Hover your mouse pointer over Newsfeed in the left column of your Facebook Home page. You will see a pencil symbol appear to the left of it. Click on that pencil and choose Edit. In the screen that pops up look for Farm Town. If it is there click on the X to the right of that to remove it from that blocked list.
