We are aware that Facebook is down in several countries today which means you won't be able to play Farm Town until it's back up.
This does seem to be spreading to even more countries at the moment.
I am sorry but we have no control over this at all.
All anyone can do is wait it out and hope Facebook find the problem that caused it and fix it as soon as possible.

Facebook is still down, but while it is down, I'm looking at all my papers concerning what I have on my farms and considering when it returns, work on editing some of the farms to be different than what it was before.

Also, playing another non-facebook game does help keep the mind distracted from it being down right now.

A friend told me to consider this: Maybe Facebook put themselves into their own Jail for a few hours, as punishment for what they did to so many members. That got me laughing but I do miss playing FarmTown right now.

Until it is back, focus on something else for the time being.

The Mods will let us know when Facebook is back.

I moved your post to the thread for Cannot load the game.

With Facebook down all players are affected in many countries. There is nothing you or Slashkey can do to fix this problem.

When we get into Facebook again, you will have to check your farms, quests etc and decide what to do. If your crops are irrigated then they will probably will not die, quests depend on times you have to collect coins or cash, but as I said, sadly we have to wait for Facebook to fix their problem.

As you have been out of the game for so long, then I have to tell you that flash is not longer used and the game is still migrating all function to html5

When you log into facebook then you have to click in the game icon located in the left column in your home page.

HTML5 is not the same as flash player so you may get some problems to load the game.

Please follow these instructions in order:

Check if there is any update for Windows or Mac in case you use it, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.


After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

If you can't open the FT Console watch the "U" number in the upper right corner of your farms for the last number shown.

Please do not ask questions in Suggestions as that section is to post ideas for the game.

Farm Town is designed to be played on computers and laptops. If you wish to try playing on mobiles or tablets, then be sure those devices are up to date. Some devices may not be able to upgrade software to a newer version.

Maybe after all migration is done, then developers could see what to do with mobiles and tablets.

If tablets are "enabled" then we could keep more current with the game. I get concerned when we travel that I'm out of touch and something might not get harvested in time. Been playing the whole time the game has existed. Don't want to get behind now. :)

If after trying them all, you still have problems, then please let us know which results you got for the Server tests and which is your Chat Server and Farm server.

I moved your post to the subject thread about loading problems. Has she gotten any kind of message from Facebook telling her she has been blocked? There have been some problems since the release that we have reported to the developers.
What happens when she tries to log into these forums? It is very difficult solving any problems without direct contact.

Maybe you could contact Facebook about this problem but they mostly dont respond.

The developers are looking into this problem that has shown up recently and apparently is a Facebook caused issue. The temporary blocking is because Facebook has increased their security settings. So if you are using a large amount of tabs for working facilities or collecting gifts from the unauthorized free sites, or posting in selveral groups then this tends to happen. Unfortunately Facebook will not lift temporary blocks and you have to wait until your time is up for the block. I am sorry, but there isn't any thing more the developers can do.

It is not the new tools that caused the blocking. If you posted about each of the tools you bought and it was several tools, then that is what caused the blocking. I don't think using the smaller tools will end the blocking. It is a time period that Facebook has blocked you and you will continue getting the messages regardless of what tool you are using until the time is up.

I am sure the developers have contacted Facebook about this, but all they can do is open a ticket with Facxebook. It is something that Facebook has changed and no connection with the release. Unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done to stop the temporary block. The only thing you can do is wait until it is removed by Facebook.

The full screen issue with the Gaming pop up is being checked by the developers trying to see what they can do to fix that. We are not sure where that pop up has come from unless it is something to do with the Game room and it is not working rigth. The Game Room was supposed to be shut down back in June.

As you have stated previously that you do not want to be given instructions that you may have already tried, you will need to let us know which ones you have done so we can see if there is anything else we can suggest for you that you may help. I am sorry but there is no way for us to know what instructions you may have seen in which area of the forum to know what you may have already tried.

Is the embedded page still happening now or have you loaded the game since then?
What were you doing when this problem happened?
Does it do that every time you do the exactly the same thing?

My question is has your company ever considered giving us a direct link to the game away from the Facebook platform as well as keeping the Facebook game active? Seaport is a game that does just this. I ask because I am labeled a conservative, as are most of the members of our Facebook, Farmtown group, Friends of Coonlady. We conservatives are heavily censored and somewhat restricted in our actions in Facebook. That has now reached the Farmtown platform. Since you brought ships back into the new version I have used the Microsoft alarm clock app when I fill a container on a ship, so I remember to come back and get the next one in a timely manner. Today I am being penalized for that. Upon opening the Microsoft alarm app I received a Facebook message that if I continued to do this I would be blocked. I thought this message must be a mistake. That is a legal Microsoft product that I have been using for months now. I try again to open the timer and get the same message. I now try to go to Farmtown and receive a message that I am "temporarily blocked for going too fast". I have done nothing wrong but have now had your game taken away from me for however long Facebook deems "temporary" to be. I may not spend as much money as your company would like, but I do spend real money on this beloved game. "IF" profits are important to your company and "IF" your company does not mind taking money from us conservatives "then" you are going to have to find a way that we can continue to play your game as the Facebook platform continues to restrict us and ban us. PLEASE, has your company ever considered an independent web site for the game? Do you offer the game on another platform that might tolerate conservatives better? First it is not my company. The moderators in the forums are not employees of Slashkey. We are just players like you. We just have access to some tools through here to try to help with any problems you may encounter.
As far as the ships the game does provide notification when a container is completed as long as you leave the game open while preparing them.
For an outside connection to the game, you will need to contact Support about that as I would not know what Slashkey has planned or is capable of doing.
The blocking is because Facebook made changes to the security for posts and there is nothing Slashkey can do about this.



To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

I am sorry, but this is not the game that is blocking you. It is Facebook who has changed some of their security checks. Unfortunately we do not know exactly what they are temporarily blocking you for. The developers are aware this is happening, but there isn't any thing they can do for it. The only thing you can do is wait until the block is removed.

This happens usually when you have been blocked from the game for going too fast like opening too many tabs or posting too much from the game. This is a Facebook change to their security and the only thing you can do is wait out the length of the temperary banning. There isn't anything we can do to change or fix this as it is Facebook and not Farm Town that is blocking you.

Hi bbarksda,

It sounds like you are getting Facebook message, why you have it we don't know. The usual culprits for that would be if you posted too quickly to Facebook too many times, perhaps posting bonuses or posting/sharing posts to groups, regardless if it was this game or another game. Some have got it collecting many gifts from a gift site. Some do not know why they got it as they were not doing either of those and there are none of the usual messages from Facebook support to let them know what happened.

Is there anything you can think of that you may have done in the game that may have triggered the message or has anything changed in the way Facebook looks or the game looks prior to getting the message? Is it preventing you playing Farm Town?

About your problem with the embedded page:

It usually happens when your browser encounters an error and thinks WebGL is not supported.

Close your browser for a few minutes and see if the problem is fixed. Also, restart your computer.

If nothing helps, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the game after the clearing it will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

It may be the internet between you and the Farm Town servers. There are many links the data goes through between you and the Facebook app server and many more links between that server and the Farm Town servers. Any one of those links can be causing the problem. Unfortunately we have no way to check all those links or any way to fix those. It will be something you will just have to wait until it clears up.
I was on a cruise ship last week and I was constantly getting the disconnect from the server which I know was caused by the slow and heavily used internet service on board.

When I log in to farm town instead of taking me to my own farm it lands me straight on to one of my neighbours farms and it's always the same neighbour!

I moved your post to the subject thread about loading problems.

Are you using a saved bookmark? If you are don't use that as your browser will update it to the last location you used it at. Also that bookmark will not update when Farm Town has a release.

Instead always use the shortcut on your Facebook home page or the Play FarmTown button at the top of the forums.

Have you tried to close the farm and facebook when you are asked to click to reconnect?

Is this problem happening as soon as you load your farms for the first time or after doing some jobs?
Do you remember what job were you doing before getting the disconnect issue?

Hi Debhurst,
Make sure your computer and browsers are up to date.
Try working without the streaming going on your TV and see if it allows you to work longer. It could be that the browser is losing the connection because the streaming is taking priority over the browser.

Please check that your Facebook is completely loaded. Also try to load the game from the Farm Town icon on the left column in your Facebook home page.

Are you sure those are the exact words they used?

We've not heard of that particular one, they usual one says something like:

"You're Temporarily Blocked. It looks like you have been missusing this feature by going too fast. You've been blocked."

Could it have been that one?

If it is, then that can happen if you post too many posts to Facebook too quickly, sharing them too quickly to several groups, perhaps collecting gifts too fast form a gift site. Posting /sharing very quickly are things that spammers would do so Facebook will be trying to prevent that with their automated security settings to detect spammers. I am sorry, but we have no say at all in whatever criteria they set for those.

Unfortunately you will have to wait for Facebook to lift the block. If it's only just happened that may only be a small amount of time.

I have got people who are willing to be my neighbour but I can't find them along the bottom row. I had a conversation with a new farmer and she told me she had accepted my request 3 times and she still doesn't appear. In my neighbours most of the new people still appear in white even though I have requested them as a neighbour. At the top top of the page it says in red your neighbour is full, you need to delete some. How are you supposed to increase your storage and get more neighbours if farmtown is telling you to delete some before adding new ones. Seems pointless trying to increase your chances of help and storage if you can only have a certain amount of neighbours. Please can you help, thank you so much

Is the embedded page still happening or has the embedded page message stopped showing now and what you are asking about is a new issue?

If you are still getting the embedded page is it showing up every time you try to store items when it's a small amount you are storing or does it only do it when you trying to store a large quantity of items? What items are you trying to store, what method are you using to store them and how many are you trying to store at a time?

Please open your storage, click on the items section then look top left to see your item capacity and item usage and see how much space you have left in Item storage to use.
Then have a think about the quantity of items you were trying to store and see if it was more than you have space for. If it was, then that could be why the game is saying that your storage is full as you were trying to store more items than it could hold. When you know how much Item capacity you have left in Item storage, try storing only that amount or less than that amount and see if you still get any problems.

There is a difference in how many items you can store depending one what it is you are storing. For example if it was trees you were storing, you would be able to store more gifted trees than you could store of trees bought from the trees section of the store.

The neighbour bar will always show Add Neighbour even when your neighbours list is full. You know you're at your limit for the amount of neighbours you can have because when you go to the My Neighbours tab you are seeing this message: "Your neighbour list is full. Please remove some neighbours before you add more".

Once you have reached your limit of amount of neighbours as you have, the only way to increase the item capacity further would be to invest in the Super Storage shed. There are 4 in total and they do cost Farm Cash.

Before you consider buying any Super Storage Sheds we need to determine if there is a problem with storing items in case you don't need them.

Tiger is not available right now. Yes you will have to remove the ones who no longer play to be able to add new neighbors. Please note though that will not increase your item storage.

I just loaded your farm and it stayed on line. It may just be a temporary glitch. Try clearing your memcache and reload to see if it will go online.
If that doesn't worl it may just be a connection problem in the internet that is preventing it from staying online and is dropping the connection.

I am sorry, but nothing is being developed currently for using your phone. Only thing I can suggest for your Firefox is make sure it is up to date. I do not know if you can clear that browser cache on the phone but if you can then I suggest you try that.
Firefox may be trying to an "m" in the front of the address and that will not work. delete the m from that address and see if it will load.

Do you have the game page open for lot of time, no matter you are not playing?

Sometimes this is affecting the game when you go back to play, so it is better to close the farm and facebook if you are not going to play for a time.

You say that this mostly happens during checking coop quests, but what were you doing before that? Maybe working big and fully worked farms?

This usually happens when your browser encounters and error and "thinks" WebGL is disabled. Most of the times you get this error after working heavily worked farms, specially with water items.

Try closing your browser for a few minutes and then reopen it. If that doesnt fix the problem, then restart your computer.

If nothing works for you, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Hi laditz,
There isn't anything that can be fixed with those as the problem is and has always been too much data to be saved when you work those fast. When the red numbers on the save button get too high then your computer freezes because there is too much data to be transferred.

Try not working those heaviliy layered fish farms so fast. Keep an eye on the red numbers that show on the save button and when they start climbing up then stop long enough for the numbers to come back down.

This usually happens when the browser encounters an error and "thinks" WebGL is disabled.

Most of the time, it is while or after working heavy worked farms, specially full of water items.

You can close your browser for a few minutes and then reopen it and see if the problem is fixed.
If not, then restart your compurter.

If nothings helps you, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Please try the steps in the following link. Specially the memcache and resetting your modem. That problem is usually an internet connection problem which is dropping your connection to the servers.

The new version of the game released last night required a new version of Unity as well, the platform that is used to create the game.

We have discovered that the new Unity version is having issues with WebGL 1.0, so players that have computers and browsers without WebGL 2.0 support are not currently able to load the game.

We are currently researching this issue and figuring out how we can enable support for WebGL 1.0 again.

Hi Joyinlife46,

I have moved your post to the thread about loading issues as it sounds like you are having a connection issue.
Have a look in the FT console beneath your game screen and see if there are any errors showing up, if there are please let us know which one.

Are you using a saved bookmark to get to the game? If you are try clicking on the Play FarmTown button at the top of the forum.

Your user ID is in the pink banner above your game screen, that banner should also be showing above the send gifts page and the my neighbours tab. Have a look in those sections for it. You can also find your user ID at the very bottom of the page your game is loaded in, below the gifts on the send gifts page and below the friends showing in the my neighbours tab.

Please check for and do any computer updates that may be showing, check that your browser is still showing up to date, update it if it needs it, check if there are any extensions added and enabled in your browser and disable them while you try to resolve your issue. Then clear the caches history in your browser and then try loading the game again. Just incase you need help with clearing browser caches, you can click on this link for instructions for the popular browsers:

If that doesn't help try another updated browser and see if you get the same problems there. If you do you might want to also try rebooting your router, then when that is back on line also reboot your computer.

I have temporarily turned of things like show crops so that you have less to load next time you load the game, you can show those again yourself when you load the game.

Im sorry but there was a problem when an upgrade was done for Unity which was to fix several other problems. They were not aware that the upgrade of Unity was going to block the use of WebGL 1.0. Developers are working to be able to allow that to be used again.

Are you both using the same computer and same browser?

Problem is that with the upgrade to Unity to fix some other problems, developers didnt notice that WebGL 1.0 was blocked.

If your browser only supports WebGL 1.0 then you cant load your farms till develpers fix the problem.
If your wife browser supports WebGL 2.0 then she will be able to load the game.

We just released a workaround to enable support for WebGL 1.0 again, please test and report if you are still having issues loading the game with only WebGL 1.0 enabled.

All players that disabled Hardware Acceleration in the Chrome browser, please enable it again, as this can cause unexpected problems with the game.

I moved your post to the loading problems thread. If you are being blocked then it is Facebook that is blocking you. You are not doing anything related to the game, such as getting gifts from the free gift sites?

If Facebook is blocking you and you are not playing the game, then you are not being blocked for the game. You may be getting blocked for something else.

Normally it happens when I open up multiple tabs of Farm Town. I have to slow down to get them loaded without getting blocked, so I found the problem and adjusted to where I don't get blocked. Could be useful information for other people encountering the same problem. It seems facebook doesn't like it when you open to many Farm Town tabs quickly. Just letting each one load before opening another one solved the problem. Just have to remember to close them all before exiting your browser so when you open it up again, the tabs are not try to load all at once. Hope this makes sense.

Did you try to reset settings for Edge?
If you click in the 3 dots and then in Settings, you will see that option in the left column.

Hi Monstertjie,

It looks like you are having an internet connection issue. I am having no problems loading your farms on Edge or other browsers. No errors showing up when I try. Are you able to load the game now or is the problem still happening?

What were you doing in the game when you got this error or did it show as soon as your game loaded?

If you are still having problems, please check that your computer updates are still showing as done, check that Edge is also still showing up to date, update it if it needs doing and make sure that you have disabled any extensions that you may have enabled in Edge while you try to load the game. Clear the browser caches/history and then also run memcache. To run memcache Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then try reloading and see if you still get the same error.

If those don't help you may want to try things like rebooting your router, trying another updated browser and see if you get the same problem.

We only know that many farmers using Mac have no problems loading the game with Opera browser instead of Safari.

Please check your Safari browser is up to date and if you have any pending updates for Mac. Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu, then click Software Update to check for updates. In Software Updates it will tell you if your software is up to date or if there is and upgrade available. If your are not sure how to update your device and check for updates please click on this link for instructions https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201541

You can also clear your browser cache but remember that after the clearing the game always loads very slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

If nothing helps you, then you could contact Apple Help Center and see if they can help you.

Please check if the browser you usually use is up to date. Also check if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

Which cache did you clear? Memcache or browser cache?

If you cleared browser cache, then after the clearing, the game will load very slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

I had hidden all Show..... in your preferences, the wrench, like crops, flowers, ponds, etc. to make it easier for you to load the farm.

This usually happens when the browser encounters an error and "thinks" WebGL is disabled.

Most of the time, it is while or after working heavy worked farms, specially full of water items.

You can close your browser for a few minutes and then reopen it and see if the problem is fixed.
If not, then restart your compurter.

If nothings helps you, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

You can still continue to farm as per normal on your own farms or Super Neighbor farms etc. Until this is resolved, you just wont be able to hire or chat.

Hi michelle,

Yes, all game functions work as normal, you can post and work facilities, the only thing you are unable to do is interact with other people directly (hiring or chatting)

You can send offline messages using the envelope.

Thanks for the error, that is usually an internet connection issue that you may have to wait out and is often temporary. Unfortunately the links you go through are owned by many different companies, it only takes one to have a problem for the path to the game severs not to work well.

If you have not already done so you can check everything your end and make sure things like updates on the computer are done, browsers are still showing up to date and have been cleared recently, try another updated browser to make sure it's not a browser issue and it might also be worth turning off both your computer and your router for a few minutes then reboot both and see if that helped at all.

In the meantime you can try working offline, or ask a super neighbour to help you out, but if you work your own farms please make sure you recheck the farms you did before irrigating to make sure they remained done in case anything not save.

Hi Farmgalpatti,

The chia on your farm 7 is currently showing 2.4 days until ready to harvest so the crops are not ready yet. The colour of the crop will get a little bit darker by the time it is showing ready to harvest.

For your other issue, was there any error showing in the FT console beneath your game screen when this happened? If you're not sure and it happens again please check there and if there is an error showing try to copy it and let us know which one it is.

If you have not already done so please make sure that you have done all the routine things like making sure computer updates and browser updates are done. If you haven't cleared your browser caches/history in a while it might be worth you doing that as well.

Then please also clear your FT memcache. To do that Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload and see if the next time you water or irrigate a farm the issue returns.

Hi Jules,
I moved your post to the subject thread about loading problems.
That sounds like maybe an internet problem some where between you and the servers. There are many links in between that your data goes through. If any one of those links are down then it may stop you from loading the game.
You can try the suggestions in the first post of this thread including those in the link in that post.

Which results did you get for the Test servers?

Did you restart your router/modem?

Please be sure the browser you are using is up to date. I dont know which one you are using, but I got an update for Chrome browser this morning.
Also, check if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac if you use it.

Remember that if you do any change for your browser, you have to restart it.


I have hidden everything in your preferences, the wrench, to help you to load the farms easier.

You can also try to load the game using another updated browser and check if you get the same problem.

Did you check for updates for browser and Windows or Mac?

Which browser are you using? Can you tell us which version is your browser showing up?

The version of Chrome you listed previously is not the current version. 98.0.4758.82 is the current version. You need to update it again to get to that version.


The forums are not run in the secure https web mode and never has been. Chrome it appears has decided to try to warn you any time you go to a non-secure HTTP site. The game is secure and runs on a secure HTTPS site.

We are aware that the game is staying offline.
This has been sent of to the developers.

Remember if you have any crops needing harvested before they waste, you can work offline to do them yourself and so can your super neighbours.

We apologise for the inconvienince and ask you to try to be patient while this is investigated. It is very early in the morning for the developers so we may have to wait a while.

I am getting an error that reads "Ajax Send_Ajax Request - got error". Farms load slow if they load at all. Harvesting trees or flowers impossible, they look to have harvested but when you go back to the farm, nothing has happened. The same with harvesting and replanting crops. HELP!

I moved your post to the thread about loading and error problems.

Please try all the suggestions in the first post on the first page of this thread including those that are in the links there.


If you are getting the red numbers on the save button then you need to make sure those are gone before you change farms as they will not complete saving if you switch farms and that is why the items are reverting back.

Hi harfish,
I moved your post to the thread about loading problems.


This usually happens when the browser encounters an error and "thinks" WebGL is disabled.

Most of the time, it is while or after working heavy worked farms, specially full of water items.

You can close your browser for a few minutes and then reopen it and see if the problem is fixed.
If not, then restart your compurter.

If nothings helps you, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

You posted a pic in your forum profile, we do not get a notification when farmers post in their own forum profiles.

Please check if your browser is up to date. Also check if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

Chrome browser had an update this morning, so if you use it, check if you got it.

If that is ok, then go to the following thread and try all suggestions and see if they help you:

It should work in a Chromebook if it has enough memory. Most of them only have 2GB which will cause problems.

For two days now, when I click buttons, mostly nothing happens. I lost ships, crops, harvesting animals...it's very frustrating and the game is mostly unusable. Sometimes if I click a million times it will finally take, but I don't have an hour to try to harvest a few cows for milk.

That sounds like you are having a mouse problem. Do you have another mouse to try? Or if it is a wireless mouse try changing the battery.

Came back, cleared memcache, cleared browsing on Chrome, and tried to get back into FT. We have been climbing on tractor now for about 15 minutes. Is there something I can do to speed this up? I just loaded your farms without problems.

Please check if your browser is up to date and also if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

Take in mind that after clearing your browser cache, the farm loads very slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

I just hide everything in your preferences, the wrench, to see if you can load the farm faster.

If nothing works for you, then try another updated browser you have in your computer and see if the farm loads.

My mouse is good, it was clicking fine but no result was happening, however, it was resolved for the past day but then again today it's happening. Some of my animal buildings won't harvest. It says 'no animals' but there are animals and it says ready to harvest.

Did you check your mouse as he asked you to do? If it is a wireless mouse, did you change batteries?

Are you trying to enter the game using a saved link? Sometimes those links got corrupted and you have lot of problems with the game.

If that is the case, then please try to load the game from the game icon on the left column of your facebook homepage and see if the problem is solved.

The batteries do not have to be dead, just weak to cause the clicking to not work every time. If the batteries were completely dead then even the pointer would not move.



I am sorry, but this is not a game problem. Please try replacing your batteries in your mouse or try a different mouse as that is the only thing that could prevent the clicking on items from working all the time.



No the mouse would not give you the error of no animals to harvest. Which farms and what animal buildings on those farms are you getting that error from?

Two wool sheds and one chicken coop will not harvest. The click is happening, the facilities say ready to harvest, there are animals inside, enough time has passed, and all other animal buildings are able to be harvested. I get the yellow words saying “no animals to harvest.”

My farm has suddenly gone offline (just as I was going to the market too) and won't reconnect to the mainframe. When I click the green tick to go online it just brings up the same pop-up each time telling me to click the green tick. The message below says:

We are aware that the game is staying offline and that there are problems with Farm Town Requests showing up in both Show Facility Wall Requests and Show Other Wall Requests.

These have been sent of to the developers.

Remember if you have any crops needing harvested before they waste, you can work offline to do them yourself and so can your super neighbours.

For Facility Requests etc you can try your Facebook News Feed and set it to Most Recent to see if any friends posts are showing up there instead of going to each friends timeline to find them. The Most Recent option you can click on is on the left side of your Facebook News Feed.

Our apologies for the recent inconveniences and ask you to try to be patient while these issueS are investigated. It is very early in the morning for the developers so we may have to wait a while.

We are aware of the problem with posting and them not making it to the various wall requests. It has been sent off to the devs but as those posts are tied to Facebook we may have to wait on them to fix it.

Unfortunately this does mean reloading after posting and it does mean finding friends game posts either in your news feed (most recent may help) or by going to their timeline to find them.

I just checked and both wool sheds, as of 9:30 Central time they still have 6.5 hours until they are ready. Are these new wool sheds you have just added? If so the first time they will not show the correct time but will show ready. You have to wait until the time I listed above has finished and then they will work correctly.
