OFFICIAL Problems with Buying/Selling Trading

Now that we're using the Trading Facilities, I want to learn how to use them! I've tried twice before, but never understood them (and yes, I HAVE read the game guide on post 1), so I'm back to try harder this time.

My first question is that on my Farmer Squeak account, I'm supposed to sell at a Super Facility Trading Marketplace. I know I can't use that one because I don't have any Super Facilities in that account, but if I did, I assume I'd - what - would I have to start the Super Facilities products in my Trading Warehouse and then go to the Trading Marketplace to try to sell them?

Second question is that Farmer Squeak ALSO has one to sell products (regular, I guess) in my Trading Warehouse. I thought I MIGHT be able to start those. But when I open my Trading Warehouse, I only see options for selling super facility products to neighbors or sell super facility products at the Trading Market place. How would I start a thing so I can sell regular products to neighbors who visit my warehouse?
