Now I have just went back to the farm and checked on the quests, and it shows that I have harvested the avocado's!
I did harvest all of the harvestable trees on the second farm that I looked at. However I did not 'see' any when I harvested!

Glitch major time!!!
But I now have it for the quest, hope everything is good for everyone else.
