Hello,

This morning I completed the daily goals for my Farm Pass. Now my Farm pass shows 9 point, but the numbers are missing for each of the three. Example: they show 0/323, 0/22, and 0/1.

The other goals also have zero amounts but there were numbers this morning.

I moved your post to the thread about thew Farm Pass.
I am not sure why your daily goals are showing with zero amounts done since you do have the 9 points for those. We do not have any way to fix this. However in 3 hours you will get new daily goals.
For your seasonal goals I do see numbers done in 2 of the 3.
If it happens again tomorrow please let us know.

I checked your account and I do not see the farm pass purchase for you. Please check your bank account for date on that $4.99 purchase as you did purchase 25 farm cash on the 29th of February and that may be what you are seeing in your bank details.

I paid 4.99 for Farm Pass Privileges, and appear to be receiving what I am supposed to with the exception of the double gifts. Same thing happened last month, I reported it to Slashkey, and they fixed it, but this month it is doing the same thing. The other problem I am having is if I move from my desk top to my lap top sometimes I get all new goals. In other words I get 2 sets of daily goals on the same day! It could be the difference between 9 am and 12 noon. I haven't had that happen this week, but over the weekend I was receiving the double gifts on my desk top computer, and then when I switched to my lap top, I got new goals and my double gifts went away. This is a glitch. I have reported to slashkey, but they hadn't gotten back to me yet.

Support did look at your account on both March 2nd & 3rd, So I sure they have answered you. Please check your spam folder for an email from Slashkey.com.
I have contacted Support to let them know you have not received a reply.
From what I see you have not claimed the double gifts reward. Only thing I can suggest is you claim it again if it is showing as not done.

It is not saying a 24 ingredient item. It says Send 24 Ingredient packs. To find out what an ingredient pack is you can find that information in the Game Guide chapter 34 about the Farm Pass in the following link:

Go to you My Requests and chang to the Show Other Wall Requests tab. In there you will find where your neighbors and buddies have posted for you to "Send Ingredients" Those are what you need to send to complete the goal. You need to send 24 separate ones to complete it.

The 5 friends are automatically chosen according to the help given to you. If those friends were the ones helping you the most at that time, they are chosen no matter they have already got 3 cash from other farmers.

Hi, I noticed something odd in the farm pass goals. I don't need help for it, just wanted to report it.
I have 2 goals for harvesting a bunch of flowers.
1st goal says I earn 50 points when harvesting 102582 flowers.
2nd goal says I earn 60 points when harvesting 90616 flowers.
So, I earn more points when harvesting less flowers?!
Shouldn't that be more points when harvesting more???
I don't know, maybe we should shove this under the eyes of the developers?

The amounts for each goal of this type are randomly chosen within a range of numbers. The amount of points you get are determined by what week in the month the goals are chosen.

Please remember that if you have your farms opened by the time the farm pass goals (daily or seasonal) are added, then you have to reload the game to get it updated.

I had a look at your data and your farm pass purchase went through correctly.

You have been getting the rewards according to the points you have (184 points at the time I checked)

The Tulip Field is in your Item storage. Please open your storage, click in Items tab.
Then set it to Seaonal Farm Pass option to find it.

I have checked and there isn't any work listed in his account for last night. This means that whoever hired him was either a neighbor or a buddy and you do not get the bonus when working for them. You only get that if you are hired by a stranger that you have no connection with.

I have checked and you did receive last weeks goals as those were the ones for 60 points. Since the 3rd week goals with 75 points were just released as of midnight eastern time , try restarting your farms and they should then show up.

Restart your farms and see if the amounts in your non-workables go down. The work does not update immediately.
You can look in the Activity log for the work. Uncheck all the boxes except for facilities and then look through the list to find the one that says your non-workable facs in pink.

Someone had to have worked them if it changed in the Farm Pass priveleges. We do not have access to your activity log to see who, nor do we have data available to see when or who worked them.

The activity log is limited to how many items can be shown with older ones dropping off the list. It may have dropped if you have had a lot of activity, of facility work, help with quests, ship and train functions, etc. since they were worked. They could have been worked as early as midnight eastern time which was 13 hours ago. If you have refilled your facilities since then you would not see the lower amounts in those.
If you wish you can contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

When we get a very specific gift requirement eg receive 15 strawberries, we are allowed to exchange gifts sent to those required as now there is nowhere within the game to specifically ask for a specific gift and as many no longer use FBook , it is so unlikely to get all gifts needed . I am sure as developers you would rather encourage players to remain playing than get so frustrated that they leave. Many thanks for reading and perhaps consider

Your original post is still in the suggestions section. I have copied your post to the help and support thread for Farm Pass so I could reply to you as it's not sounding like you are aware of some of these methods to request a specific gift to be sent to you:

When you first see a specific gift goal.....


If you already have a matching gift in your Pending Gifts section of your Gift Manager, accept just one of them. Then go to your My Gifts section and instead of storing it, click on More to request it which then shows up to your farming friends in Other Wall Requests. When they send it and you accept it, it counts towards your goal.


If you do not have a matching gift in your Pending Gifts section of the Gift Manger, you can exchange just one gift for the gift that you need and again instead of storing it, click on More to request it which then shows up to your farming friends in Other Wall Requests. When they send it and you accept it, it counts towards your goal.


When it's something like a specific gifted tree and you already have one placed on your farm, you can click on that tree on your farm, then click on Request as Gift and request it as a gift. That request then shows up to your farming friends in Other Wall Requests. When they send it and you accept it, it counts towards your goal.


If you already have an accepted gift in your My Gifts section that matches that goal, you can click on the More to request it which then shows up to your farming friends in Other Wall Requests. When they send it and you accept it, it counts towards your goal.


Using in game Messages. If it's only one gift or perhaps a few gifts needed, you can also send a message any of your farming friends and ask them if they can send you the specific gift that you need. As long as they are able to send you a gift and they can then use the Gift Icon on the message that you have sent to them to send you the specific gift that you need.

With this method you might want to send a message to any that are currently online at that time as they may be able to send them sooner. If they can't send at that particular time, they can still use that message to send you it later in the day when they can next send you a gift.


Remember to reload the game for your goal counter to update especially if your farming friends have used the Other Wall Request page to send you a gift that you requested.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the farm pass as you are asking a question and not making a suggestion.
It is not usual for you to get the same goal twice like you have but it can happen as the goals are assigned randomly by the server.
Please note that both of the daily quests are not for helping your neighbors with co-op quests. One is for you to help them with their quests and the other is for you to complete 2 of your own co-op quests.
For the placement in the NCC as long as you finish 5th place then you will complete both of these goals. If you finish at 6th place then you will complete just the one.
The train ones if you have a super neighbor or 2 with those trains and they will let you unload them for them then you can complete those.

I have read somewhere on this forum and if you have a farm pass goal, for example, to harvest 300 flowers you must harvest only your own flowers. I though perhaps I was just confused so I have deliberately harvested flowers as a superneighbor. That satisfied the goal. I don't remember where I saw this. :confused:

I figured out what the problem is for nonworkable facs not getting worked but the counter getting reset like they did. The icon in privileges says "neighbor" with two trains with 10 cars, etc, keyword NEIGHBOR. I have someone who is a buddy that worked my facs and they did NOT get worked (last month) and I finally figured out why. They didn't get any because we're not neighbors (on either side) and I didn't get any for the same reason. This is something that needs to be address. We don't have enough neighbor slots, they really should have it be ANYONE who works your facilities with the trains. I'm suggesting that to support but it might help if someone else did the same.

That is the way the developers set it up for only neighbors to be able to do those. If you want to make a suggestion to change it please post it in the Suggestions section.
Just because your buddy worked your facilities does not prevent any of your neighbors with the 2 trains from working them and getting the non-workables.

There is also the Farm Stats tool in your toolbox which can help.
There some farm size requirments depending on what you are searching for and when you want use it to search what is on ALL farms.

I just checked your data.

You had 62 farm cash.

Then you purchased the Cidery for 32 FC and the Cider House for 30 FC. So your amount was 0.
Then you earned 1 FC in the Farm pass so you only have 1 cash at this moment.

You can check this yourself by clicking in Account tab above the game screen and then click in Farm Cash Activity Log.

About the other reward for a tree fruit of your choosing, there is no way for us to check on that, but if it has the green check mark, you should have got the screen for tree fruits and then the wheel.

If I understand this correctly, you are saying that you have pending seasonal goals from last week but no new seasonal goals were added today.
That is strange as it seems you are completing the daily goals for today.

Please run memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open. Then log into the game again.

Your Belt goal is showing completed. Please reload your game if you can not see it completed now.

For your Ship Goal, you need to unload your Green Cargo ship. Each time you unload it, it counts 1 for your goal. Is that what you were doing?

Not all of the fish or for that matter all of every type of ingredient in all the categories are listed for the rewards wheels. Only fish from the farm cash waters are listed in that reward.

Those are the 2 rewards I was talking about.

If when you click in those rewards you are not getting anything, then please report this problem to support.

I have noticed when collecting Farm Pass rewards such as flowers, trees or gifts, when the options are set to "stored amount" they are NOT ordered in the stored amount, they seem to be quite random. This makes it more difficult to select the best option because I need to check all options and search for the one that has the lowest amount stored. Can this be fixed?

I cleared the memcache and reloaded the game before I claimed the farm pass rewards and it worked correctly. I claimed tree fruits and crops and they were all in the correct order. Thank you.
Now, I am not complaining and hope they won't fix it since I am happy with the bonus points. Something strange has happened. The tasks showing are not the same as the ones I did yesterday, AND, I have more points than I think I should have. The tasks that I completed yesterday are different from what is showing now.

No, they are only decorations for Farm pass and they are not available in the store.

But if you have one of them and you want more, then you can place it on a farm, click in it and then buy on or multiple.

I just checked that goal and it shows up as completed.

For that kind of goal, you had to ask for ingredients using an item produced in one of your regular facilities by clicking in the + icon for that item.

Your friends will see the request in their Other wall requests, and will send the ingredients.
You will find them in your gift box.
It is always better to reload the game to update the amount of ingredients sent to you.

Are you sure you harvested them after opening your farm pass?

The only thing I can offer you is to wait till the shed is ready again as it is a seasonal gaol and you can work it till the end of the month.

Just in case and before harvesting the animal shed, please clear your memcache and see if sheep are added.

You have completed1 daily goal since yesterday and did purchase the flower fountain that you wanted. To reach the other things you want to buy you are going to have to do the seasonal goals to gain enough points to get to those. The seasonal goals have higher point values.
There is nothing wrong with the farm pass function.

You do not get the points until you complete the goal. For that goal you have only done 6 of the 24 required. When you get the 24 needed for the goal then you will get the points for it added.

You send them the same way you have sent the other ones for the seasonal goal. Both goals are the same thing except for the amount of points you get for completion and how many you have to send to complete them. You find the ones asking for Send Ingredients in the Other Wall Posts.
Just note that you can only send 1 per person. They may have many listed but only 1 for each will work for the farm pass goals.


As I answered about the font change in the forum you can not set a font for yourself. The forum has a default font type and size set for all and that is not going to be changed. It is set to a readable font and size that works best in here.

You send them the same way you have sent the other ones for the seasonal goal. Both goals are the same thing except for the amount of points you get for completion and how many you have to send to complete them. You find the ones asking for Send Ingredients in the Other Wall Posts.
Just note that you can only send 1 per person. They may have many listed but only 1 for each will work for the farm pass goals.


As I answered about the font change in the forum you can not set a font for yourself. The forum has a default font type and size set for all and that is not going to be changed. It is set to a readable font and size that works best in here.

You can not send gifts the normal way. Again, you have to go to the Show Other Wall Requests and send the ones that say "Send Ingredients". Those are the only ones that will count for that goal. If it says Send Coffee that is not an ingredient pack.

There is no trick here, you only have to continue working on the goals you have in order to get the points.

BTW, about your daily goal for strawberries, you do not have to send, you have to receive 2 strawberry gifts and they have to be the original gift, you do not have to exchange other gifts for strawberries.

You can do the following:

. Exchange one gift for straberries and accept it.

. You will find it under My Gifts tab in your Gift Manager.

. Hover the mouse over the gift and you will see the blue button More.

. Click in More and your request will be posted to your friends Other Wall requests.

. They will send you the strawberries gift (original) and you will be able to accept them in your My Gifts tab to count to your goal.

No we do not know what the footprint of that building is. Only way you can find out is to claim it. Remember though that those do not go directly to the farm, but instead go to your storage and then you can place it on a farm.

It is not a button. It is a sign showing that all in theat bottom row are free meaning you do not have to buy the Farm Pass to get those rewards. You only have to get the points from completing the goals to get those.

Your seasonal goal is to receive 18 ingredient packs not to send them using your Other wall requests.

To be able to receive them you first need to ask for ingredients.

Open one of your regular facilities, for example the Sugar refinery and then click in the + icon for Sugar.
Click in the green check mark in the popup to post it.
That way you are asking ingredients to produce sugar.

Your request will be posted in your farmer friends Other wall requests and when they click in your link and send you the ingredients, you will complete the goal.

When you or the neighbor you are sending farm cash had already got 3 farm cash from other neighbors, then you cant receive more.

I checked your neighbor data and they had already received 3 farm cash from other neighbors. This also applies to you.

Developers are aware of this problem and will try to fix the top helpers list to not show up the ones who had already collected 3 farm cash from other farmer friends.

No that will not work. As it says in the part you show in the picture, You need to request ingredients for a product. You can not request people to send you an individual item like one of the meats.

You request Ingredient Pack exactly the same way you request Ingredients to make a product in a facility. What gets sent, is called an Ingredient Pack.

To request an Ingredient Pack, open one of your regular facilities, not a service facility, not a non workable facility.

Edit: Since this is a daily goal, it will expire and new ones added in about 50 minutes from now and you will get new daily goals at that time. Those are changed at midnight eastern time every night.

To be able to receive them you first need to ask for ingredients.

Open one of your regular facilities, for example the Watermill and then click in the + icon for Corn flour.
Click in the green check mark in the popup to post it.
That way you are asking ingredients to produce corn flour.

Your request will be posted in your farmer friends Other wall requests and when they click in your link and send you the ingredients, you will complete the goal.

Goals are assigned randomly. The server does not have any way of knowing what your neighbors do or don't do.

You do not have any Doily stored, that is why you cant load more in the Banquet Hall which is a service facility.

Doily is produced in the Knitting and Knotting regular facility but you do not own it.

So to get the rest of Doily, you have 2 options.

You purchase the Knitting and Knotting facility and start Doily in it.

Or

You work your farmer friends facilities and hopefully you will get the ones you are needing to complete the daily goal.
If you get some of them, you will be able to load them in the Banquet Hall.

I just unloaded two ships and didn't get credit for the monthly goal of "unload 5 ships". Those should have been my first two.

I moved your post to the thread about Farm pass as you are asking about one goal for that feature.

When the goal asks you to "Unload" ships that means you have to unload your own ships which have come back to your port.

You can't unload your farmer friends ships, instead you load them so they can move to the next port in the itinerary.

FYI, you do not have ships off.

If you have unchecked Enable Ships in your preferences, the wrench, then you would not get them in your port.

You have that option checked in your preferences, so no matter you do not have ships, you can still get ships from your neighbors in your port to load them.

OK, but take this in mind, turning the ships off do not prevent you to get goals for them in your Farm pass feature.

So if you get a goal, let say a seasonal gaol to load xxx ships from friends which would give you between 50 to 75 points when completed and would help you a lot if you want to get a farm pass decoration, then you will need to allow ships again.

Get ingredients by going to the item you need in the faculty that makes it and hit the plus sign by the item. Works for all quests! ❤️

If you're talking to me, you can't get flowers from a facility. They have to be harvested. I don't know if I can harvest my own flowers or have to get hired to harvest.

The only place you might find that would be in the Farm Cash Activity Log in the Account tab at the top of your farms. We do not have that information.

If your neighbor opened the farm pass for the new month but they didnt complete any goal yet, then they are showing the total amount of points they had the previous month.

Once they complete at least a daily goal, then the information in the nieghbors bar will be updated.

Are you seeing this in your Farm Cash Activity Log in the Account tab above your farms? If not then that transaction did not go through. If you used PayPal for this purchase and it is listed there then I suggest you contact them.

Did you unload your trains after opening the Farm pass?

If you unloaded them before, then you do not get any points.
