That is the number I was talking about.

If you had 3 neighbors with short id numbers, let say they had 10 digits each one for a total of 30 digits and then you delete them and add 2 neighbors with 15 digits each one in their id numbers, they both had a total of 30 digits. That is why you are not able to add another one.

That's terrible. How are we supposed to know if a neighbour has a long or short number. So either I stick with neighbours who don't play anymore or risk losing neighbours if I remove them. This is totally wrong and unfair and the developers should make this right.
