I have sent in over 150 reports about this and have not received any emails with any ticket number, i have been told it has something to do with the amount of friends I have (less than 500) I have also been chatting with people that have over 1,000 friends and they don't have the problem

I know you have said you have tried all the work arounds but we do not know what you have tried.


Please be sure your browser is up to date and also check if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.
After an update it is always better to restart your computer.

Also please check that your browser is still allowing 3rd party cookies. You have instruction on how to do that in the following link:

Other than that I can only tell you that Facebook has limited the amount of friends you can see in your lists. If you have lot of them, then it is probably that causing the lists to not load for you. We do not know what their limit is and it seems to be different for different players.
Try to check if all your friends are still playing the game. You can go to your My Neighbors tab, then uncheck the option for Show only Active Players and see how long they have not been playing.

You could remove the ones who have not played for a long time as neighbors and also as Facebook friends.They would have to be removed as your Facebook friends to be removed from the list.



As it has been this long it could be a Facebook caused problem that they have not fixed and the developers know of no work around for it. It seems to have only affected a small group of people and we are not sure why that is.

There are some parts of the game I do not use, I do not do gifts unless there is something I need and I like to send a gift back to the person I accepted a gift from, but now I can not do that. I need to send 20 people I think it is a gift for farm pass, so I am going to lose 3 points because I cant do it. I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about gifts as this has nothing to do with the current release.

Gifts problems were caused by Facebook. They are the ones who need to fix it as the developers can't. They have done a couple work arounds they may work for you if you try them. Try accepting a single gift and then click the return gift. You will get a pop up with their name list. Click the send next to the name and then the done at the bottom.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about gifts.
We are aware that the changes made by the developers for the work arounds and then removing them does not fix the original Facebook problem. Those were only to temporarily fix the last problem Facebook had with the returning gifts and neighbor requests which Facebook has fixed.
IT was not to correct the original p0roblem caused by a Facebook change. The developers have looked at that and can't fix that earlier original problem. Facebook still needs to fix that. I am sorry, but there is nothing Farm Town can do to fix that for you.



The following won't help if you are getting the invalid token error, but if you are not you can try this:


Facebook has limited the amount of friends you can see in your lists. If you have lot of them, then it is probably that causing the lists to not load for you. We do not know what their limit is and it seems to be different for different players.

Also I have been able to expand some of my farms not others...I cannot expand for example farm 4 or farm 12 while I have been able to expand some farms up to farm 36. Thank you!!

I moved your post to the thread about Gifts as that was the first problem you are having.

What happens when you try to send gifts? Which setting are you using when you click in Farmers List?

Please open your Tool box and then click in the clock icon. Then click in Gamewide button and see what is showing up in Resend Gifts option.

If it has a green check mark, then you should be able to send gifts to all your friends.
If it is showing a time, then you have to wait that time before being able to send gifts to all of them


About Land Upgrades:

Farms upgrades to 58x58 were released for farms 1 to 22 in their original order.

I checked your data and visited your farms.

Your data shows that you purchased all upgrades available for farms 1 to 22.

When visiting your farms, the grid shows that you have moved them around as farms 23, 24, 32, 35 and 36 are upgraded to 58x58 but farms 4, 11, 12, 13 and 15 shows they are upgraded to 56x56

If so, those sites have nothing to do with the game and are not supported by Slashkey.
If you have problems with them, then you will need to contact their administrators.


If your problem is with Send Gifts tab or your My Requests tab, then please explain exactly what happens when you try to use them.

Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

This is a random problem that happens sometimes. It is a case of the data not transferring from Facebook to Farm Town as the gift processing is done through Facebook. It will usually clear up in a day or two.


You can check the following link and see if your gifts are there Facebook Games Activity (https://www.facebook.com/games/activity)

If they are you can accept them through there or wait and see if they will show back up in your My Requests. Please visit the following link to know how to work through the Activity page:

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about gifts. When you have a question or problem please post it in the Help & Support section rather than in General Feedback.
If the gifts you accept are not showing in your gift box are you seeing the same gifts still in your My Requests? If so then you have stuck gifts.


It looks as you have stuck gifts in your My Requests tab, then please click on this link and see if those gifts are showing up, take in mind that page can only show you up to 100 at a time: Facebook Games Activity (https://www.facebook.com/games/activity)

If those gifts were stuck gifts meaning they had already been accepted but had not cleared, then accepting them even in the games/activity will not give them to you again in the gift box. It is better to delete them one by one. You will have to clear them out of that section by clicking the X instead of Accept to clear them all out.


Are you sure those are belt/dan posts you are clicking on for fuel or are they ingredient requests for fuel. If they are ingredient requests you don't get fuel, but instead you get crude oil which is the ingredient for making fuel.

I just sent gifts without problems using the Send Gift tab above the game screen.

What happens when you try to send gifts? Are you using the Send gift tab or you are trying to accept and send back gifts from your My Requests tab?

Please, open your yellow tool box and click in the clock icon.
Then click in Gamewide button.
See if Resend gifts option has a green check mark. If so, then you should be able to send gifts.
If that option shows a time, then you have to wait that exact time to be able to send gifts again.

Also please check your time (hour, minutes, am/pm) and date (day, month, year) in your computer, if any of them is wrong then this kind of problems could happens.

Your farm pass goal is seasonal so you have till the end of the month to complete it.

Please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open. Then reopen your farms.

Have you remembered to check for browser and computer updates, and cleared your browser recently? If not please do those.

Please go to the first page on page one (http://r1.slashkey.com/forum/showthread.php?t=657506) read the first post and see if there is anything listed there that you have not tried yet.

If those don't help, please provide the exact method that is not working for you, the browser you are using and if the problem is also happening in other updated browsers.

Unfortunatley this is a random problem with the data transfer for those from Facebook. There isn't anything we can do for it.

It sounds like you are getting some gifts stuck, so instead of accepting them through the game activity try deleting the first 100 and see if that will help you get the gifts after that into your gift box.

I can see that the transaction did go through and show in that account as received. However the gift cards are not in the Gift box and have not been redeemed.


First try restarting those farms and see if they show in the gift box.


If they still do not show to be there, then you will need to contact Support for this as we can not fix this through the forums.

In the morning, Eastern time, I check for gifts, and says "you don't have any pending gifts", and this stays the same all day, then late at night, suddenly have "50" (or more) and so I go to exchange them for what I want OR accept all, and allows me to return them, which apparently is working fine, then I refresh, knowing there are more, as well as other requests other than gifts, and there is nothing again... This is not only a gifting issue, it impacts the ability to complete daily quests that require accepting x-number of gifts from friends, as well as suddenly disappears the other requests, like tonight, "x-person wants to be your neighbor" that was there and unanswered before refreshing.
Developers need to stop putting these as quest requirements if they cannot keep the pending 'requests' working fully and properly. It's rude to require something that doesn't properly work.

This is not only a gifting issue, it impacts the ability to complete daily quests that require accepting x-number of gifts from friends, as well as suddenly disappears the other requests, like tonight, "x-person wants to be your neighbor" that was there and unanswered before refreshing.
Developers need to stop putting these as quest requirements if they cannot keep the pending 'requests' working fully and properly. It's rude to require something that doesn't properly work.

I am sorry, but this is a random problem that happens sometimes. It is a case of the data not transferring from Facebook to Farm Town as the gift processing is done through Facebook. It will usually clear up in a day or two.

It looks as you have stuck gifts in your My Requests tab, then please click on this link and see if those gifts are showing up, take in mind that page can only show you up to 100 at a time: Facebook Games Activity (https://www.facebook.com/games/activity)

If those gifts were stuck gifts meaning they had already been accepted but had not cleared, then accepting them even in the games/activity will not give them to you again in the gift box. It is better to delete them one by one. You will have to clear them out of that section by clicking the X instead of Accept to clear them all out.

I am sorry, but this is a random problem that happens sometimes. It is a case of the data not transferring from Facebook to Farm Town as the gift processing is done through Facebook. It will usually clear up in a day or two.

If you have not already done so please check and make sure that you have kept up with tour computer and browser updates and have been clearing the browser on a regular basis. Please remember to reboot your computer if you have done any computer updates and to close the browser and reopen it if it needed updating before you try again.

We're not aware of any maximum limit for how many gifts Facebook will allow to be kept in their games activity area, the only limit there that we know of in that section, is that it will only show up to 100 requests at a time. The rest if there are more won't show up until some are accepted/ignored. FB don't provide specifics on that information. Even if her in game gift box was full, that doesn't prevent someone sending them gifts to be accepted at later time.

As she's not communicating with you or playing at this time, then she may not have read your messages and there's no point in you checking anything else as you're not getting any response to be able to check anything with her.

I left your suggestion in that section but also copied your post to the thread about Gifts in Help & Support to be able to respond to you.

We have the Farm Pass in the game so I think you are talking about it.

The trains boosts are both in the Train Manager and in your My Requests.

For the Farm Pass you must boost trains from the Train Manager for them to count.

Also if you first boost your friends trains from the Train Manager then they will not show up in your My Requests tab.
The only time you will see them in your My Requests is if a Superneighbor you allowed to manage your trains, have boosted them. Then you will find them in your My Requests as expired.

The first time you posted about this problem with turkey feathers I asked you to clear your memcache and after that only accept 1 turkey feathers gift to check if it was sent to your gift box.

I just exchanged and accepted 50 turkey feathers and they were correctly sent to my gift box.

I also saw that you have been having problems with gifts what makes me think that you could have stucked gifts in your My Requests tab and that is why you dont get the turkey feathers in your gift box.

I have written for support about five or six times without a reply. I am unable to send gifts and when I exchange them they are right back the same way they were. I did receive a reply through the Forum and did what was suggested. deleting all the gifts from a link that was given to me. My laptop freezes after trying to return gifts and I have to reload. On my desktop I can exchange but when I reload the gifts are back to what they were before. I am getting so frustrated with this not and if it is not resolved I am giving up playing this game. I have written for support about five or six times without a reply. I am unable to send gifts and when I exchange them they are right back the same way they were. I did receive a reply through the Forum and did what was suggested. deleting all the gifts from a link that was given to me. My laptop freezes after trying to return gifts and I have to reload. It can happen more than once that the gifts get stuck. It is a data transfer problem that happens randomly and there isn't any way for them to fix it.
It could be that your laptop does not meet minimum requirements or you have too many things running at the same time while working gifts that is causing it to freeze up.

You are referring to the gifts not showing in your My Request on Facebook as gifts have not been activated on the new website yet for either sending or receiving.

This is a random problem that happens sometimeson Facebook. It is a case of the data not transferring from Facebook to Farm Town as the gift processing is done through Facebook. It will usually clear up in a day or two.


You can check the following link and see if your gifts are there Facebook Games Activity (https://www.facebook.com/games/activity)

If they are you can accept them through there or wait and see if they will show back up in your My Requests. Please visit the following link to know how to work through the Activity page:

If they are not showing in your gift box you probably have stuck gifts and since they have already been accepted even exchanging them you will not get them again. This is a random problem that happens when the data from Facebook does not update.


Please click on this link and see if those gifts are showing up there or you have other than the ones you already accepted. Facebook Games Activity (https://www.facebook.com/games/activity)

If those gifts were stuck gifts meaning they had already been accepted but had not cleared, then accepting them even in the games/activity will not give them to you again in the gift box. It is better to delete them one by one. You will have to clear them out of that section by clicking the X instead of Accept to clear them all out.

You can not click on the animal on the farm and request them. You can however if you have one in your gift box or in your storage click on "More" under the animal and request more gifts of them. For the farm pass goals they do have to be original gifts. You can not exchange gifts for them.

I am sorry, but we have no way to check this as we do not get data for the farm pass rewards except for the farm cash ones. As you did not know the exact amount of coins you had and have done other things since then there is no way for us to see that you did or didn't get the 600,000 coins. You may have just missed that you got the coins as it is working correctly when we try.

It appears those 2 methods are not working, possibly because gifts are not set up with the website version. The only way I know it should work for sure would be from the Send Gifts tab. You should be able to find their name in the All farmers list.

That's where I'm sending them from, but she's not listed there. I'm not sending from the website version as I know gifting doesn't work from there yet. Does it make a difference if she's not on my FB friend list, because she's not a FB "friend"; we met at the Marketplace and did the "friend" thing there.

There is no friend thing in the market for the website. You can only add them as a neighbor or a buddy.
If you added them as a buddy, then currently you can not send them a gift.

If this is for Squeaks Load Bow Hair Clip, remember that with the gift lifeline and requesting ingredients it depends on which step is needed first, as to what is requested, AND then what order the ingredients are stored in.

The check marks must be done in production order, so you must also store ingredients in the correct order.

For example, if the harvest mulberry trees step doesn't have a green check mark yet, Squeak can't just ask for ingredients to make the bow tie and then store them, as that only sends the finished products of silk textile roll, aluminum sheet and red ink. It doesn't send the ingredients that are needed to make those items in the previous steps.

Squeak would need a check mark on the harvest mulberry trees first, before they can work on getting a check mark on silk textile roll.

To get the green check mark on harvest mulberry trees, if they don't have mulberry trees that they can harvest on their farms, they need to request ingredients to make silk textile roll and store just that, to get the green check mark on harvest mulberry trees.

Then for the next set of steps, they also make sure they have the green check marks on what is needed to make aluminum sheet and what is needed to make red ink, BEFORE they could store ingredients to make the bow tie, to get check marks on the aluminum sheet, silk textile roll and red ink.

As this is a load quest and they can't request a gift of bow ties as those are not used to make any other product, the make bow tie has to be made in the hair accessories factory. They need a green check mark on that before they can do the last step of loading it into the dollar store.

I moved your post to the thread abut gifts.
Did you accept these through the My Requests tab or from a free gift site?
If they were from a gift site, there is nothing we can do about that as those sites do not belong to Slashkey. You will have to talk to the administrators of those sites.
If they are from your My Requests tab, check to see if the same gifts still show in there. If they do then you have stuck gifts.

If they are there again then it looks as you have stuck gifts in your My Requests tab, then please click on this link and see if those gifts are showing up, take in mind that page can only show you up to 100 at a time: Facebook Games Activity (https://www.facebook.com/games/activity)

If those gifts were stuck gifts meaning they had already been accepted but had not cleared, then accepting them even in the games/activity will not give them to you again in the gift box. It is better to delete them one by one. You will have to clear them out of that section by clicking the X instead of Accept to clear them all out.

About your other problem getting the token error, please be sure your browser and computer are up to date.
Close everything and restart your computer. See if that problems was fixed.

The resending shouldn't have anything to do with accepting the gifts. If you are having trouble with returning gifts try sending them from the Send Gifts tab in Facebook. No gifts are not set up in the website yet. They are working on it.

It looks that you have stuck gifts in your My Requests tab, please click on this link and see if those gifts are showing up, take in mind that page can only show you up to 100 at a time: Facebook Games Activity (https://www.facebook.com/games/activity)

If those gifts were stuck gifts meaning they had already been accepted but had not cleared, then accepting them even in the games/activity will not give them to you again in the gift box. We do not know which things you tried as you are not listed them, but it seems there are stuck gifts in your My Requests.

Before continuing, you need to store gifts in your red box and also boost trains from friends in your Train manager.

After doing those, please click on this link and see if those gifts are showing up, take in mind that a page can only show you up to 100 at a time: Facebook Games Activity (https://www.facebook.com/games/activity)

The developers are working on the gifts part to get them within the game and not through Facebook. You may have stuck gifts preventing you from getting those, but with them working on it then it looks like we no longer have the list of them in the Game activity area to be able to remove them. I am sorry but there is nothing we can do about that at this time with the developers working on it to get them within the game and not external through Facebook.
I have checked and did recieve all the gifts I accepted this morning so it is still working in the My Requests if the gifts are not stuck.

I have found that gifting works best by exchanging them all before trying to get any from outside websites. Otherwise the exchanges are for zero and we lose the ones that have been sent to us as you say.

that I reach $ 500 and needed to add $305 I am on fixed income this is a game why are the rules changed to send a neighbor a gift. Also why do you not put names of our neighbors in alphabetical order so one can find them if we want to ask for ingredients and we have to do it one at a time and this makes this game take forever to do. I should be able to send a neighbor a gift since they have helped me I NEVER HAD $500.00 DOLLARS SO HOW COULD i REACH THAT LIMIT? IT SEEMS YOU CARE MORE Add Things than LOYAL PLAYERS OF THIS GAME WHY? Please explain why there new rules years ago when I played it was so much fun now it is worse than a job adding so many things there is bearly enough time to do all the regular things and I do not want 500 neighbor I have all I can do to keep up I am no youngster the game was more fun when things were not done one at a time asking for ingredients or bonus please try to fix things thank you.

I copied your post to the thread about gifting as this has nothing to do with the current release.

If you are sending from the farm set with avatar name of HuggyBear7772, then because you have been playing that farm set for over 6 months you are allowed to send up to 500 farm cash. You have already sent 493 farm cash worth without spending any money to buy farm cash. You have reached the limit that you can send without purchasing farm cash of at least 305. I am sorry, but the rules were set by the developers. Without purchasing the farm cash to extend beyond the 500 level you will not be able to send any more farm cash to other accounts.

Below are the rules for sending farm cash or farm cash items:

Yes you can send Farm Cash to Neighbours or Buddies. The requirements to be able to send are as follows:


To send up to 500 Farm Cash:
The requirements are that either you have been playing the game for more than 6 months or you have purchased at least 120 Farm Cash. You must also have enough Farm Cash in your account to be able to send it.
To send more than 500 Farm Cash:
If you have already sent 500 FarmCash or more in value to friends, counting Gift Certificates and FarmCash items, then you will have to purchased at least 305 FarmCash to be able to send FarmCash gifts to friends again. If you have already spent that amount in the game so far, then this rule does not applies to you.

It sounds like one version did not update your gift box, could you have left the Facebook one open in another tab or another browser when you loaded the game on the website?

Make sure that you reload both versions of the game after accepting gifts, before you check the gift box amounts so that they are both updated.

On the FB page and the new website the "My Request" page are both showing a number for gifts but no gifts are showing to collect BUT on the new website the Accept All/ Exchange All buttons are showing above the Show Facility Wall Requests and Other Requests pages but when you click to exchange the gifts no gifts appear to exchange any current gifts to what you want and clicking the accept button doesn't accept the gifts but will disappear if you click on it

How are we supposed to do Farmpass if we cannot accept gifts? That is part of the Goal today. So much for playing Farmpass. Not worth to spend the money if they disable everything in FB FT before the game is fully up and running in Slashkey! They will lose a lot of money in the meantime.

As they are working on the gifts feature then yes they are aware of it. They don't do anything there so it doesn't hurt that they are sitting there for now.

Unless it has changed in the last few days, the only way to buy FC and to send/receive gifts, buy a new farm pass, etc, is by using the Facebook version. Will this be fixed by the time the FB version is deactivated? Thanks.

Two friends sent me plum trees today. I signed out of the website, accepted in Facebook but they did not appear in the gift box. I cleared memcache. Asked another friend. Accepted. Same thing happened. How do I get to 19?

Hi Refarner,

Did they send the plum tree or did you exchange gifts for the plum tree?

Did you load the Facebook game and open Farm Pass on Facebook before you accepted the plum trees?

I've just tried accepting olive trees sent and those worked fine for Farm Pass. I did load the game on Facebook and checked the Farm Pass goals before accepting them.

If you did and it was the plum tree that they sent, can you go back to Facebook My Requests and see if the plum trees are still showing up from those friends to accept. If they are still showing up there then they might be stuck.

If you did not open Farm Pass on Facebook before accepting the plum trees, please do that and check that the goals are the same on both versions in case one version is not on the same build before you accept any more plum trees.
If you need more of those gifts, you could find a plum tree that is on one of your farms and click on it to request it which will then show that request to all your friends in other wall requests which you might be quicker than finding which friend is online to ask.

We dont know what will happen with gifts sites as slashkey has nothing to do with them.
Those are facebook groups and they could stay there if their owners continue supporting them.

You can find the latrest posts in any thread in Help & Support section by going to the last page.
I am not sure what you mean by 5 steps as you choose your gift you want to send, then select the list you want to send from then select the people you want to sent them to. That is exactly like the way you did them in the Facebook version.

Now I have to click on the requests tab to accept gift, then go back to the game, then to the gift box, and send gifs, then pick a gift then hit OVER 50 times people to send them to, and then send. Quite a lot of excessive clicking. It seems much more complicated than ever before. Along with all of the other problems in the game with needing MORE ingredients than ever before, and never having enough even after deactivating more than half of my facilities, it seems never ending. With time will the game get back to "normal"? I will take some time off and come back at a later date at this point. I see on your farms, you do not have layered farms or items, and was wondering if you have more than 1 of each kind of facility or client? I was having a hard time keeping any neighbors that wanted to work without layered fields and many more facilities. Not sure how to keep up at this point. Any advice? I have spent way too much real money on this game to continue spending any for more complications.

No, you only have to go to the Gift Box in your tool bar. All of the functions are available there. You can accept the gifts either individually or accept all or exchange all and then when you accept then you can send gifts back, all in the pending gifts. You do not even have to open the My Requests for gifts at all.
Then you go to the My Gifts tab in there (wiich is the old gift box) and store or use them.
The Send gifts tab in that works the same way it does in the Facebook version.

You have to click on each person in the Send gifts in Facebook. And just like Facebook you can only send 50 at a time. And in the website you do not have to close the tab to set to send the next 50. You just have to select another gift and then select the next 50. What is different?
The developers are working on making it like Facebook in that the block for each person will disappear as you click on them shifting the next one up. That will be more like Facebook.

I would sincerely suggest an accept gifts and return gift option like we have had all along. Gets old clicking 50-500 times each day for just gifts. I am sure that I am not the only one you are hearing this from.

You already have exactly what you are asking for. Click on the Gift Box in your tool bar, Then click on Pending Gifts. That is set up exactly the way the My Requests gifts were set up in Facebook. You have the Accept All and Exchange All buttons. When you click to accept the gifts either all or one at a time, then the Send Gift Back button shows for the single accepted gift or if you accept all then a button shows at the top to send them back to all.

Were you doing this in the Facebook version or the website version? If in website were you doing this from My Requests or from the new Gift Manager?

I just tried. Exchanged all for tomatoes, accepted all and did not get an error and had the tomatoes in My Gifts.
Try clearing your memcache then restart your farms and see if those gifts are still there. If they are try again and see if it works this time.

I just tried exchanging all outside of the game from "My requests" and it worked then went back inside game and exchanged one new one and it allowed it. No error. Not sure why collecting them outside fixed the problem. I couldn't send back to those outside the game however due to incapability. But I am now sending to those inside the game.

Make sure your browser and computer are updated. If you have to do an update besure to restart your computer.


Were you doing this through the My Requests or through the Gift Manager? What are you exchanging for? After you did the memcache and restarted farms were those same gifts there?


The storing of the gifts does not clear them from the My Gifts. Either close the gift manager or change to another tab and back to the My Gifts tab and they will be gone.

Hey Taz, I was using Gift Manager at first. Then when exchanged through My Request tab I could accept them but in Gift Manager I got the error. After exchanging through My Requests I tried using Gift Manager again and it worked. However, the ingredients that others send me they don't disappear after collecting still. The gifts are now able to exchange through Gift Manager again. Maybe had something to do with My Requests and the Gift Manager? Only thing that still needs fixed is collecting ingredients and seeing it disappear. They do disappear if I close it and reopen however but not after clicking store ingredients in the Gift Manager. Computer and Browser is up to date. I was exchanging for Pork.
