Ok, thanks. For your last paragraph, Squeak DID harvest and plant. Had finished the planting and made a dent in the harvesting. She did them on MY farm. I'm her SN but she harvested and planted. That's always worked in the past but it didn't today or yesterday - which is why I thought it might be related to the release of FP2. I tried clearing the memcache to see if that would restore those items for me, but it did not.

Any tools such as those used in the facility manager for facility starting/loading or animal harvesting are not included in those as they are not in the tool box.

One of my daily tasks for farm pass 1 was to harvest 29 spinach. Every day, I plant 25 individual fields of my most commonly used items so I can harvest them for farm pass if needed. I harvested my spinach this morning and, because is was a 5x5 plot, my farm pass should have shown that I harvested 25 spinach. I didn't pay much attention to what it showed that I had harvested because I knew that I didn't harvest 29, but that I should get that when I harvested crops on the farm I work as a super neighbor. I harvested all their spinach and should have harvested well over 29 spinach. Instead, it showed that I harvested 9 spinach. :confused:
Something else that seems to happen quite frequently when I work as a super neighbor on my friends farms is that sometime while I am harvesting, the crops stop going into storage for the neighbor. Just a few minutes ago, I harvested over 10,000 scallion plants and the amount that was stored for my friend did not change at all. I cleaned the memcache, closed the browser, and checked again. There were still no scallions added to their storage. My neighbor and I are both getting frustrated with this. What can be done to fix this because I have heard more than one person mentioning that this is a problem.

When you harvest for someone else you only get 10% of what you harvest. So if it was a small amount then you would only get 10% so that may be why you only got 9.
For the other problem, how much scallions does the other farmer have in storage? If they are close to the maximum of 200 million then that would be why they didn't show up as it will truncate the storage back to that maximum amount. Also what is their percentage of storage used as if they are within 95 to 100% of their storage capacity then that will prevent anything being added that will go over 100% capacity. That is the only "problems" we have heard of this and it is because of the maximums.
If your neighbor would like for us to look into that then they need to post about it here in the forums.

Thanks for the reply, Taz. For my missing spinach, I did harvest it myself. I had it on a quest farm so no one else should have access to it. I had also harvested well over 1000 when I worked as a superneighbor.
As for my other problem, the farmer had about 147.000 scallions so there should not have been an issue with having too much. I will mention to her that if she is interested in solving the issue that she will need to post here. I don't know what percent of her storage is full, but I will mention to her that if her storage is too full that crops won't go into her storage.

Farm Pass 2 did not credit me for harvesting Ostrichs. I did 146 of them a few minutes ago and it shows zero.
Also Farm Pass 1 did the same thing for Northern Pike. I did fish the frozen lake, once last night and once this morning so I should have credit 424 pike and it only gave me credit for 212.

For your northern pike I see you have 318 completed now. For the Ostrich are you sure those were harvested as the chicken coops would be on adifferent schedule from the other sheds as they are only every 12 hours instead of 8 hours?

The additional pike were added as I worked for someone and caught some. I am still short 212.
As for the Ostrichs I did them this morning. I do each chicken coop one at a time in the morning only, so there is no reason I can come up with why I was not credited.

Got that to work and now I can't seem to purchase english ivy for a goal. Can only purchase it with the single space planter. Very odd.

I have tried this every which way but Sunday but it is not working on any other farms except my own. I can plant my SNs farms but it will not allow me to revive their crops if they have wasted even if I have not used all 10 of my revive privleges.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the farm pass. Farm Pass 2 started a new month at midnight last night, so you no longer have that privilege until you earn enough points to get it again. Farm Pass 2 runs from the 15th of each month until the 15th of the next month.

discovered something today,,, a player in forum needed to water some flowers and he couldnt find any,, i hire him to harvest flowers but he as i requested just used the watering can to water the ones he needed,,,, it did not count.......
he had to hit play, refresh his farms then used the green man to get back to my farms used can again and then it worked,,,
so it doesn't count if you are hired to do flowers

That goal is to water flowers and a specific flower usually on their own farm, as a super neighbor, or on any farm. But hiring to do flowers would not work.

non SN can water my flowers and it counts ....... i was just letting you all know that if we hire a stranger at market so as to bring them to our of farms and they water the flowers with the can,, its not counting,,,,, you think it would but nope .. make it hard to help out a stranger farmer no other way to get them to our farms to help them out -- other than to do what we ended up doing --- i go suggestion and put in a 'we need a hire to water' option so we can help other players

You said they were a forum member then they should have posted about this. We have no idea exactly what they did the first time they were at your farms.
People from the job market can just visit your farms to do the watering by clicking on your avatar and from that menu go to your farms. You do not have to hire them to get them there.

The person you hire has to be a stranger from the job market. The only way to get credit for those is for them to get a job completion bonus for the work.

Is the decrease time needed to request ingredients thing we can earn on FP2 supposed to work on products from the Premium Fodder Factory? Mine does not. It still takes 24 hours. And yet, when I click the + on the product and get the window that says, "Do you want to request ingredients for Premium Poultry Mix . . . ", it has my active FP2 privilege in the left corner that says that that FP privilege is currently active. I'm hoping this is a bug. I'd love to be able to request ingredients from the Premium Fodder Factory more often.

It does not work for the premium fodder as that is a special time for that facility.

It is on all of the facilities you can request ingredients for. It is not porssible to remove it from just one.

It says to sell 825 SF products directly to an avatar at the Trade Marketplace and make a profit on each trade. I did that, but it isn't giving me credit for it. I can't figure out what I did wrong. Will try to include a pic showing the quest and the completion.

It says specifically not to use the trading warehouse. You must sell the products directly to other players.Since you sold the items through the trading warehouse then they will not count for the goal.

Taz, you're talking to a software developer. I appreciate you trying to protect the devs - but it definitely IS possible and it's not that difficult to do. Maybe the easiest way would be to say to include it only if timeOfIngredients (or whatever the name of that variable is called) is less than or equal to 12 hours. But you could also write a line of code that says to include it if facilityName is not equal to premiumFodderFactory . . . There are myriads of ways - all super easy. So yes, it's possible.
I know that Raul has been fixing a LOT of seemingly minor things this past year to spiff up the app. I've been super appreciative of his efforts. This one would be much easier than some of the other things he's undertaken - I thought it might have been an oversight that he'd want to know about.

I didn't sell them thru the warehouse, I went to the trading marketplace, clicked on people and sold them the items. I clicked the orange thing that says Sell Super Facility Products at Trade Marketplace and made offers so I could sell things. Then I sold them to the avatars at the marketplace. Isn't that how it's done?

That is not what the pictures are showing. You are showing that you loaded them in the trading warehouse and they sold there.
When you are selling direct to the avatars are you selling Super facility products or just picking anything to sell. That also makes a difference as you do have to sell Super Facility products. When you select to sell products to someone you have to change the top dropdown menu to Super Facility Products. It is the last item in the menu.
I just checked your account and you have not sold anything since the 18th. Everything to day you have bought and not sold.

Yes, I scrolled down to sell SF items, but when I saw that orange banner in the trading warehouse I thought I had to load items in there in order to be able to sell them, even to avatars, at the trading marketplace.
So that's where I went wrong! lol I'm still trying to learn all of this and didn't know I could just fill the SF and go sell those items.

On ShineOn farm pass 2, they also need to water 25 Lady Slippers using the watering can.
You have some on your farm 1 Sundos flowers. Please click in the farm name and see if you have a check mark for Other farmers cannot water flowers option.
If so, then uncheck that option, reload the game and see if ShineOn can water them.
Also, in the future, please remember to post the user id number for the account you want us to check so it is easier for us to do that. Thanks.

That is strange. Shine is your superneighbor, is she permanently hired to harvest your flowers?
Or, in your farm 1, do you have a check mark for Disable super neighbor farming option? Please uncheck that option if it is marked.

So this is embarrassing. Apparently I was looking at the game incorrectly. Either that or leaving the game entire "reset" something. Those two items are in Seasonal/Farm Pass now.:rolleyes:

I posted last month about having a problem with harvested crops not being added to storage. This problem happened again today on my farms. I was harvesting crops and noted that the zucchini I had harvested was not being added to my storage. I checked the amount in storage before harvesting, and checked the amount in storage after harvesting and refreshing my farms. The amount in storage didn't change. Everything was working fine yesterday, and the only difference I know of is that I activated the "feature" on FP2 that allowed crops to grow at 3X the normal rate rather than 2X the normal rate after irrigation. I have already sent in a ticket to support, but if someone else is having this issue, that might be the cause.
One of my daily tasks for farm pass 1 was to
harvest 29 spinach. Every day, I plant 25 individual fields of my most commonly used items so I can harvest them for farm pass if needed. I harvested my spinach this morning and, because is was a 5x5 plot, my farm pass should have shown that I harvested 25 spinach. I didn't pay much attention to what it showed that I had harvested because I knew that I didn't harvest 29, but that I should get that when I harvested crops on the farm I work as a super neighbor. I harvested all their spinach and should have harvested well over 29 spinach. Instead, it showed that I harvested 9 spinach. :confused:
Something else that seems to happen quite frequently when I work as a super neighbor on my friends farms is that sometime while I am harvesting, the crops stop going into storage for the neighbor. Just a few minutes ago, I harvested over 10,000 scallion plants and the amount that was stored for my friend did not change at all. I cleaned the memcache, closed the browser, and checked again. There were still no scallions added to their storage. My neighbor and I are both getting frustrated with this. What can be done to fix this because I have heard more than one person mentioning that this is a problem.

That problem of the crops reverting from 3x to 2x growth time has been fixed. It woulds not be an issue with crops not being stored because they would not even be able to be harvested as they would not be ready if that was the case. So that is not your issue with crops appearing to not go into storage.
As you have already sent this to Support then they will work with you on it.

Please run memcache, you have the link below the game screen. You will see a list of unsetting, close that and restart your farms.
Then go to your farm 9 where you have a few pine trees ready to chop and using the axe, chop one of them and see if it gets registered.
If so, then continue chopping till you complete your goal.

I moved your post to the thread about the farm pass as this has nothing to do with gifting.
The farm pass priveleges about the fish states that you get those when you hire or get hired. This does not work if you harvest your own fish or have a super neighbor fish them for you.

I don't have a super neighbor and always hire my fishing done. I noticed it when I was hired by a non-neighbor or buddy and fished 40 farms of layered fishing. I usually have to go to the market and sell fish after doing such a big job, but I hardly gained any fish.

You would normally only get 50% of the fish for hire so add 100% of it you would get 100% of the fish you harvested.If you already had a high amount of fish then those would drop back to no more than 200 million. I do see a few that are 160 million, but I didn't look through all of them.

The Ink and Pigments factory is one of those factories so it will take more time to let you start a batch.
It would help if you post your facilities and your friends work them.

Sorry to bother you with this but I want to make sure I'm understanding the FP2 warehouse correctly. I currently have the sugar refinery as SF. In my storage, I have well over 100k in all 4 products. If I have it right, the super products being used are what I produce in the refinery from the time I open the quest. Nothing in the storage is being used as far as I can tell. I hope this makes sense. Thank you for clarifying this for me.

In FarmPass when I get to select an item for a reward, no matter what Sort I select it stays as alphabetical so I can not sort by stored amount.

I have tried this and can't duplicate it. I can change between all of the options with no problem. It is set to default to stored amount.
You might want to run memcache and then try again to sort.

I went to my Farm Stats, found the ones that were ready - 262 over three farms - went to all three farms and chopped them. Now my pass says I have only done 100 ! Am I missing something here?? Please open your Farm Stats and look to the botton of the page.
You will see an option called: Include products due to fertilizer, baits and bonus.
If you have that option checked then you will see an amount of items including the fertilization, baits and bonuses.
For example, if you plant 1 smoke bush, with that option checked you will see 2 or maybe 3.
If you have that option unchecked, you will see the real amount of items on farms.
Taking the previous example, Farm stats will only show 1 smoke bush.

I have found that even though it doesn't pop up immediately on the second farm it will show after a short time which may be due to how much has to be loaded on the farm.

I could not duplicate this. Your farm pass rewards does not show that it has been claimed yet, so you can still get it. I do suggest that since it didn't work for you the first time, to run the memcache first before you try again to get it.

To receive ingredient packs you need to request it.
You can open one of your regular products, let say the Bakery and then click in the + icon for Bread.
Your requests will be posted in your friends Other Wall requests and when they click in the link, the ingredients will be sent to your gift box.
When you recieve 3 then the goal will be completed.

I moved your post from Suggestions to be able to respond to you.
You are talking about 2 different goals for Farm Pass 2. One if for buying or selling using the Trading Warehouse and the other is for buying or selling avatar to avatar.
First of all, you need to hover the mouse over the goal and read the instructions for every goal.
When a goal says On Line, that means you need to go to the Trade market place and Sell Super Facility products or Regular products to other avatar. You DO NOT have to put them in your Trading warehouse.
Also, you need to make a profit, so you cant sell at market price or for free. So it is better to use 10% ABOVE market price.
If the goal says On Line but you have to Buy super facility products or regular products, then you also need to go to market and you can tell the avatars you are buying regular or SF products. They can click in your avatar and send you the offer.
You DO NOT have to visit their Trading Warehouse to buy products from them.
When hovering your mouse on the goals, they do not say On Line, then you can sell or buy using your trading warehouse or visiting other farmers trading warehouses (not avatar to avatar).

Hi Tmoulder,
I moved your post to the thread about the farm pass. I am guessing you are in central time zone as the farm pass season ends and new one starts at midnight eastern time.
If possible I would not wait until that time if possible to complete enough goals to claim the 1 farm cash reward. It is possible it could be caught in the change over to the new season and you lose out on it if you try to claim right at that time.

I copied your post from Suggestions to Farm Pass thread in Help and Support to be able to respond to you.
Hope this could help.
When you need to sell to avatar to avatar, go to Trade marketplace but do not fill your Trading warehouse.
You can go to Market and then say Selling to avatars or you can also click in the SF Button on your right which means you are selling products.
Remember that when you have to sell on line, that means avatar to avatar, you need to make a profit, so set the price to 10% Above market price.
After completing your goal for farm pass, then you can continue filling your Trading warehouse and visit the market again.

Good morning. For some odd reason, all of my open pit mines including the turbo one are running above capacity. I have not filled them since yesterday. I have a personal quest that requires aluminum and I cannot start a batch. I tried removing one of the mines into storage and then put it back on the farm. It was still over capacity. Running about 104%. So I purchased a new one from the store. Placed it, and it was also running over capacity. It just occurred to me, maybe if I clear my memcache. I'll try that. Very frustrating to say the least. Have a great day!

I moved your post to the thread about Farm Pass.
It is due you have the Farm Pass reward for Increase capacity by 10% for facilities producing common ingredients still active.
As it is the Open pit mine it will last more time as it is a non workable by friends facility.
Please be patient till the mine allows you to start a batch, or if you are in a hurry you could try the life lines and see if it helps you.

Not "in a hurry". All the game stuff I need to do usually happens in the middle of the night Eastern Time. I wouldn't even be awake but I had to get up for a maintenance issue.

I am having the same situation as I cannot load the items needed for my quest from the open pit mine. I have been trying on and off for about 5 hours. Also cleared memcache. I am by no means implying it is a glitch. It could be something I am doing wrong. Just wanted the moderators to be aware Serenity's inquiry is not isolated. Thanks in advance for looking into this and maybe advising me what to do.
