigned and you may get one that isn't completable for things like a 5 day crop unless you just happen to find someone with those or have some already planted and ready.
I am sorry but the references for the game are the Game Guide and it costs nothing. Also, there isn't a website that supports the game except the forums that you are posting in right now, so nothing to download.

I moved your post to the thread about the Farm Pass as that is where the Farm Cash rewards are. To send farm cash sending reward is. When you complete enough goals to earn the points needed then you can send the 1 farm cash to 5 of your top helper neighbors. It does require that you get 575 points. Also you would have to buy the Farm Pass to be able to do this.

Farm Pass was opened and I noted there is a credit for harvesting 153 llamas. Using "harvest all" one click, I harvested ALL animals on my farms. There were well over 153 llamas harvested from my farms but I received no credit.

Please remember that when you use the Harvest all button, only the sheds that are ready at that moment are harvested.

I visited your farms and most or your Wool sheds will be ready in about 15 hours or so.
That means they were not ready today when you clicked in Harvest all button as it takes 1.6 days to be ready again after harvesting.

But you have some Wool sheds ready by the time I checked. They are on farms 11, 15, 16, 24, 26 and 28
If they have enough llamas inside then you could complete the farm pass goal.

I've been trying to buy it since last night but it hasn't worked. I get the message that I have to wait 10 min, then reload and try again. On my most recent attempt the message said, "Farm Pass Purchase status unknown, please wait 10 min, then reload... etc."

When I reload my farm I'm getting the message, "It appears that your recent Farm Cash purchase was not completed successfully... etc."

If I go to the Farm Cash Store & click on Restore Purchases I get a message, "No purchases to restore."

Please advise & TIA for your help.

Support did look at your account on the 1st, so I am sure they answered you. It may be that your email provider rejected the answer. You might want to add Support@slashkey.com to your contacts to make sure they go through to you.

Interesting... So, if the goal was harvest 133,000 flowers, and I harvested my OWN flowers, would that be considered a trick? That's the only thing I can think of because the other 2 goals I completed as I've completed them before (receive 15 gifts of a certain thing, and start 200 batches of an item in a facility). The ONLY thing I can think of is that it didn't like that I harvested my own flowers. But, I don't remember seeing anything that said you couldn't do that, so... Oh well.

No harvesting your own flowers would not be a trick. I can't tell you how as that would be putting the instructions on how on here and we can't do that. I am not sure how you ended up with the goals showing back up exactly.

I just checked your Farm Pass goals and the only goal you have left is a seasonal goal to unload 3 Ultimate trains. I do not see any goal for earning an amount of coins. If it is not the set of farms related to your email address in here then please provide the ID number for the correct farm set.

Im sorry but we do not have data for the completed goals, we can only see what is pending and done in your farm pass.

I checked your farm pass and 2 seasonal goals for ships are showing up as not done at all, and 1 for fishing is already done.

You would only get those if you are hired by a stranger or hire a stranger to work on your farms. If you are working for a neighbor or buddy you do not get the bonus products. If you didn't see the bonus chest then that would be why you didn't get them.
I have looked at your data and you did get the bonuses for the farms you worked about 20 minuts ago. You would not really be able to pin down an exact amounts all of those extras are a "chance" to get a percentage and not that you would get the extra every time.

Try clearing your browsers cache files, and memcache. It will be a little slower to load than normal on the first load after clearing the cache, but will be much faster the next time.

As you have been answered several times no there isn't any way for you to set the font type/color. It is set for all and there are no individual settings for those.

When you buy flowers and place them on your farms they are already fully watered.
If you hover your mouse on the flowers you can see all blue drops which means they are watered.

If you are superneighbor for someone who allowed you to do their flowers, then see if they have lotus and they need water.

I tested that before answering you just in case something had changed. But nop, as soon as you place a flower on the farm, it shows the fully drops.

You have 49 Playground Gear Factories.

Please go to any of your farms and click in the yellow tool box. You can put a check mark to Show Regular facilities option in your preferences, the wrench.

Then click in the magnifying glass. You will see a window to type the name of the factory you are looking for.

After typing the name, put a check mark to Hide non matching items. Then click in the green check mark.

I moved your post to the thread for the Farm Pass goals. According to your Farm Pass Goal you need to load 227 in the Realtor Shop of which you have done 128. Each batch of those are 40 and you only have 32 in your storage. You can only load a whole batch of 40. You can not load the 32 in your storage because you need 8 more in there to make a complete batch.

As far as the brass sheets try restarting your farms and then see if you can load more of the license holders in the Realtor Supplies. I also suggest you store any in that which you have complete so you can add them to your Realtor Shop.

That is strange as it is set to Stored amount by default meaning that when you try a reward, it will show you the Stored amount not other option unless you select it.

Please try clearing your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close your farm in all tabs you have it open. Then reopen your game.

I'm not complaining. :-) It's just weird and I don't see anyone else asking the same question. I know that additional Farm Pass 2 goals will be coming, but these are not goals that I haven't seen before (send x number of gifts to others, chope x number of trees, etc). And it's not the 15th yet.

Anyone heard of this?

The daily goals are only changed at midnight eastern time, so should be around 10 PM for you. If you are seeing them change earlier then please check your date/time on your computer as the game uses that for timings. I just checked your farm pass and I see all of you daily goals completed. You do not have to click in Privilages button, you need to click in Rewards button.

You have collected the last Rewards but all the previous ones are not collected yet included some farm cash.

At the bottom of the Rewards screen there is a white bar. You probably have it all to the right. Take it to the right and check which Rewards you have not got yet. They are the one which have not the green check mark and say "Claim".

Remember you have to unload your own ships and you have time till the end of the month.

Are you sure they are from previous months? Some items show up in more than one reward so that could confuse you.

Just in case, here are some suggestions for you to try.

Check that your time and date in your computer are correct, if they are not then some issues could occur.

If you are using a saved link in your computer to enter the game, please do not use it. Instead, click in the following link and type your credentials.

You can also try the memcache link which is at the bottom of the game screen page. It says Clear Memcache

I've had the exact thing happen too. But since it has happened a couple times, I've just been closing and reopening the Farm Pass as soon as I look at the goals.

Farm pass required me to harvest 150 rabbits and I did but it only counted 50. Also the pie chart is not accurate often. It will say you have 50 orchids or something and you really have 25. I know it’s difficult to have everything work right and appreciate any help.

It will only give you exactly how many rabbits you actually have. If you want us to check this you will have to provide your farms ID number. You can find that at the bottom of your farms page. It says User ID.


For the Farm Stats if you have the box checked at the bottom of that to Include products due to fertilizer, baits, bonuses then it will show you all of those and not just the exact number of an item that you have.

You can start a quest every 20 hours not 24. The only way to complete 2 within a day is if you have one that can't be completed in one day then you would be able to complete 2. The goals are selected randomly and completing 2 though harder is possible.

We do not have any way to check those without knowing their names and what farm they were on. It is possible that you have reached the limit on what you have on the farm or farms they were on and those may have been dropped because of that. Also we have no way to replace them.

Your goal is not to water pink tulips but is to water tulips they are 2 different flower types in the game.

Yes the priveleges that are the same will add up together when you have both. In the privileges tab has an option in the top right to show combined privileges.
The quest privileges have not been released yet so they are not working yet.

When you get the new Farm Pass 2 goals, be sure to hover your mouse on the goal and read the instructions in the tooltip.

If you have to sell Super Facility products at market, then dont fill your Trading Warehouse as you need to sell to an avatar.
Go the the Trade Marketplace, you can click in the green SF button to your right which means you are selling products.

Remember that in this kind of goals you have to get a profit when selling, so you cant give them for free or at market place, but you can sell them at 10% above market price.

Some avatars will show with a light green background which means they are buying.
You can click in the avatar and then choose sell products to.......

In the next screen, remember to select super facility products, the mark up above market price and send the offer.

You have to go to the Trade Marketplace.

Regular products are crops, tree logs, fruits, fish, animal products and flowers.

On the right click in the light green button which means you are buying.

You can also let the other avatars know that you need to buy regular products for your farm pass.
Usually, the avatars with a green background are the ones selling products and any of them will be able to send you an offer.
Review it and then accept if you agree.

Thanks. It was apparently corrected later, because even though I did NOT go over my limit, within a few hours (someone told me it said 6 hrs) I was able to buy things again and suddenly all the failed attempts to buy must have counted because my goals were all done. It was probably just a glitch.

The goals are assigned randomly by the game. There isn't any way for it to know what you had the day before. If you want to make a suggestion about changing it to all quests then please post it in the Suggestions section where we organize them by subject for the developers.

Yes, you need to you YOUR warehouse and buy products. You need to set up 'Buy Regular Products' and other farmers will then click on them and you will be buying the products that you set up.

The key points are all in the tooltip for the goal... BUY and YOUR warehouse

I have checked and I see a lot of sales of super facility products through the trading warehouse. I do see some that were sold directly for small amounts of products. Did you sell those in the trading market or to your neighbors? You need to be in the trading market for them to count.

For that goal you need to sell to others 8 times in their trading market. That means you have to sell in the Buy Regular Products tab of their trading warehouse. Buying super facvility products will not count for this as the goal says to buy.

I checked the farms of the ID number you gve and I do not see any goal for buying. I do see 2 goals for selling. Are you sure you have the right ID number? The one you gave me I think is your own ID. You will need to ask her for her ID number as you do not see it even if you go to her farms.


It would be better and easier for us to work directly with her rather than through a second party. She needs to register in the forums if not already registered and post about this herself or contact Support if she doesn't want to join the forums.

I had a daily quest (FP2) to harvest 23 Passion Fruit. This is a 4 day crop. Couldn't find anyone at the Job Marketplace that had any ready. Can you tell me how to harvest a 4 day crop for a daily quest? Is there some trick to it that I need to know?

You just have to hope you have some ready when it shows up. Maybe have a quest farm with small tree amounts on it that stay ready.

You don't get credit for getting hired with this goal. You have to hire someone from there to do work on your farm.

The goals are picked randomly, so it picks from all crops. The only limits are for how many needed for daily versus the seasonal where seasonal are larger amounts. Crops can be put on a quest farm as well.
If you want to make a suggestion please post it in the Suggestions section. You can not start a new thread there but you can reply to one that fits your suggestion.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the farm pass. You have to buy super facility products directly from other farmers not through the trading warehouse and this must be done in the trading market.

If you have a goal to sell super facility products to sell directly to individuals, then don't put what you are selling that way into your trading warehouse.

I just refreshed the game for March and it looked like I had some sort of "spring woman" reward bit I can't seem to find her anywhere. Looked in peope and seasonal farm pass in storage.

I'm noticing that Squeak's regular Farm Pass sometimes disappears - and doesn't always give her her rewards. I THINK this only started happening when the new FP was released on March 1 but I may be wrong.

Here's what just happened - and the same kind of thing was happening yesterday:

Squeak saw that her regular FP needed me to harvest some crops. Her SN (i.e., me, Farmer Susan) had crops so she came to my farm and harvested all my crops. When she went back to her own farm to check her progress, the yellow icon for the regular Farm Pass was gone. It wasn't on the farm itself, nor was it in the toolbox. She logged out and logged back in again to see if that would reset it. It DID, but she didn't get any credit for the crops she had harvested.

P.S. I just checked Squeak's FP2 again and some of the progress I had made on that (planting crops) was also wiped out. So it's on both of her FPs were dialed back to 0. Yes/No types of items are fine. Maybe it's only the ones where you have to get x amount of something.

First if the Farm Pass icon is not showing on the farm then the farm did not load completely and is not a glitch in the farm pass itself. The only thing to do then at that point is to try running the memcache and restart the farms.

Ok, thanks. For your last paragraph, Squeak DID harvest and plant. Had finished the planting and made a dent in the harvesting. She did them on MY farm. I'm her SN but she harvested and planted. That's always worked in the past but it didn't today or yesterday - which is why I thought it might be related to the release of FP2. I tried clearing the memcache to see if that would restore those items for me, but it did not.
