I received Clydesdales as gifts. I went to "My Gifts" and said "store." They did not show up in my storage nor the stables on the farm where I was. There are only 115 clydesdales in that farm's stables so I have not exceeded the 250.

I got Clydesdales as gift, went to the farm with a Stable with space in it and they were added correctly. Im sorry but I was not able to reproduce your issue. Please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have them open. Be sure it has space by clicking in it and then in Show animales inside option. Take note of that amount. If you have space, then store the Clydesdale in your gifts. You will see a flying message to let you know if they were added or not. Refresh the farm and see if they were correctly added. If they were added, then you can accept the rest in case you have more. If they were not added, then contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. I have the same problem but for geese
Gifted, accepted and then sent to storage , a few days ago and now a second time just this minute. I have cleared the cache etc So I click on 'accept gift' I choose 'Storage ' then 'move' the geese then Nada. disappeared today I accepted a hen in exactly the same way and it moved ok,it is in storage Problem seems to be only for geese Thanks

I dont know in which farm you were and also do not know how many geese you had in that specific chicken coop before you accepted them in your gifts. My mistake I assumed 'Store' meant 'Storage' long term storage not 'add to coop' Again I thank you for great service If that doesnt happens, then please report this to Support team. Howdy - I bought a Heavywool Llama from the Store, put it on the farm, it took the farmcash but when I tried to add it to the Wool Shed it said try again later but now I don't have the Heavywool Llama on the farm, storage, gift box, or in the Wool Shed. That has happened a few times and not sure what causes it. Any way to either get the FC back or get the animals I didn't get?
