It is included it the amount you harvest, so if you harvest 100 trees you get 50 from the harvest and a 50% chance to get an extra, but will be in the total for that and not shown as the bonus part. As I said you get a only get a 50% chance to get an extra. That does not mean you will always get it for every one you harvest.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

I never got the response e-mail after I submitted it. Should I resubmit? Can you tell if it was received?
