Hi, I have had the tower crane for a while. I have approx 3600 storage spaces left but it is not storing items when required. It blanks out affected items but does not store them. When i come off the tool the items ares still present and unblanked.
Specifically sea coasts in farm 29. i have cleared memcache and history and have tried in both chrome and ie with the same problem.

Also noted that whilst I have this space available, it is also not letting me store singularly either.

tower crane, or add item to storage tool, or click on item and 'add to storage' not working, tried different items/item types... crane pretends to add to storage, dims out the item but doesn't move to storage, refresh farm and still there. When attempting to move single item, pop-up box says 'unable to move item to storage try again later'. Plenty of room in storage, and apparently others are posting similar issue

Hi, I am a SN for someone and when i go to the their farms, I was able to use their top EX tools. Now that i have bought my first Ex tools (5x5) and go to their farm, I no longer can use of their top tools. I only have my Ex 5x5 to use. Is the suppose to work this way? I have read all there was about SN in the game guide and did not find the answer.

I moved your post to the thread about tools. No that is not how it should work. It should be handing you the largest tool when you arrive on that farm. If you are only getting your 5x5 when you get there you may need to get your neighbor to remove you as SN, both of you restart your farms and then have them readd you as SN. They would need to make sure tools are still allowed.

I moved your post to the thread about tools. Yes the tower crane will move trees and flowers to storage as long as you have enough room in your item storage.

Need Help please! I bought a new gifting tool and I put it on my Farm 3 and it not there I clicked on show tools but no sign of it, I even checked my storage and its not there either yet the farm cash was deducted any suggestion would be welcome.

I just bought the smallest of the combine harvest-plow-plant to try out. I added it to storage and it is there but doesn't appear anywhere that I can see in the "toolbox." Where do I find it in the toolbox please??? I now have it out on Farm 5 but will be adding it back to storage. Thank you. I just found where it is supposed to be but it is blanked out. Message says I need to have it on farm or in storage. It is in storage. I will clear memcache and hope that works.

Unless you are on that farm it will not show in the toolbox. Put it in your storage and it will show at the bottom of the 4th column from the right just above the combine harvest plow 5x5.

It is at the bottom of that column. You will have to click the arrows to go down to the bottom of that column.
It is at the bottom because it is not an EX tool. To buy the Combine harvest plant EX 5x5 you would need to have all the regular combines of that type up to the 16x16.

The only thing I can think of is you may be trying to send just a little early. You do have to wait the full 4 hours before you can send again. You can check your Times clock tool in your tool box to see exactly how long you have to wait after sending the last gift. There is an entry there for Resend Gifts.

I moved your post to the thread about tools.
You can only irrigate a farm once every 20 hours. When you hover over the irrigator while you are on that farm it will tell you how many hours until you can irrigate. Also if a crop is already grown it will not irrigate that crop, so if your short term crops are already grown then they will not get irrigated.
You can also see how long until you can irrigate individual farms by going to the times clock tool in your tool box and switch to Per Farm tab.

The tools have to be in storage to be able to use them from the tool box. You do not need to take it out of storage to use them. The 6x6 combine is purple in color and would be in the 4th row from the right just above the green 5x5 ones.

What those who don't layer are DESPERATE for is having H / P / P / Combine tools that function EXACTLY like the larger fishing, log, flower, shaker tools, not 1,000 small squares but ONE LARGE SQUARE!!!

Look are those tools and compare!!! THAT would be faster, these are not at least that I can see? Please explain if I don't understand something.

I moved your post from Suggestions to the Help & Support thread about tools since this is not a suggestion.
I think you are missing how the new extent mode works for those combines. When you select the tool, then choose your crop choice, look in the lower right corner and click on the icon for the tool. Then click on the bottom of the 2 options. The yellow individual squares you normally see will change to a large blue square just like the large yellow square you see for the flower, tree, and boats.
It does not default to the extent mode but will stay in that mode for your entire session.
