Hi bbarksda,

You have a couple of options to get them out of your gift box.

If you don't need them and want to sell them you can go to Market, click on the option to sell harvests and gifts then click on the gift section of your storage to see the gifted animals and use the blue buttons on the animals to sell them.


Or if you want to keep them, you need to find a clear spot on one of your farms so that you can place them on a farm. If you wanted them in your item storage rather than on a farm you can then send use one of the various methods like the Add Item to Storage tool (looks like a brown shed) to put them to your item storage.

I've done the memcache, the cookies, all that stuff, nothing is working. Oh and I've also tried it on Chrome as well as Firefox browsers. Hubby sends me a gift and it doesn't show up.

This is a random problem that happens sometimes. It is a case of the data not transferring from Facebook to Farm Town as the gift processing is done through Facebook. Most of the time they will show back up again after some hours or the next days.

If they are you can accept them through there or wait and see if they will show back up in your My Requests. Please visit the following link to know how to work through the Activity page:

As you have already cleared your memcache, I would also suggest you to close everything in your computer and then restart.

If you are getting a delay in getting gifts it is Facebook and has nothing to do with the maintenence. All gifts when sent go through Facebook, before they are noted on the My Requests. That has to be done to get them to the person they are sent to.
The game does not update imediately when gifts are received including for train boost requests. So if you are not doing anything on your farms that requires an update you may not see the gifts showing for a while.

I get that it's not instant but nothing at all since 9am this morning (UK time) when I know for a fact that at least 1 was sent to me 4 hours ago but not yet appeared seems a bit suspect, as does the fact that nothing at all has appeared until there are the full 50, no matter often I go in and out of the game or check for gifts.

It seems that the first time you accept 50 gifts it takes more time, then the next 50 you accept is a little faster.

I just tried to send gifts from the Send Gifts tab and had no problems.

Please be sure that your browser is up to date and also check if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.
After any update it is better to restart the computer.

Also, clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings, close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open. Then reopen your farms and see it the Send gifts tab works again.

It looks as you have stuck gifts in your My Requests tab, then please click on this link and see if those gifts are showing up, take in mind that page can only show you up to 100 at a time: Facebook Games Activity (https://www.facebook.com/games/activity)

If those gifts were stuck gifts meaning they had already been accepted but had not cleared, then accepting them even in the games/activity will not give them to you again in the gift box. It is better to delete them one by one. You will have to clear them out of that section by clicking the X instead of Accept to clear them all out.

About your other problem getting the token error, please be sure your browser and computer are up to date.
Close everything and restart your computer. See if that problems was fixed.
If not, then be sure that 3er party cookies are still allowed in your browser. You have instructions in the following link:

1. Are you clicking on the Forums & Help tab at the top of your farms?

Adding you email address has nothing to do with current farming activities including gifts. That information right now is just going into a database to be used if or when they have to set up a website for an alternate way to get into the game.

I do see 2 chickens on your farm. Please note that chickens are not useful for using in the Chicken coop.

Which browser are you using? Is it up to date?

You can try clearing your Farm Town Memcache then reload the my Requests page.
To clear your FT memcache Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then check My Requests again.

What do you see when you click on the Farmers List?
If it just has a circle spinning, you may have too many friends who play Farm Town. There is a limit to how much data that Facebook will transfer to the game. If you have too many friends that play then it will not send the data. The only choice in that case is to reduce how many friends you have. You can remove the ones who no longer play to see if that helps.

I only see 1 item in your gift box so should not be showing as full.


Maybe try accepting a few one at a time and see if it is just the amount you are trying to accept.

Try clearing the memcache again, close and restart your computer. Then open farms and empty gift box again. If the fresh water bait that is in there now does not clear after that, contact Support. To me it looks like something is stuck in there.


To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

If it is just flashing the list and going away then it may be something is blocking the pop up in your Chromebook.

What anti-virus program are you using? Check in it to see if there is an exception list where you can add the same website list as you added in the Cookies and Pop ups.

There is a limit to how much data that Facebook will transfer to the game. If you have too many friends that play then it will not send the data. Facebook has changed the amount they will send down on us several times. The only choice in that case is to reduce how many friends you have. You can remove the ones who no longer play to see if that helps.

I moved your post to the thread about gifts. You have not sent any gifts to anyone since Sept 7th. You bought a Belt Dryer today, but you Bought it and didn't Send it.
You can always check on any activity with your FC by going to the Account tab above your farm, then clicking on the Farm Cash Activity Log.


If you want to send a gift from the store you have to click on the Send button instead of the Buy button.

Hi Early girl,
It depends on how many different items you have in your gift box. The codes for each item and the quantity must be stored in the data base for that box, so it can vary some as to how much it can hold.
It can also tell you it is full if the next amount you are trying to add will put you over the full amount.

It hasn't changed. As I said if the next batch you are accepting is going to put the gift box over the 1000, then it will tell you that the box is full. It doesn't know how to do a partial amount. So if you are exchanging and accepting 50 gifts for fuel then that is 200 since you have the highest gift machine which gives you 4 times the gift.

You have the gift machine which gives you 4 times the gifts. You also have the Farm Pass that gives you 2 times the gifts. So for each 50 gifts you claim you are getting 6,000 eggs. 2 pages puts you over your limit, so that is why only 2 pages fills your gift box.

1. I don't get my gifts from neighbors right away. Sometimes it's hours after I accept them. Sometimes it's never.

I checked your data and your gift box shows lot of seawater baits and some ingredients.

If you are not seeing them, please contact Support team. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

For your coins when hiring someone to fish, you do not get coins from the hire. You will only get coins ehen you sell the fish.

Your friend can send you farm cash items or farm cash as gift but there are rules for that:


To send up to 500 Farm Cash:
The requirements are that either you have been playing the game for more than 6 months or you have purchased at least 120 Farm Cash. You must also have enough Farm Cash in your account to be able to send it.


To send more than 500 Farm Cash:
If you have already sent 500 FarmCash or more in value to friends, counting Gift Certificates and FarmCash items, then you will have to purchased at least 305 FarmCash to be able to send FarmCash gifts to friends again. If you have already spent that amount in the game so far, then this rule does not applies to you.


If you want us to check how many farm cash your friend has already sent to you then you need to provide her user id number.

You can do that if you use the Recently Sent To list. First use the full list and pick the ones you want to send to all the time and send the first gift. After you have done that they will show on theRecently Sent To list and in order without the ones that don't send gifts.

For the list to send gifts that comes from Facebook so for some reason the data is not transferring. Are you not seeing the list pop up at all or is it opening, but seeing just a circle like it is trying to load?

It is nothing Farm Town did as they do not work on the live servers when working on changes. If you were kicked out of Facebook it may have been something that happened with it as all the gift functions have to go through Facebook.

Is this happening in all browsers you have tried?
If you had multiple windows open then the sizes of the Send window can vary.

When the Send box opens, you can usually mouseover the edges of that box and a double ended arrow will appear which you can click on to drag the window to open up to a bigger size. See if it will let you do that.

If you had multiple windows open then the sizes of the Send window can vary.

When the Send box opens, you can usually mouseover the edges of that box and a double ended arrow will appear which you can click on to drag the window to open up to a bigger size. See if it will let you do that.

If it won't let you expand the window then that might be something specific to Brave. All you can really do is carry on keeping an eye on any future updates for it and see if it will correct. If it's impossible to use as it is right now then all we can suggest is trying another browser to send gifts in the meantime.

I just checked 2 of your accounts and do not see anything in your gift box.

I dont have any problems accepting gifts individually or all, they go to my gift box correctly.

You can try clearing your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all windows you have it open.
Then reload your farms.

If you have more problems, then dont store them from your gift box and let us know how many you accepted through your My Requests.

Just to let you know accepted half of todays gifts one by one. The other half using the accept all. Received all except 2 which were part of multiple gifts. I didn't alter anything. Yes not all those multiple gifts will come through. As that is not how the game is supposed to work there is nothing the developers can do about those.

I wasn't bothered about the multiple gifts Mary had told me about that. It was all the single gifts sent to me that disappear. But as that seems to have resolved itself I will just put it down to another one of the quirks of the game.

It looks as you have stuck gifts in your My Requests tab, then please click on this link and see if those gifts are showing up, take in mind that page can only show you up to 100 at a time: Facebook Games Activity (https://www.facebook.com/games/activity)

If those gifts were stuck gifts meaning they had already been accepted but had not cleared, then accepting them even in the games/activity will not give them to you again in the gift box. It is better to delete them one by one. You will have to clear them out of that section by clicking the X instead of Accept to clear them all out.

About your other problem getting the token error, please be sure your browser and computer are up to date.
Close everything and restart your computer. See if that problems was fixed.
If not, then be sure that 3er party cookies are still allowed in your browser. You have instructions in the following link:

I am sorry but there isn't any thing automatic to do this. Normally gifts are removed from the My Requests when you accept them. However when they get stuck there and continue to show in My Requests then the only way to remove them and get to the new or previous gifts is to follow the instructions given.
This is a problem with data transfer between Facebook and Farm Town that occurs intermitently and randomly. As it does not happen all the time then there is no way for the developers to find the exact problem and get it solved.

There is nothing that Slashkey can do about this. It is a transfer issue with Facebook. Gifts come through Facebook and they have to transfer the data to the game. Being random and intermitent it is very difficult for Slashkey to troubleshoot and find the issue.

Make sure your browser and computer system are up to date.

The message you are receiving is from Facebook not the game. If you are getting lot of trees in a short time then Facebook may consider you are going to fast and then they block you for some time.
We do not know how much time you will be blocked as it depends on Facebook.

Those gift sites are not supported by Slashkey so there is nothing we can do about that. Maybe you could contact that site administrators to let them know.

About sending gifs and trains boost requests:

If the friends list is not loading, then it could be due you have too many friends in that list.
It is better for you to check if all of them are still playing the game.

You can do that by clicking in your My Neighbors tab and then:

Sort Players By: "Activity" and remove the check mark for "Show Active Players Only"

Then look at the dates showing in each of your friends boxes and if they have not played in a time, you can remove them as neighbors if they have a blue background and/or facebook friends.

If you want to remove someone from being your friend on Facebook: go to their farm FIRST and make sure you remove yourself as being their Neighbour and Buddy, then remove them as your Neighbour before you remove the friend connection. Full instructions, if you need them, are in the following link:

I am not sure why you are getting an invalid user in your list unless it is something Facebook has done to change the ID as that list comes from Facebook.

Regarding the gifting problem....

When I clicked Page Info, The Website Identity says "This website does not supply ownership information." I suppose the changeover to META has caused this & they need to fix it.


Also, after getting the freeze up when trying to send gifts back, I went to the next page of gifts and found that if I accept each one and send a gift back to that person, each time, it worked.

Hi Ky,
If you have removed them from your Facebook friends then they will get removed from the gift list. Facebook is not quick to update those lists so it may take a couple days or more.

Hi tharcicia,

I have moved your issue with returning gifts using My Requests to the help and support thread for gifts. Your post was split into 2 categories to keep relevant posts in the correct threads for each issue.

A workaround is being tested to try to fix the issue with the Return to all when using My Requests.

If you have had an 8 hour break from playing the game since you last sent gifts out, try the gifting again. Things may be a little different now when you attempt to fill your gift box to maximum using My Requests to exchange all, accept all and return to all. You may find that you now have to select each friend in the list that shows to return the gift.

If it's still not working for you or you have not had that 8 hour break, then you may need to wait a while longer and make sure you have that break from playing the game at all (like an overnight break) before you try it again.
If you are not planning on having a break yet then you'll need to send your friend gifts using the Send Gifts page in the meantime.

We will update the announcement in the forum when the workaround is completed and fully tested or Facebook fixes the problem:

I hope this is okay to post here: I don't know if this has already been shared, but I would like to share it. Until the current issue that is causing the issue with sending gifts/boosting train requests is resolved, I have found a work-around that is working for me. Gifts: I choose the gift I want to send, and then choose my first 50 friends to send it to. However, I do NOT send it yet. Then I open another tab on my computer, bring up the game, go to send gifts, choose the gift, and then (after I find where I left off on my first 50 friends) choose my next 50 friends. I continue that until I have several tabs open, and have chosen every friend to receive a gift. Then, and only then, do I click send on each box I have pulled up. It sends gifts to all of my friends without getting that error code. I have also done the same with my trains. I do my first train without hitting the final send button. Then I do the other trains (in multiple tabs on my computer) without hitting the final send button. Once I've completed all my trains, I then hit send on every box, thus requesting boosts for all of my trains. It takes a little more time to do all of this, but it's a work-around for the time being.

Yes I looked at the account, 101519677388953. I didn't say you used any gift sites. I said from what I see it looks like ingredient requests you ade and several have sent those which would go directly into the gift box and not the My Requests.
There are many for Guava Pastelitos, 3 for Minced Beef Pie, several for Parmesan Clams, and several gifts of Pistachios. Nothing else and none from the names you listed in your first post about this.


If you want you may contact Support about this, because we are not seeing in the account information what you are seeing.

To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

Due to the recent issue with gifting, sending train boost and the errors, when using My Requests to exchange all/accept all Gifts, in order to be able to return gifts to all of those friends, when you click on the Send Back to All you will have to select each friend on the list then click the Done to send gifts back to them.

The only friends showing on that list will be those that you have accepted a gift from that have not already had a gift from you in the allotted time.

This is a temporary workaround to be able to send them back, until the errors can be fully resolved.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about gifts as your problem has nothing to do with the current release.
Your problem is not going to be solved with the work arounds they have added. Those are only to fix the latest problems that Facebook caused.
The only thing we can suggest to fix your problem is to reduce the number of friends you have that play Farm Town. Facebook will not transmit large numbers of names for the pop ups. You need to reduce them until you are under their maximum number of names. We do not know what that number is. At one time it was 500 but it has been lowered at least twice since then.
They is nothing else that we can do to help you with this.

I am guessing you mean the Return All. Did any of the gifts you accepted say Return Gift next to them? If you have already sent them gifts through the Send Gift tab then you can't send them another.
Make sure your Chrome is up to date.

Hoping this is the right place to ask this. My girlfriend has tried to send a Turbo Fishing Boat 40x40 to a Super Neighbor of hers. It will not allow her to send it. It says he needs to put the Turbo Fishing Boat 36x36 in his storage first. He has it in his storage already. He even took it out, placed it on a farm and then returned it back to his storage. He has helped her a lot and she would like to send him this boat for being such a great Super Neighbor to her. Please offer some suggestions for her problem.

See if you can accept 1 gift and then send it back. Since that would list only 1 name it should work.

For the sending gifts and boosting trains you may have too many friends that play Farm Town. Facebook limits how many names they will transfer and if the total number exceeds their limit the list will not transfer. You get just the circle going around. We do not know what that limit is currently. The only thing you can do is eliminate any you know do not play or play very seldom from your friends list and see if you can get it down to acceptable numbers for Facebook to transfer.

Please ask them to contact the support team about their missing boats.

Ask them to scroll down right past the game screen and the yellow box beneath it and look for the word Support in blue text. If they click on that they will be able fill out the form and to send a ticket.

For their forum issue as long as they still have access to that email address then when they attempt to log into the forum and the log in is incorrect they should be seeing a message with a link in it to help them. If that doesn't work for their forum log in issue either then please ask them to add that issue to their ticket as well or send a separate ticket in for that as well:

Only Support can help. We can not do any refunds through the forums. When he clicks on that link then he should see a form for him to fill out. If he is not seeing the page then he will need to make sure he has pop ups and cookies allowed for the game as instructed in the following link:

I usually click on the "exchange all" button which is located at the top of the list but this is missing so I had to go through each gift sent to me and exchange them separately. That also meant I could not do the return all gifts because this button was also missing so again had to do each one separately.

I tried this and it did come back. No idea why it went missing but all is good now.

Then he is going to have to contact Support as we have nothing we can do for that. We do not have any way to replace them.
According to has data he has not purchased any additional boats. They all show only 1 purchase and those are missing.

He has registered in the forums so we will talk to him through the forums. We can not do email contact. He will have to try to contact Support or there is nothing that can be done for him. We are not the developers so we have no way to fix his problem.

Please be sure your browser is up to date and also check if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.
After an update it is always better to restart your computer.

Also please check that your browser is still allowing 3rd party cookies. You have instruction on how to do that in the following link:

Other than that I can only tell you that Facebook has limited the amount of friends you can see in your lists. If you have lot of them, then it is probably that the lists will not load for you.

The list comes from Facebook, so if your list of friends who play is larger than they will send to the game then this happens. There is nothing Farm Town can do to fix this. The only thing you can do is get your number of friends who play down to the point that Facebook will send. We do not know what that limit is from them, but they have lowered that amount several times.

i have sent multiple messages to the support link at the bottom of my farm page. no response that it has been recieved and no response to the message. How are we suppost to get help? I haven't been able to send gifts or request boosts on my trains since april of the year they went to html unity. But I could return gifts sent to me. Now I can't return gifts either. You develop this farm pass quest, which requires to send gifts, and so now I am wondering when will you fix my farm??

I will let Support know you are not receiving their responses. They have looked at your account as late as yesterday, so they have gotten your tickets.
As far as fixing the gifts problem this was caused by a change Facebook did back at that time that affects only some of the users. We do not know if Facebook has corrected that error or not. There is nothing that Farm Town can do to fix this. They have created some work arounds for the latest change Facebook did though.

What are you seeing when you try to return gifts?

Since I am not able to have any of the farmers names that have sent me gifts to show up on the page and that only thing on the page is the circle going round and round, is there any other way to send out gifts...This started happening about a week ago. I am also unable to send any gifts on the SEND GIFTS page so that I can finish one of the Farm Pass goals of sending out 145 regular gifts...Is there anything else you can suggest I do. I answered your previous post with what you can do to try to get back to sending gifts. There isn't any other way than through the Send Gifts and through the My Requests returning gifts.
You can try instead of accepting all the gifts and trying to return all you can try returning them individually as that only needs the one name at a time and they may show that way.

Hi Ftjill,
I moved your post to the thread about gifts. You are correct that it is not a gift. This probably came from one of the gift sites and you will not be able to send it to them as it is not a valid gift for Farm Town. We are not sure how these sites are doing those but they won't work in Farm Town.

I have much more fuel than I need, so I would like to gift a lot of it to one of my neighbors.

Please explain how I can do this other than gifting just one tank at a time?

In other words, I would like to send a few hundred gallons to a neighbor in one lump some who is starving for fuel.

I have read pages and pages on how to do this, I even bought a gas station, but I just can't find a quicker way. I'm just hoping, short of buying a bunch of gifting machines, that I can just send a bunch to them? After all, I produced the oil and refined it into gas, so you would think I should be able to gift all of it away if I wish to?

Hi Mr. Green Feet :)

You can't gift your fuel.

You can send your neighbor fuel tanks as gift from the Send Gift tab, you can fill your Gas Station with Fuel tanks so they can get some, but you can't share or gift your fuel with other friends.

If you wish and you have enough farm cash, you could gift them an Oil Refinery so they can produce their own fuel tanks.

Hi. I seem to be having a problem collecting my gifts in my request tab. This doesn't happen all the time. Just now I had 8 pigs to collect and I was able to send gifts to my neighbors but when I went to collect my 8 pigs there was nothing there. Like I said, this doesn't happen all the time but it happens often enough. I thought I should let you know. Thanks for all you are doing to help Farm Town continue to run and enjoyable :-)

This is a random problem that happens sometimes. It is a case of the data not transferring from Facebook to Farm Town as the gift processing is done through Facebook.

If they are you can accept them through there or wait and see if they will show back up in your My Requests. Please visit the following link to know how to work through the Activity page:
