Hi.. my farm pass has a goal.. not daily. It is to CHOP 3020 PINE TREE.

Ok.. so first day I tried chopping pine trees.. it did nothing .. the picture looks like small pine trees, so I then went and shook/harvested my small pine trees.. this worked but I don't have many so I also went to 2 super neighbors farms and harvested some of their small pine trees..this worked. and I was able to have about 1300 done. Then I planted about 200 more on my farm to harvest in when they come ready. I did this about 3 days .. thinking I would be getting closer I looked.. and still needed almost 1500?

So ok, I planted about 300 more yesterday morning. So I should be getting 500 more today when it is ready to harvest.. NOPE.. did not.. still needed about 1500!

So now 2 different superneighbors later and I have no idea how many they had but lots more than me since they had 1300 the first time and I did not do all of theirs because I didn't want to short them. Well THIS kind of worked! I only need about 300 more.

BUT then one of my superneighbors said they had more small pine trees ready at a few of their farms.. I went.. AND I GET NOTHING again..

Hi Sundos :)

Your seasonal goal is for Chopping Pine trees. If you hover your mouse on the picture, you will see what you have to do and also it is showing an axe.

By the time I checked your season goal you had 2635/3020

We have 2 sizes for Pine trees to chop. The normal Pine trees, which you can see in the picture in your goal and the Big Pine trees.
Those trees are for chopping to get logs.

The small pine tree is for harvesting and to get pine cones.

I think you were chopping pine trees and those were the ones that counted for your goal.

Just try the following, chop only one pine tree using the axe and check if the amount was increased.
After that you can use a bigger tool to continue chopping them.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the Farm Pass so I could answer you. The Farm Pass goals are assigned randomly just like the quests. The quests and the Farm Pass do not check your data to see if you own something or in this case to see if you have a train ready to be dispatched.

When I spin for rewards, I can't get Strawberry Syrup. I can get other things that are manufactured such as FT beer, etc, but not the Strawberry Syrup. Please have this item added as I can see no reason for it to be excluded.

It is not a glitch. None of the syrups except maple syrup are in the rewards because they are not basic products. Maple syrup requires only the tree sap and no other products from facilities.

Hi Donna,

Ingredient Packs are when someone requests ingredients to make a product in a regular facility.

If your goal is saying receive then you need to post a request yourself using one of your own regular facilities. When they have been sent, reload your game and each set of ingredients sent to you counts as 1 for your goal.

If your goal has a blue silhouette on it, that means you need to send ingredients to friends that have requested ingredients from their own regular facilities.

The easiest way to know if you have sent ingredients to a friend is to use the Other Wall Requests page. You can send one per friend. A pink background means you have already sent an ingredient recently.

More details and examples of the Gift goals and Ingredient Pack goals are in Chapter34 Farm Pass section of the Game Guide.

However, the gamewide section of my timer says I have to wait 7 hours before I can work my neighbors facilities again. I'm not seeing any more of my neighbors posts about working their facilities. This means I will not be able to fill my farm pass goal.

There isn't any way around that. You still have to follow the rules of the game even when working farm pass goals.
The only way you will be able to complete it is if a neighbor posts that you haven't worked yet and their post is not in pink.

I have noticed that even though I reached the goal where the first person who had enough trains so the mayor did all the work, and the person said she got the Non-Workables and its showing as 1/1 used in Privileges, nothing shows as being worked in those facilities since I posted them yesterday afternoon... they still show at 93.3% worked. Also under the game when I scrolled it does not show that the person in fact worked the Non-Workables when normally it has in the past. I hope this is posted in the right area.

It is a seasonal goal and you have to unload your own ships once they arrive back to your port.

About your problems with Ships and Farm pass:

You have to unload your own ships once they are back home. If you are loading your friends ships that is why it doesnt count for your farm pass goal.

By the time Im checking your data you have 4 ships on their trips and one being prepared.

Your green ship is on port 28 and your purple ship is on port 27 so those two are the ones you could get home faster.
When your ships on trip come back home and you unload them, then you will get credit for your goal.

I have looked at your data for the farm account you posted and I do not see any small or big lakes with boats on your farms. You have 3 big ponds and 8 big lakes but they are not the ones with salmon. Salmon can only be gotten from the Big lake with boat and the small lake, both of which cost farm cash. None of the coin waters have salmon.

We have been checking your ships data and for example, yesterday March 19th you didnt unload any of your ships.

You unloaded the green and purple ships on March 18th. Those two ships, which are the ones I told you were close to arrive to port 30, gave you 2 points to have 5/9 in your goal.

Yesterday, March 19th, you dispatched the green ship again.

Yesterday your ship Blue was on port 12, today it is in port 14

Yesterday your ship Orange was on port 21, today it is in port 24

Yesterday your ship Yellow was on port 17, today it is in port 19

Yesterday your ship Green was dispatched, today it is in port 8

Yesterday your ship Purple was idle, today you are preparing it.

The seasonal goal for your farm pass is showing the correct amount of ships you unloaded after opening it.

The orange ship is the one which would be closer to arrive port 30 and it will give you another point for your farm pass.

What happened to the extra production we had on the farm cash animals for a few weeks? It made the difference on egg production in particular. Again it meant no need to increase the number of animals allowed in storage, so it was a practical way to deal with the need for more eggs.

Each month you have to earn the points in the farm pass to be able to get the various rewards. =You may have had it last month but have to earn enough points this month to get that reward again.

If you saw those then the Cheddar should also have been listed, but if you had claimed the Cheddar on a previous ingredient reward, you would not be able to claim it again this season.

I've gone through some of the posts. I requested "farm pass" but I keep seeing a moderator say they'll move the post to farm pass. I guess I just can't catch on because I've asked the blog & although they give answers I cannot figure out how in the heck to send a "GIFT BOX". Please, help. The ingredient packs are when someone requests ingredients for a product. You can find those requests in the My Requests/Show Other Wall Requests. They will say send ingredients and that is what you click on to send them.

An Ingredient pack is what is sent when someone requests an ingredient to make a product, and then someone sends it to them.

When there IS a blue silhouette on the brown gift box you need to click on a friends request for ingredients to send them. One per person, each one counts 1 towards a goal.

If there is NOT a blue silhouette on the brown gift box you have to request an ingredient yourself and friends have to send them. Each one received counts one towards a goal.

No that is one you have to send them to your friends. If it was one you would have to piost it would say Receive not send. You Can find those in the Show Other Wall Requests under the My Requests.

Please consider that when you work all your friends/neighbors facilities and services, some of them could own more than one facilies of the same type.

So if only 1 of your neighbors/friends owns let say 4 facilities of the same type, then you will be getting 4 facilities worked for that friend and 4 should count for your goal.

If it is a daily goal, then maybe it is hard if not much of them have the required facility.

But remember that if it is a seasonal goal, you can complete it till the last day of this month.

Please check and make sure your date/time are correct on your computer as that being wrong can show you wrong times on things in your game.
Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and check again.

I have moved your post to the help and support thread for Farm Pass.

If you were trying to use the Send Gifts page to send an ingredient that's listed there, that's where you are going wrong. You do not use the Send Gifts page for Ingredient Pack Goals.

For example if you see a friends post in Facebook or in the Other Wall Requests page (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/pending_in_wall2) that says "Can you send me ingredients to make...." they are requesting an Ingredient Pack to make that product.
When you click on that request to send it to them, you are sending an Ingredient Pack.

When I went into my facility manager, I noticed that all of the non workable facs had been worked except for three of them. One mineral mine, one oil pump, and one open pit mine. The other non workable facs that I have two or more of were all worked.

I noticed that the FP quests still show/complete even when I am doing everything from the new site. Does this mean it will still be active when FB goes down and we are strictly on the new site?

Second, I think I may have figured out the problem I'm having with the Farm Pass privilege for one neighbor working non workable facilities.
I noticed that the farm I posted from to have neighbors work my facilities is the farm where the non workable facilities aren't being worked. I will try my guess out in May, and post from farms where I don't have any non workable facilities.

I got everything back except for the fishing goal and went to the marketplace and got a job fishing and it finished the goal. All good, thanks again

It is now *eight* hours later, and it still won't let me advance the quest step.

Several quests are affected. It happens both on the independent site and going through Facebook.

You have been purchasing farm pass every month and during April, you got the privilage to Increase the capacity in 10% for the facilities producing common ingredients.

The Spice Factory is one of those facilities and if you filled them before getting the new Farm Pass for May, then they will show a higher % and it will need more time to let you start a batch.

Try posting your facilities so your friends can work then and you will be able to start a batch sooner than later .

Are you talking about the Completed animated indicator that shows up when you complete a goal?
If so, it will not always show up and it depends on what you are doing in the game at that time.

You can not buy the farm pass or farm cash for that matter through the website version. Those have to be purchased through your Facebook version. The developers have not set the purchasing through the website currently.

Hi, I've purchased the Farm Pass and one of my goals is to receive 23 "ingredient gifts". I've done everything I know to get at least one of my received gifts to register...and it's not working. I think it would be helpful if someone could tell us which ingredient gifts they're referring to? This is very frustrating and not helping to accomplish the goals.

Your seasonal goal is to receive 23 ingredient packs. To be able to do that, you first need to ask for ingredients.

Open one of the production factories, for example the Oil Factory, and click in the + icon for Olive Oil.

When you do that, your request for ingredients will be posted to the Other Wall Requests, and your friends will send ingredients to you by clicking in the link.

All ingredients packs will go to your Red gift box and every one will count for your goal.

I moved your post to the thread about the farm pass. Are you exchanging for those cork trees? They have to be original gifts. Exchanging for them will not work. Are those gifts coming through My Requests or gift sites?

If they are showing in your gift box then they will not count for the goal.
You may have stuck gifts which is causing them not to show. Are they still showing in your My Requests? If so then that would indicate they are stuck.
Then please click on this link and see if those gifts are showing up, take in mind that page can only show you up to 100 at a time: Facebook Games Activity (https://www.facebook.com/games/activity)

If those gifts were stuck gifts meaning they had already been accepted but had not cleared, then accepting them even in the games/activity will not give them to you again in the gift box. It is better to delete them one by one. You will have to clear them out of that section by clicking the X instead of Accept to clear them all out.

About your other problem getting the token error, please be sure your browser and computer are up to date.
Close everything and restart your computer. See if that problems was fixed.
If not, then be sure that 3er party cookies are still allowed in your browser. You have instructions in the following link:

There's no bug to fix.

You do not have to complete that goal by harvesting them on your own farm. You can complete it by harvesting them for someone else who has them ready like getting hired at market or when working as a super neighbour.

Some farmers like to use part or a whole farm to plant some of every crop or only the more commonly used crops for regular quest purposes which can help with both regular quests and some of the low quantity harvest a specific crop farm pass goals.

I visited your farm 19 and you only have 15 lotus growing so that is the amount you got for your farm pass goal.

Please open your Farm Stats. and then uncheck the option for "Include products due to fertilizer, baits and bonus" showing at the bottom left side.

When you have that option unchecked then you will see the real amount of items you have on a farm.

If you are still playing on both versions and have had both open at the same time, please, close them and reload on version and see if it corrects for you.

If it does not please also check all aspects of the time and date are still showing correct on your computer, you browser is still up to date and then run memcache for the version of the game you are using, then close the game and reopen it:

Which goals are not showing up as completed for you?

Please check your browser and operating system are up to date. After an update it is always better to restart your computer.


About your gift problem, are you playing in Facebook or in the WebSite?

Gifts have not been added to the WebSite yet, so you have to get them through Facebook version.

If you are not seeing gifts in your My Requests tab in Facebook version, then this is a random problem that happens sometimes. It is a case of the data not transferring from Facebook to Farm Town as the gift processing is done through Facebook. Most of the time they will show back up in a few days in your My Requests.

I think you had the reward for Increase capacity by 10% that produce common ingredients for May.

If you loaded your facilities before the new Farm Pass for June started, then the mines which are part of the facilities producing common ingredients were loaded with an increase of 10%

Please remember that the mines are non workable facilities so you need to wait for the time to finish batches and only then you will be able to start a new batch for your quest.

You also have a seasonal goal to receive 18 red roses and it shows you got 17/18

Please remember the red roses gift has to be the original gift and you cant exchange gifts to get the goal completed.

EDIT: Her Farm Pass goal is to Unload Ultimate trains, not to dispatch them.


I can't undo her forum account as usernames and email addresses can not be reused even if it was deleted. I can reset her password for her if she will contact me through in-game messages. She can get to my farms from the link in my signature here in the forums.
Has she possibly changed email addresses?

I just checked your farm pass goal you are talking about and I think you are getting mixed up. You need to boost 28 trains for your friends from the train manager. This has nothing to do with the ships.

You only have 89 peach trees on your farm 17. If you go to that farm and open your tool box, click in the magnifying glass and type peach in the box, click in the green check mark, you will see a floating text telling you how many of them you have on that farm.

Also, if you are checking your Show Farm Stats, then you need to uncheck the option for "Include products due to fertilizer, bait and bonus" to see the amount of trees you have on a farm.

Hi Wolfman,
I just checked and see that 11,860 trees are showing as done, 43,551 crops on one and 12,486 are done for the other one. Remember that when you hire out or work for a neighbor as a super neighbor to do the crops and trees you do not get the total amount you do, but only get a percentage.
The factory one is for you to fill your service facility with those so depends on how many you can load there.

That only shows the last time it was done which in this case is the one we had yesterday. So showing 1/1 is telling you it was worked. If it showed 1/0 then it would be telling you that they weren't worked yesterday.

Your goal for ships is a seasonal goal.

That means that you have till the end of this month to complete that goal.

The time you see is to let you know how much time you have to wait to get more seasonal goals, which will be added to the previous ones if you havent completed them yet and also, you will have till the end of this month to complete.

The picture is correct. There are 2 trees with similar names. They are Acai and Acacia. You may have gotten mixed up and harvested the wrong one.

In the meantime, if you wanted to request something like a tree or decoration that is on the gift page:


if you already had that item on you farm you could click on it and it should have an option to request it as a gift


or you could exchange a single gift, accept it and then open your gift box and click on the more to request it.


While the game is still on Facebook those it's possible for gifts to be sent from either Facebook or the Website so if you don't see the gift in the Website then it's worth also checking the Facebook My Requests page as well.

I moved your post from Suggestions to Farm Pass thread in Help & Support to be able to answer to you.

Please take in mind, that if the goal is to load xxx products into a facility or service facility and that amount is higher than what you can load then you can post your facilities to be worked by friends.

As soon as a few friends worked them, you can refill that specific facility and product and more points will be added to your daily goal.

I just checked your farm pass goals and you have a daily one to harvest 163 horses. Only 150 horses have been harvested.
Please take in mind that the regular animal buildings can hold up to 250 animals of each type.

From what I see on your farms that on farm 9 the time to next harvest is 1.6 days (2 Farm Town days) which means you recently harvested it which is the one that counted. However the one on farm 4 shows not ready for 15.4 hours which means it was harvested a day ago. That tells me even though you tried to harvest it, not being ready it would not work so you got nothing from the second one. You didn't receive credit for the one on farm 4 because you were not able to harvest any from that one.

If you will reload there is a banner message at the top of the game stating the Farm Pass will be released in a few days. There may have been a problem getting it set up for the new month. Please be patient until they release it again in a few days.

Yes you should get credit for it when the farm pass is opened. If you don't then you can contact Support and they will be able to fix it.

According to your data you purchased it last on July 1st, last month. I do not see a purchase for this month.
If you bought it today, then go back to the Bank and click on the Restore Purchases in the bottom right corner. You should not have to go through the farm pass manager to do this. Just go to the bank in the map.

I just tried the bank and the Restore Purchases but it says there's no purchase to restore. I did get a message from my bank that I made a purchase through Paypal. I guess I'll wait until tomorrow and see if the transaction actually went through.

why aren't the larger tasks broken down into smaller ones? i feel like i have to do the whole task one at a time. i have to conciously choose how much i do at once. 89k trees is more than a week of trees on my farm. fortunately i have a super neighbor with half the trees needed. guess i take a break now that im almost half way. this feels more like a chore than a fun quick task.

You do not have to do them all at once. It will keep track of your total until you complete the goal. Since those larger ones are Seasonal goals you have the rest of the month to complete them. Only the smaller daily goals have a short time limit.

one of my free FarmPass bonus is chop down 4638 ebony trees.
i chopped down over 5000 on my farms.
and it shows i've only chopped 3000 in the fp bonus.
on farm 16 i chopped 3330 before going to the other farms to chop more.
when i go to my tool-box and then ck farm stats it shows where i've chopped over 5000.
will you check this out for me plz?
