OFFICIAL Freight Trains

I'm not sure where to ask this, but here goes since it relates to trains and their products. When I boost someone's train, I get a share of their product. What do people do with the excess horses, cows, hens, etc you get if all of your animal sheds are full and you have one on nearly every farm? Do you go to the Market and sell them? I wish there was a way to gift them to others. Anybody else have that happening? Thank you!!!!
